BThe Fireplace DoctorWe were happy with the work but they were very expensive. We found out later that the cost of the cap was way more expensive than what we could have got from somewhere else. AThey gave us 2 options - one with minimal disruption to the cement and another that would involve excavating. They recommended the first as the best option to see if that solved the problem. So far so good. We added on the squeaky floor repair to meet the minimum $ amount for them to accomplish the work.

AI contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.
