    All the staff that worked with me were helpful, professional, and very thorough. There was good communication via text and email with times and names with pictures of service techs sent in advance. Service was started and ended when projected and the techs even came early. There were various checks throughout the day of installation and the next day to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

    I've used them for 20 years. They do what they say they are going to do, they know what they're doing, they sell a good product, their price is right. When they send their guys out, they are willing to answer any questions you have. I can't think of one negative thing to say about them. They're great. Otherwise I wouldn't have been using them for 20 years. I have a maintenance agreement with them. You buy the system and you can have them come out twice a year to go over the whole system. So I pre-pay, but if I hadn't pre-paid, it would've been about about $150.00. If people maintain their units properly and have somebody come out two times, that's what they're going to pay for a good sized unit.

    Contacted the company and spoke with a very nice young man name Chris. he immediately provided me with my options in replacing the units and costs. When a decsin was made, the unit arrived within a couple of days and his crew came out and replaced them. the and quot;crewand quot; was very professional and courteous (wearing booties for example) and completed the installment in a timely manner with no problems since it has been installed. Highly recommend!!

    One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
    Air conditioner was working fine before the "Tune-Up"
    Afterward there was a leak from the unit  that got down to and flooded the kitchen.
    This caused a slippery tile floor on which my wife slipped, struck her head on the door jamb and
    banged her knee bad enough to cause a severe contusion.
    Technician returned and fixed the leak, returned our money and One Hour offered a year plan for
    tune-up and other items.
    We did not get an itemized list of what services were performed or needed to be performed. In fact, no one
    even entered the home to check the air filter which was supposed to be checked and replaced if necessary.

    Diagnostic service call which they found the capacitor was no longer working.  Part was replaced, checked refrigerant levels, checked coils, went up in the attic and performed additional diagnostics on the blower.  Service team was professional, efficient, and thorough - even in 100+ degree temperature outdoors.  The response time was fantastic - called for service at 9:30 am and a service team was at the house by 11:30 - less than 2 hours.  HIGHLY recommend!

    Air Experts Heating and Cooling came out to my home to perform an HVAC Maintenance and Tune-Up.  I purchased an Angie?s List coupon to take advantage of the good deal.  After purchasing the coupon through the Angie?s List website I was given a number to call to set up the appointment.  I had no problem reaching the HVAC company and was given a one hour window of when I could expect the technician to arrive that same day.  The technician named Joe arrived within the service time window and got right to work.  He was courteous and professional in how he carried out his work.  Joe asked if I was currently experiencing any issues with the system and I told him that I felt that the house was not getting as cool as it should be.  While inspecting my system Joe noticed 2 holes in part of the unit that is located in the attic that was causing the system to pull in hot air from the attic while operating.  He said that this may be the cause of the unit not cooling the house as it should have.  He plugged the holes in addition to the other work performed included in the maintenance and tune-up package.  Joe went above and beyond to ensure that my system was working as efficiently as possible.  The system in my home is 10 yrs old which makes me think that it will soon be time for a new one.  When that time comes I will be calling on this company because they are truly ?Air Experts?.

    Strand Cooling Inc
    Called about 7:30 in morning after noticing how warm my house was getting.  Lady who answered took my information and promissed that a repairman would be there by 9:00 AM.  He arrived before 9:00 as promissed.  Walked around house to unit, took it apart, somewhat and found a capicitor was burned out.  Replaced it and Volia! a/c was back working.  He then checked freon and the device that is up in the attack to make sure all was well.  Took about 30 mins for everything.  Actually took longer to do the paper work then to job. LOL

    We had Air Max come our our house because we had no air.

    To their credit they came at a late hour, 10:00PM, and they responded very quickly to our call.

    The technician did a diagnostic and ascertained we had a leak in the condenser coil. He told us he could recharge the system and they would return the next day to replace the coil. We agreed to this and he left.

    The next day their office called to tell us that they would get the coil and be by to install it in a few hours. Up to this point all was going well, after all we did have a service contract with them.

    Two technicians came to the house and worked outside and then went to the attic to remove and replace the coil. After about three hours the job was completed and we were presented with the bill.To our surprise there was a charge for anther diagnostic charge that had been done not 12 hours earlier.

    That is the main point for this review and it's comment. We were not told about a repeat diagnostic and really, what was the need for it 12 hours later. We could have waited until the following day and avoided one charge.
