GREAT! Put off calling a plumber thinking it would be expensive and a hassle. Cotrell is excellent! Repaired our problems, responded to our follow-up call, and did not over-charge. Very, very pleased and will definitely call them again when I need a plumbing problem resolved.

We had an excellent experience having Scott and his crew address a number of projects on our property. We had been experiencing a multitude of water related issues at a recently purchased property, from bogging in the yards to water intrusion in the basement resulting in damage. After contacting several other parties and obtaining estimates for work, we felt that we were being offered partial solutions to a much broader problemwe were desperate for someone who specialized in water management and drainage and would take the time to propose a multifaceted solution that would address the property as a whole. Enter Scott and Green Landscaping! On his very first visit to our property, Scott identified crucial sources of our water issue that NO ONE else had even mentioned! Crucially, Scott almost immediately identified why the water was leaking into the basement and proposed a very reasonable solution. We have a unique, wooded property on a slope with lots of places for water to get trapped. Scott took his time, he walked the property and knowledgeably identified the key places throughout the property where water was being trapped without any means of drainage. Scott was attentive to the details and noticed numerous things contributing to our issues that everyone else had missed. In addition to his expertise in identifying and solving our rather complex drainage issues, Scott was a pleasure to work with. We were extremely comfortable discussing our goals and our budget with Scott, and he went far above and beyond to come up with a solution that addressed all of our goals, resolved all our key concerns and did not exceed our budget! The quality of the work Scott and his team performed on our property exceeded our expectations. Each portion of the job was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. Scotts crew repeatedly put in the effort to go the extra mile to ensure that we were very happy with the outcome of their work! Without a doubt, Scott and his team delivered much more than we initially contracted him for, and he was extremely fair and downright generous throughout the process to ensure all aspects of our project were done the right way, without altering the original price. We truly cant say enough good things about our excellent experience with Scott and Green Landscaping. Working with Scott was a pleasure from start to finish and we are very pleased with all aspects of the finished outcome! Scott is very knowledgeable, he is full of great design ideas and he is extremely honest and fair to his customers. We couldnt ask for a better experience than we had with Green Landscaping! We are looking forward to having Scott and his crew back for many more projects in the future. Green Landscaping gets the very highest recommendation from us!

    Easy Does It Home Improvement
Greg Martin is an excellent contractor/manager. He, his employees and his subcontractors maintained a smoke free, cuss-free presence. The quality of his crew's work was well above average to exceptional. Greg is an excellent communicator and throughout the four week renovation located many items that while not part of the stated contract did meet the stated goals of an inclusive renovation and correction of all discovered faults. His advice was sound and he would include alternatives that met the goals I had described. This renovation was of a 1,394 SF ranch home built in 1970 that had a partial renovation in 2004. All drywall was smoothed and imperfections removed. Areas with paneling were removed and replaced with drywall. Ceilings were scraped as needed and all walls and ceilings were first sealed then repainted in three coats and ceiling "popcorn" was applied for a uniform finish. All HVAC grills were cleaned and replaced with new including two return air filtered vents and two passive pass-through vents. A 400 SF family room addition (not included in home SF above) was treated to perfected wall surface, priming and painting. Moldings throughout the home were darkly stained oak. All moldings were either replaced or sealed and painted, likewise all doorframes. Both common and master bathrooms had all fixtures removed and plumbing relocated as needed prior to reinstalling fixtures. Many fixtures were new as well as new lighting. Excellent appearance and useability after completion. Kitchen and dining area flooring had a number of layers of floor finishes. These were removed to a common height, leveled and smoothed with some subfloor replaced due to age. All cabinets were removed for renovation, walls repaired with some drywall replacement. Walls were smoothed primed and painted as throughout the home. New cabinets were installed as well as countertops that permitted installation of new appliances. There were significant issues with plumbing in the kitchen that were resolved by relocating supply and drains to a new location and reinstalling. The overall fit and finish of the home was vastly improved by Greg Martin and his workers with Easy Does It Home Improvement. I whole heartedly endorse this crew for any home improvement - large or small.

