ARay's Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing LLCCommunication: I thought that I would have a hard time reaching Ray, as his mail box was full both times I called. However, in both cases, Ray called me back promptly. He was really easy to work with, and showed up when promised. Ray was congenial, listened well and made good (but not pushy) suggestions about additional services he could help me with. After talking with him I added pressure washing walkways and driveways to the job. Quality of work: Ray performed all the work efficiently and professionally. The patio, steps, walkways, and driveways look great. Value: Ray is not the least expensive in town, but I felt that I received excellent value for my money. I plan to call on him again for my future pressure washing needs.- Michael A.

DI contacted them early in the week and they were going out on a Saturday for an estimate. I never heard from them and I called them back they said there had been a death in the family its was labor day weekend. I gave my condolences and Leroy said he would get someone out there. I called back days later snd spoke to Leroy and ask if anyone was ever able to go out and evaluate it he act like he was someone else when I was speaking with him and he said I can send someone out. By this time I was 3 weeks in to trying to get an estimate and I just told them no that was fine.

AThe project went well from start to finish. Luis was very professional and accommodating regarding terms of contract. My entire roof was replaced within 2 days. I was very pleased with the roof it made my home look like a new house. Upon inspection once roof was completed there were 3 findings that occurred during the roof installation, 2 where minor damages that occurred to areas of house not related to roof and rain diverter was not replaced. Each incident was fixed/ replaced within 1-2 business days as promised.
