In July 2014, I picked out the tile and made arrangements to have it installed in my house in Longs, SC in September 2014.  I still live in New York State and that was the next trip planned to Myrtle Beach.  I called them in August to verify the tile was ordered and the installation date.  I booked a hotel room at that time also because I would not be able to stay in my house for one night.  I flew down specifically for this installation.  I came to the store September 12 to verify that the installation was still scheduled for Monday, September 15.  The sales person that I worked with was not in the store and they said she would call me back.  When she called me back, she told me the installation would not happen as the tile has fallen off the truck.  I was furious because I didn't believe that story, and told them I wanted my down payment of $600 back.  Then all of sudden she said she would see if she could get the tile delivered in a couple of days.  I had to reschedule my hotel room, which now cost me more money.  They did schedule the installation for September 18 and 19.  The guys came on those days.  The following Monday they were scheduled to come back to put the quarter-round moulding in and they did.  After that, the carpet guy was suppose to come to put the carpet back to the tile floors.  He didn't show up on Monday.  I called on Tuesday and they said he would come them.  I waited all day and he never showed.  I was leaving on Wednesday to fly back to New York in the afternoon.  He finally showed up on Wednesday morning two hours before I had to leave.  I just made it to the airport to catch my plane.  With all that went on those several days of the installation, I didn't really look at the floors that good.    I didn't get back to Myrtle Beach until February 2015 because I had knee surgery.  When I looked at the floors, I noticed the grouting was cracked next to the bath tubs and also several pieces of tile in the master bathroom were cut crooked and not the same length as the other ones in that row so the grout line was very thick.  I called the store and told them about it and they promised to send someone out to fix it.  I've called several times and stopped in the store twice and each time they promise the installer will come.  It has been over a month since my initial phone call and still no response.  I will have to hire someone else to fix their problems.  I had planned on buying carpet for my house from them, but not now with this poor service.  I will also tell my neighbors and friends not to deal with them.

Replacing a stand up shower with a much larger two head shower went beautiful happy with that work even, But the rest of the work, tile floor, carpenter work left much to be desired. The job wasn't completed a week when the toilet started rocking which the cause was the back tiles were not level with front of toilet tiles. In calling Steve the owner he himself came out with a helper, removed one of the back tile and did whatever," said that particular tile came up very easy" ! By  the time I checked,  toilet was back down. My take to Steve was if both tiles were not level fixing one will not fix the problem. When he left there was no rocking for three days, then it has been rocking ever since. Monday morning quarterbacking I wished I had him do just the shower. Like the other reviewer said, once the job is complete they forget who you are.

We worked with Dusty. He was very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted for our carpet and our tile. Dusty really wanted it to look as nice as we did. He did everything he could to help us make the right decision. We were out of town so I felt comfortable giving Dusty the key to our place so the work could get done. On the first day Dusty called me to tell me how wonderful it had gone. He kept me up to date on every stage of the process. My husband and I are so pleased with the tile that was chosen and the carpeting job that was done upstairs. The house was left in great shape of course there was tile dust but that was to be expected. I would definitely hire Young interiors to do any aspect of my flooring again. I found them to be very professional and very interested in what we wanted and completed the job within the timeframe - actually they completed the job a lot faster than we had anticipated which was fabulous. Thank you Dusty and thank you Young Interiors for a job well done our place is gorgeous

    Bob Gray Tile & Flooring
I called him and he came to our home for an estimate on the job. We needed to tile the living room area in the home we purchased. While here I asked about an idea for our shower and he suggested a glass block. He also said he would fix a drain and tile area in our master bath. We put a medallion on the living area tile that he suggested and it is wonderful. It broke up the solid color, added a point of interest, and added the finished floor with character. He has men working for his company but he was on the job if needed and to check the work done. We bought this home and discovered many tile problems left by a company the realtor said was A & I. Bob's company came in to the home and went to work on suggestions. Being new to the area and seniors we were not sure who to call but made no mistake here. We have had nothing but comments when people come into our home and see the work. Being retired one must make the best of the income source they have and he gave us a great job for every penny we paid. The tiled floor is really beautiful and everyone agrees. This is a company anyone new to the area or new to finding a good tile installation company will be very pleased with such beautiful work. Try this company!

This was the biggest home project that I have ever hired contractors for.  I'm a do-it-yourselfer but with 3 kids and running my own business I just didn't have the time to take on this project.  For years we had wanted this room done but had put it off mainly because of our reluctance to work with contractors after having heard so many horror stories.

I must say that I'm happy to report that this entire project went very smooth and in the end the room looked even better than I had hope for.  The company owner, John, was very easy to work with and listened to all of my ideas, questions, and concerns.  His workers were friendly, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves.  Since the room posed a bit of a challenge because of the brick surface and the unorthodox windows that were already in place they included me in several brainstorming discussions throughout the project to make sure that I agreed with the approach that they were taking.  They didn't just assume that they knew what I wanted.

In the end there were no surprises and I was very pleased.  I went into this process very apprehensive about working with contractors but after working with Home Solutions all I can think of is what do I want them to work on next.  I recommend them highly.

We saw them at the 2008 Home Show. We had other companies come out and the Carpet Studio seemed to be more thorough in the presentation and samples. They were timely and worked in a professional manor. They also cleaned up after the flooring and carpet was installed.

From presentation to completion, one of the most professional sub contractors we have had the privilege of working with and ultimately employing. We are not "rookies" having owned homes for over forty (40) years in various parts of the USA..
