All Key'D Up Lock Co Inc
Mr. O'Toole did the job with 100% focus on his work such that he noted other ways to improve the security of each door with longer screws, new plates and the like. He worked carefully and thoroughly and at the end, the price was reasonable!

    Bobs Locksmith
I called this lock smith because I got locked out of my car
on Monday 2/23/2015.  I called at around
7:05am.  Spoke with a receptionist.  Advised her I had locked myself out of my
car, my car is not running, and I actually have the keys.  The locks had fallen so the keys do not
work.  I did not specify a time frame nor
did I state that this was an emergency.
I asked her how much they typically charge to pop the locks on a
car.  She asked for the year, make, and
model of my vehicle.  04, Honda,
Civic.  She said usually it is about $35
plus a $15 service fee.  She did inform
me that this price may vary based on the difficulty of the job.  I agreed to have a technician come out.
The technician called twice to let me know he was on his
way.   He had a thick foreign accent and
it was difficult to understand him.
The Technician arrived at approximately 8:10am or
8:15am.  My car was parked in the front
yard.  He approached my vehicle after
getting the one tool required to unlock my car.
It was raining.  I was cold and 8
months pregnant so I stood on the front porch trying to stay out of the
weather.  From standing beside my car I
heard him say, ?$35 plus $15 service.?
This was the price I was expecting so I said, ?yes.?
It took him no more than 2 or 3 minutes to jam the rod down
the side of my car and pop the lock.  It
was an extremely quick process and he only used this one tool.
Supposedly I misheard the gentleman regarding the
price.  When he approached me about
payment he said that will be $150.  I
said I don?t understand that is not the price I was given.  He did not seem to be concerned with my
confusion and frustration.  He called the
office and they said they would give me a $25 discount.  I was still not pleased.  He took a picture of my credit card with some
kind of app and emailed me a copy of the bill / receipt.  Very unprofessional!!!  It doesn?t show the company?s name or
    services performed.
I called the office back and spoke with a supervisor named
Hannah.  I explained the above issue and
she told me that they are an emergency service and typically to pop a lock it
    costs $90 - $200.  I asked why I was not
told that price to begin with when I asked this question.  She first said that the receptionists do not
always know the correct / valid prices.
I asked why are they allowed to price quote then?  There was no answer to this.  Then she said it?s based on the year make and
model.  I explained that should be
because certain models of vehicles are more difficult to deal with (i.e.
removing panels, keyless entry, etc?)  I told
her that I have had my locks popped before by other companies and they only
charged me around $50 per pop.  She said
that they have to go by what the technician tells them and she proceeded to
explain how the technician gets paid and how their company gets paid.  I stated that is not my problem and I am
unsure what that has to do with the pricing being three times what I was
quoted.  She then said they are an
emergency service so it is going to be higher.
I told her I never stated this was an emergency or requested a time
frame.  They are not titled as an
emergency service on their website.  They
are 24/7 but that still doesn?t explain why I was quoted a much lower price
TWICE and then charged three times the amount I was quoted.  Hannah basically refused to stick with the
price I was originally quoted.  I told
her I would be contacting the BBB.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint.  The BBB contacted me back stating that they
could not deliver mail to the address that is on the company?s website (Bob?s
Locksmith | 403 E Main St | Lexington SC 29072).  I called the company and asked for their
    mailing address.  The receptionist asked
why I needed it and I told her it was for the Better Business Bureau.  She hung up or disconnected from me!?  I called back.  She hung up / disconnected again!  I called a third time and said I have been
hung up on twice now if you do it again I am coming down there.  I want the mailing address.  They refused to provide it.  She instead gave me an email address for her
supervisor Hannah.  I provided the BBB
with the email address.  The BBB
contacted me back a couple weeks later and said the company refused to respond
    to their correspondence.
These people are con artists and I will NEVER use their
services again.  I would NEVER recommend
    these people to anyone!!!
I would like a refund on the excess $75 dollars I paid. The
price should have been the $35 dollars plus the $15 service charge that I
agreed to,TWICE. I would also suggest that this company start posting more
accurate pricing quote lists in highly accessible areas of their office.  I also recommend they train technicians to
approach a customer with a written down price & show it to them before the
work is performed.  Don't yell it across
the yard. That way there will be no confusion.

David came to my house an hour and a half after I called for a same-day appointment, and was at my location for around a half hour. He was friendly and performed the requested services quickly. I used the Angie's List special promotion (4 locks re-keyed on 2 doors) for $115. David charged me an extra $10 for two extra keys (4 total) and the re-key of the 5th lock.

    Mike O'Brien, Locksmith
I inadvertently locked the keys to my rental auto inside the car one night..  They were partially hanging out of a side pocket of my handbag on the passenger seat and in clear view.  I contacted my auto rental service and they in turn called Pee Wee's Towing to unlock the car.  Chris, who works with Pee Wee's Towing, was quick to respond, but was unable to help since the dispatcher didn't tell him my keys were locked in the car and he was there to tow the car instead.  He made a valiant effort to unlock the door anyway, but didn't have the necessary tools.  He realized that I was in a bad situation and offered to make a call to a friend to help. After a short time Mike O'Brien, who is a locksmith in Lexington, arrived to help.  He also was unable to open the door with his locksmith tools. But, using some amazing skills, he was able to look at the key through the window and "read" the grooves in order to make a key on the spot that fit perfectly and he opened the door with the first try.  It's still find it  hard to believe that he had the ability to do that.
Because my auto insurance covered the cost of the car rental due to an accident, I was not charged for the services of either Pee Wee's Towing or the locksmith services of Mike O'Brien.
I would highly recommend the services of both of these companies.   They were very personable, intelligent, courteous, and eager to help.

All Key'D Up Lock Co Inc
He was very polite on the phone.  When he arrived he introduced himself, and looked at what I had.  He advised that 2 needed replacing.  He was very detailed and did a great job.  He even took time to look at other issues I had that were not lock related.  He is a great man and a asset to me. I will be using him again if needed.

    Bravo Services LLC
Well folks, Brian was invited back again because his work ranks right up there with quality & efficiency! He was right on time and got right to work! He started with my doors and was very careful to clean up each area after installation of each lock. Afterward he went to my whirlpool room & quickly dismantled & re-installed another light fixture. After that, he fixed an outside wire for the back security lights and now they work. Very nice & very professional!!!!!!!

Kevin was professional and efficient.  He advised us one of our door knobs was not going to last and was able to replace.  He encountered difficulty because our locks were all different but he fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable costs; explaining as he went.

Mr. O'Toole arrived on schedule and worked quickly to get the job done.  He did a good job in a friendly professional manner. I would use his service again, and I have recommended him to several friends.

I thought they were fantastic! The man who came was very nice and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job, was thorough and made sure that I understood what he was doing and how much each service would be. They charge a service charge to come to your home and a fee for each service you request, but I thought everything was very reasonable. I will definitely give them a call again if I need service.
