He cleans his area up before he leaves for the day or weekend. On time every day until the job is finished. Very knowledgeable about types of flooring and tile. His workmanship is as if he was doing his own bathroom or floor. The amount that he charges is reasonable but you won't get the punctuality or cleanliness that he brings to jobsite.- Robert M.

He is always on schedule and looks for ways to cut money from the budget. There are never any surprises. He seamlessly works with subcontractors when needed and the craftspeople he brings in have always been excellent. In addition to his work being impeccable, he cleans up at the end of every day so that you barely notice he was there. He is respectful of our home and so entirely trustworthy. In addition to having a booster water pressure pump installed, they installed significant electrical work - lighting both interior and exterior - mounted surveillance cameras - exterior paint - and completed a number of projects that I had been unable to complete for several years. These guys are so competent and so professional, that I have no problem leaving them with a key and letting them work in my house when I am not here. This is the best construction team that I have ever worked with - they establish the high water mark for all others.- Bill M.
