    Extremely rude! Will overcharge you! Do not bring your car here. Charged my wife and I over $4,000 to fix nothing! Told us there was a footwell module and a body control module in my wife's Mini Cooper S. Son had left the window down and after paying that much it was kept in the garage. Took it back 6 months later because it was doing some of the same things. They called her stupid and asked her why does she keep bringing her car there if they never get it right! Good point cause I do not recommend anyone bring their cars here at all! Just read the replies they put in when other's complain and you'll see for yourself. NEVER will they have our business again!! I will not let my wife be insulted by some wanna be Mini mechanic who can't even fix cars and lies about what they fixed! Now Cal or however you spell it, really don't care, come with your rude insults and show everyone just why they shouldn't bring their cars to Ken Bakers Originals Euro NOT Pro!

    I took my car to get a transmission replaced and today, 6 weeks later, they still have done nothing to fix my car! For weeks they held it hostage and would not allow me to pick it up and take it somewhere else to have it fixed. They called us this morning cursing us out and yelling to get the car off their property! Very rude people and I would avoid them at all costs! Crazy part is they had my brand new transmission, the work was approved to be paid for by my warranty and all we were waiting for is for them to preform the work! Never happened. We were met with excuse after excuse as to why they kept pushing it off! And to be cursed out simply because they didn't do the work and we wanted either the car or it finished is completely unprofessional!! Avoid this place like the plague it is!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone take their car there ever!!!!

    There was a lot of damage. They moved us once and then they moved everything again into another truck. Mostly the stuff they padded was alright but most things were scratched up between the seperate moves. They didn't give us the glass.

    I am so please with the work these gentlemen did they were so professional. I was so worried that the problems with my electrical system could not be fixed but they found the problem right away and got it to work like new. I My headliner makes such a big difference in the way my SUV looks I am so pleased with it. They replaced many light bulbs. I just can say enough about these guys and what a great job they did. My SUV is 16years old and it drives soooooooo very good now!! Do  yourself a favor and call these guys to do whatever auto repairs you need!!

    Billy's Service Center installed new brakes on my 2009 Toyota Matrix at 86,000 miles. He was very professional, fast, and courteous, as well as very reasonably priced. While I was waiting for my car repairs, I observed several repeat customers, especially senior ones, stopping in to set up appointments for future car work; this, I thought, was a good sign of a reputable mechanic. Another good sign was the fact that Billy accepts personal checks and no credit cards! The location of his garage was a little difficult to find because it has no street number, just a street address. There is no big sign for his garage either; just look for an old garage with a lot of cars on it. Billy's garage is a trip back in time to the car service stations of my youth...... Billy was professional, ethical, and much more affordable than those fancier and much more expensive service centers of today. I will definitely use Billy's Service Center for all of my future car repairs!

    They do an outstanding job. The last time I took my car there for an oil change they really checked my car over and found something wrong with it which I suspected but was not sure. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future. Their prices are really good.

    The service was horrible. They did nothing but mess up my car. When he got it home, the automatic doors wouldn't work so he had to take it back. They had not plugged a connector back in. He had it done on a Thursday and the next day we were leaving to drive 300 miles. We got maybe 100 miles down the road and the car started acting funny. The cruise control wouldn't work any longer. We realized it had something to do with the brake on the car. We called them directly and told them we had a problem and their answer was “sorry, we don't know what we can do to help you. Call the national number.” I did call the national Toyota number and they were well aware that I was not a happy customer. They found a dealership on the road on our trip that would look at the car. At this point we realized the brake lights were staying on, including when the car was turned off. They put in a switch that wasn't secured properly. What should have been a five hour trip turned into seven hours, after the national Toyota found a dealer to look at it for us. They fixed it for us and we went on our way. My problem, and I told the dealer this, was the service was so bad and their answer was “too bad.” Toyota national took care of us. They stayed on the phone with us until we got it taken care of. I will not go back into Haley Toyota. You just don't have a service tech that screws something up so badly. Because of this we take our vehicles half hour across town, rather than just ten minutes from us.

    Horrible - I was affraid for my life and I am not kidding! Owner screamed at me for not paying MORE than the invoice said. Screamed at me for wanting to use a credit card! Slammed doors, walked away to the inside of his house on properyt. Still screaming at me that he made no money on the job. His helper was embarrased to death. After all was done, his worker came to my house to say he was sorry for his boss's actions. I was glad I had a concealed gun (and permit to carry that gun) the guy was NUTS! Does this sound true? You bet it is. The owner wanted more than the estimate by $50.00. Run away from this business. Actually, I am affraid that by posting this, he may retailate. There shouldn't be any doubt when read who the summitter of the feedback is; unless he does it all the time. Angie'sList: maybe you should consider my fears and not list this part of the feedback. I want to expose this jerk but I do fear retaliation.