    Cottrell & Co., Inc.
We bought an older home, built in 1955, which needed a lot of plumbing work done: replace and repair old drain lines, install a commode, remove an old expansion tank in the crawlspace, new waterline for the toilet, install a new water heater, etc. They did an excellent job making repairs and trouble-shooting problems that we were having with our plumbing. They are knowledgeable, great with customer service, arrive on time and follow through until the job is done. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Had a problem over thanksgiving with a fairly new Delta faucet. Had already replaced the valve with no success to stop the leak. The service guy came early, called before to ask if it was ok. Problem ended up being extremely minor as he replaced a small washer on the devertor to fix the issue. Gave me an extra washer for future problems. Had a $25 coupon for using Angie list and he only charged me for the actual service call $49. Was extremely pleased and would definitely use again

    Aaa Well Drilling
WONDERFUL!!!!! I called and left message. Promptly returned my call and set up time for crew to come and check on my well and pump. The well and pump originally served as water for the home and later served as irrigation. There was no water and when there was it was orange. The crew arrived led by Cody. First they found a wiring problem - corrected that so the breaker box wouldn't trip. Then they pulled the pump but not before completely informing me of cost and what they were doing. My pump was broken, over 20 years old, and there were several connections in the piping that were corroded and leaking. All were repaired and a new pump installed with warranty. The crew came clean and left dirty after over three hours of wrangling the 100 ft of piping and pump installation. They were super nice and just great at their work. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing.

Brett and Jacob gave me a call and arrived timely. They covered their shoes before entering my home and were very respectful and polite to me. Both listened to my problem and immediately went to work. The issue was resolved quickly and they cleaned up everything behind themselves. (even the tub area where there had been standing water that had left a ring) We discussed causes and ways to prevent my issue in the future. Overall I am very pleased with this service. I will call Cottrell Plumbing again.

    Complete Septic Tank
Started out well with a very responsive phone call and they showed up at my house the same day. The guys were very nice and seemed professional. They spent 2 hours digging holes in my backyard tracing the sewer to try and find the tank. After two hours they stopped and suggested getting another company to come out with a camera in order trace the line, they supposedly schedule the company to come out two days later. The camera company never showed, never called, didn't respond to my call. I tried to call Complete Septic back but they never responded to my call. I basically paid $175 to have holes dug and then filled in my backyard which is something I had already tried myself. Would not recommend this company if you're trying to find your system. Can't comment on the pumping of the septic as they never got that far.

We first used Cottrell Fall 2017 for a hot water heater. Josh came out on a service call one night to assess our issue and recommended a replacement. I love that they have 24/7 hours with no extra charges. A crew came the following afternoon to replace the tank and installed new valves. We called them again when I noticed the signs of a potential slab leak earlier this month. They wanted another company to come out to detect the origination of the leak and then they came out afterwards. The day of the appointment to do the repairs, the appointment before me ran late so they were late getting to me and still stayed to finish the job until about 7:00 PM which I appreciated. I am pretty obsessive about my house being clean so Ive appreciated their willingness to wear shoe covers and how they clean up after themselves. I have bad allergies so when they had to do the slab leak repair and Brett mentioned it would get dusty so he was putting up some plastic and I said I was concerned about dust going all over, he made a little fortress of plastic to work under to contain the dust in one small area. Of course, not even a plastic fortress can rival all that flying dust but I give him an A for effort :-) They replaced a hot and cold pipe that each had holes in the same area for $2,400. I cant remember the name of the other tech but he was friendly as well. We noticed our water pressure in our kitchen decreased significantly after this repair and Brett came back again to check it out and cleaned out the hot line in the kitchen where some sediment was causing the low pressure. He also installed a new pressure reducer valve to boost the pressure in the house that has been low. Brett seems to go above and beyond and Cottrell has stood behind their work which has gained my trust in them. I will continue to call on them when plumbing issues arise (though I REALLY hope that wont be for a while!)
