ACMY ContractorsOur experience with CMY Contractors was overall exceptional. My husband and I added a large addition to our home and have no complaints. We added on a large family room with fireplace and stonework. CMY Contractors was able to craft a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to a loft to include large windows and daybed. The stonework starts at the fireplace and cascades up to the second level ceiling. We also added a Covered front porch with stamped concrete with wooden beams and stonework. This was the first experience for us with hiring a contractor and first large project for either of us to jump into. Yovan and his family, as well as the men who work for them are very talented, creative, hard working and trustworthy. Yovan helped us to to add to our home and make it more than we ever could have imagined, we cannot thank him enough. They all did an outstanding job and appreciate all of the creativeness along the way. Thank you all so much & hope this is not the last time to be working with you!- Rachel N.

AEvans Construction GroupIt went great for us. He leveled the ground, built frames, hauled off the excess dirt, came back the next day to ensure everything curing as it should and filled in around the edges. When spring comes we be contacting him again to add a cement patio. Several neighbors have been extremely complimentary and asked how to contact him for estimates.- susan h.

AImperium ConcreteEverything went perfectly. The first meeting occurred on the same day as my calling them. The pouring was scheduled for the following week (5 days later). They arrived at 7 am, began working immediately, and by 10 AM had everything ready for the concrete. Unfortunately, the concrete company came later than what they had scheduled for arrival. The two men there just rested or napped till the truck arrived. Since our driveway and side yard where the driveway is located are narrow, which is typical for Charleston-style homes, The concrete was brought in by small tract tractor which Imprium Concrete brought with them. Nothing in the yard or on the home since the driver was very careful. The pouring started at one corner and ended at the driveway where the blending of a curved-end driveway was blended beautifully with the present job. Their finishing even included detail on the outside edge, which gave it a richer look. There was literally no messy work or spillage of concrete outside of the framing they used to pour into. Along the home-side of the concrete finishing, they only used hand trowels for spreading and finishing the concrete so there was no mess on the wall above the concrete. After they completed the concrete finishing, they washed our driveway with soap and water! Our driveway is 100 feet from entry to the backyard end, so which made many of their chores more time-consuming and tedious. All of these special care things that they did, I didn't request. It seemed this was routine for these guys. I would use them in a heartbeat again and will recommend them to any acquaintances who are contemplating similair concrete work.- augustine G.

AMike quoted us a price for replacement, and when we were ready to start, he adjusted the quote because prices had gone down a little. This was definitely in our favor! He and his crew showed up on time, were very professional, and answered all of our questions as the work was completed. After install, he made sure every duct was checked and then explained all the work that was done (again), completed the warranty submission, and asked if we had anymore questions or concerns. Mike and his crew started the job and didn’t stop until they were done. We had him install an additional outside outlet for our pool, and he previously installed an RV outlet on the side of our house. One Call Maintenance is our first call!
