    Other than excessive wait times, the services were as expected. I was most upset to be sent a letter informing me that I would need to find another doctor since the practice, along with 4 others under the same umbrella were closing.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Plante's for many years but recently it seems he has lost all focus on his patients and that their time is important also. My last visit with him was a follow-up to my yearly blood work that I had done. Once he was done & I to ask him 1 or 2 questions, concerning stuff I needed answers to, he told me outright "Hurry Up, I have other patients to see". Too bad he didn't think about that while he and his staff were laughing and cutting up outside of my room or while they were taking their lunch. I was there 3 hours for my appointment and then got told to hurry up........NOT COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They are worse than organized crime. I had $11,000 worth of diagnostic testing done. Of that $11,000 the insurance company told them that they were a bunch of da*n crooks and would only authorize $3,000 of the charges to be covered. They wrote off $8,000 of an $11,000 bill. If you don't have insurance to protect you from the hospital they are going to try to charge you the $11,000. The first thing they do is to have me sign a paper that says I will pay whatever the insurance does not pay. They put an IV in my arm. I said it hurt and told them it was pushed in too far and felt like it was coming out the other side. They said it was done right. My arm was going numb and I could not bend my elbow. They told me they would redo it and when they did another nurse discovered the needle was pushed in too far. The pain stopped as soon as she moved it. Those people are incompetent. They are uncaring and they are crooks.

    They did all right but, messed up on the bill a little bit. The bill showed a different procedure and a different doctor. They told me that was the bill I was supposed to pay and they didn't send me a corrected bill. I would feel better if I got a bill with the right procedure and the right doctor on it.

    All the staff and doctors are professional and very helpful.  You may have to wait a little to see them, but that is a minor problem in my opinion.  Their services make up for that.

    My husband's doctor went out of his way to get him connected with services that he felt he needed. He did a follow-up visit to make sure everything was going well with the services. This group seems to have the interest of the patient as a priority. I also like the fact that they have a lab there at the practice, so it does not require another trip to a lab somewhere else.

    My husband and I use two different doctors. They are both knowledgeable and concerned with our issues. I have confidence in the doctors we see. They can draw blood and take xrays at the site, which is a plus for us. In addition, they send scripts to the pharmacy electronically. However, the wait time at Saluda Point needs to improve. We have waited as much as an hour past our appointment time. Sometimes calling the office is an exercise in patience. They are a growing practice and hopefully, they will improve wait times soon.

    Everything went wonderful, the only problem that I had was that I had severe post-op pain and they refused to refill my RX. Instead they did a procedure where they laced something into the stitches that had pain reliever in it. It was one of the more painful experiences I have ever had, both getting it put in and removed.

    He ordered tests from third parties. They were scheduled by his office the same day of my initial appt. Followup appt was thorough, he read through the results, confirmed diagnosis and recommended treatment.
