It was awesome. He is professional who works for a contractor and then moonlights. So even though he has a tax ID number and all of that, he's not an independent company at this point. He's going by word of mouth. A friend referred him to me and I've got him a couple of other jobs. The guy is just awesome. He is a painter. He is an artist, a perfectionist, skilled, on time and a workaholic. I've stayed in touch with him. I've been able to refer him to some other jobs and right now he has pneumonia. He's Hispanic. He's Mexican by birth and has been in this country 16 years. He is no drugs, alcohol or nonsense. The guy is stable as they come and really particular about his work. He cleans up beautifully. Ultimately he wants to go out on his own in business but the contractor that he works for now says, 'Please stay with me a couple of more years'. I think his present boss, who he's been with for quite a while maybe thinking of retiring in a couple of years or so. He does have some other skills but he prefers painting and that's his primary focus. He does have an accent. His English is fine but he doesn't read English as well as he speaks it. Since he moonlights, it was over a couple of weekends. He wasn't here every day. I can't imagine using anybody else.
