Gary and J.R. Were exceptional. Gary came out to quite the installation. They were punctual, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable!!!! Price was exactly as quoted. They even went above and beyond what they said they would do. I highly recommend this company!!

Technician was very professional and did an excellent job on replacing my rollers. In addition to the tune-up, I was informed that the extension springs and pulley wheels need to be replaced. I was quoted a price well over $300.00. I can purchase the two springs needed at Lowes for under $25.00 each and the two pulley wheels are $5.98 each and can be easily installed. I just could not bring myself to pay the amount Precision Door wanted.

Tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite and willing to answer any related questions re service. Called in advance of arrival and was punctual. Explained new keypad instructions along with what was involved with the door servicing. Visitors have often commented upon how quiet the doors raise and lower. We have used this company before and will certainly use them again.

Excellent. Gary Williams called when he was on his way within the 2 hour window I was given. I pulled in the driveway right behind me. He looked at the damage, got a new spring from his truck and within 30 minutes he had the new spring on and my garage door working like new.

I contacted this company through Angie's List because my garage door was not closing correctly and seemed to be jerking as it closed.  The man from Precision took one look at the door and said that everything was old and worn out and started telling me all of the things I would need to replace.  He said the gear and sprocket system in particular was very bad.  I asked him how much longer he thought it would last.  He told me two days.  I asked him to prioritize the list of replacements that he had recommended. He told me that it ALL had to be done as soon as possible.  He tightened a few bolts.  He then presented me with two estimates for the work he recommended. One estimate was for $673.00.  This was for the work he said had to be done immediately.  The other estimate was for $811.50 and included more optional work.  So basically I paid him $39.00 to tighten a few bolts.  I thought I bought a garage door tune up.  That was not what I got.
Because I felt completely ripped off, I called another garage door company.  The service man came that same day.  After looking at the door he went back to his truck and picked up a giant can of WD40.  He sprayed everything really well, realigned the sensors and told me everything else looked fine.  I showed him the estimate from Precision and he said that none of that needed to be replaced.  Then he told me to have a good day.  He was going to leave having charged me nothing.  I insisted on paying him something for his trouble.  He asked for $35.00.  I have his number on speed dial.
My door is fairly old.  Ideally, I'm sure that it needs some of the things that this guy recommended.  But his main purpose was to sell me things that I did not need.  And he did not do the job that I paid for.  He did not lubricate the system nor did he aligned the sensors that I saw.  The simple alignment of the sensors actually fixed the problem.

The package I purchased went fine. We have a larger than normal garage door. Several weeks went by and I didn't hear from them so I had to make a phone call. They told me the belt was on back order. I waited another week and a half. I called back and said "If you can't find the belt, I'll find another company that can find one." I got a call that they found the belt. I'll probably not use them again. The technician who came out was great. He was really good.

It turned out well.  They did a very good job.  They were very good at what they did.  They have everything available in their truck to do what they needed to do.  They took away the old stuff and got rid of it.  They also fixed my basketball net for my kids in the garage driveway when he was doing the garage door which was nice.  He helped me do that because he has a ladder.

It didn't go very well. It wasn't a lot, it was a special deal I got through Angie's list. The guy was nice but my garage door still doesn't work. The pricing was fine, I didn't have any problem with pricing but they didn't solve the problem. I think that he was sharp but I don't think he has been doing it long enough to know exactly what the problem was. Responsiveness was fine.
