  BARNHILL'S TREE SVC

  I called Mr. Barnhill late in the day, around 5 p.m., but he
  graciously came to my house within half an hour to give me an estimate on
  cutting down two dead, 30+ foot pine trees.
   After an informative conversation in which he gave his
  opinion on what had killed the trees (probably not beetles, which was good
  news), Mr. Barnhill said he could come by late the next morning and cut down
  the trees.
   He and his crew were on time, were finished in an hour, and
  there was no sign they had ever been there when they were done. They even
  picked up the twigs that had fallen off the trees when they were being cut
  down. The next day an associate of Mr. Barnhill?s came to grind the stumps, and
  he, too, worked quickly and efficiently.
   I found Barnhill Tree Service to be be highly professional
  and I recommend them without reservation.

  BRUNER'S TREE SERVICE

  Arrived on time on the designated day.  Total of five workers.  Work completed in less than a day.  Did everything that I had asked for and cleaned up everything.  All I had to do was rake the ground over and pick up wood suitable for burning in the fireplace - they even cut up some of the larger limbs into log size and put them on the log pile!  Small branches were chipped and put in a pile - I can use them for mulch.  Great guys!  Great service!  Great Company!  Wish I had found them sooner.

  They came on the morning of 11/24 and walked around the home with me and suggested what should be done. Then she said she would call me and give me an estimate in the next day or two. That was Thanksgiving week. I didn't hear anything back from them that week. I called and left messages three times the following week including my phone number and never received a response. After getting no response whatsoever, I ended up having to hire another landscaper (recommended to me by my property management company) to get the landscaping completed.  If they didn't want to do the job, if they were too busy, or there was an emergency, etc., they could have just called me and let me know. That would be the professional and courteous thing to do. Instead I wasted two weeks waiting on them, which is two weeks my house was not on the rental market.

  Ernest has a small crew that came in and cut down a large pine tree. Even when branches from the tree fell into other trees, one of his climbers swung over to that tree and pulled out the branches. I have had them just fall trees and cut them up for me and I have had them take them away. I have gotten estimates from other companies and he has been cheaper. I have used Barnhill Tree Service for at least 10 years and will keep on using them.
