Very happy does not even begin to describe how we felt about the job Tim and his crew did. He was always here on time and would keep us posted each week on what days he would be here. Tim was also very good about returning phone calls. We had several companies give us a price for the same services and his prices were the most fair. We had 25 windows replaced and the wood around each window frame wrapped. He did an excellent job and the windows are so very efficient. We can already see a difference in our electric bill. He also installed two exterior door units. We are very pleased with the job he did on installing them. We changed out our wooden porch rails for rails we did not ever have to paint. They are beautiful and again he and his crew did a great job. We have a wrap around porch that is high off the ground. We also have a split steps going up to the porch. The wood had rotted on some of the steps and he replaced and painted the steps also. We are so very happy with the job he did on these. He also replaced the siding inside our screened porch. It looks so much better with the new siding. Tim is a very honest person and did extra things for us that he just noticed needed to be done. He was always responsive and the quality of his work is exceptional. We will definitely use him again for any work we need done.

Matt and his team did an excellent job for us. Very quick to respond and give us a quote, and the work progressed exactly on schedule. Equally importantly, the results are fantastic. We can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Top of the Line Painting, and recommend them highly.

Excellent. We were very impressed that Matt & his team came out one day, pressured washed the house and then returned the next day to paint the house-twice. They masked the windows (now we know what it feels like being on the inside of a fish tank) and cleaned up after. Matt was very knowledgeable about cedar sided homes and painting with a solid wood stain. Would I hire him again-yes.

Scott's first project was to help control erosion under our deck. He designed and put in lots of railroad ties and gravel, and moved some dirt to create an effective solution. It looks great and exceeded expectations. He has an excellent work ethic and is reliable and honest. We were so pleased to find someone with his enthusiasm and sincere interest in our projects... we put together a to-do list and Scott took it all on. AWESOME. He power washed the house and garage. Painted the house and garage. Cleaned out the privets and vines on our property line. Removed invasive plants (four o'clocks which needed to be thoroughly dug out) and trimmed shrubs and rose bush. He planted a bunch of native plants. Very thoughtful about his projects. Works hard. Shows up on time and communicates well if plans need to be changed. I am SO TIRED of calling people who don't show up to give a bid or complete the job. Scott is good at a lot of things, but being responsive, dependable and honest are really high on our list. Many times we just need an extra pair of hands. And Scott it exactly what we need. We continue to keep a to do list and plan to have him back a few times a year.

You should know that the owner does not paint. He sent several workers and then he came by (late) on the first day for about ten minutes and never came back to check the work. Painters cancelled first scheduled time due to shortage of employees. Kept putting it off for about a month. This made some of the pickets twist due to sun and the wood being unprotected. The seams on the columns also were more visible and had to be sanded by my contractor before painting. Did not properly sand the wood smooth enough. After painting everything on the porch, I identified at least 20-25 places and marked with painters tape where either they completely didn't paint areas, only got one coat on, painted on the brick, or dripped on the porch. The shutters were painted the wrong color with the wrong brand of paint. It was supposed to be "wrought iron" from Benjamin Moore and it was a black with green base from Sherman Williams (even though I gave the exact brand, color and number for the paint). Second time they repainted the shutters with an "exact duplication" of the color, again from Sherman Williams. Finally, got the right color. They did not tape off any areas or protect any areas from paint so I had lines on the brick around all shutters and fascia. There were spills and drips and over spray in other places. Shrubbery was not protected from drips. After asking the owner to look at the work, he came with a very hostile attitude and was very rude. He called my contractor and apologized, but never apologized to me for his behavior. The SAME 2 workers returned to sand the drips and repaint areas. They were to be here all day and only stayed several hours. The owner never checked the work to see if mistakes had been corrected. The work was not done right or completed so my builder had to do the work himself. You may ask why I paid, but my contractor was getting pressured for the money and we wanted to be done with Steven Martin. It has only been since May 2017 and all the seams and corners on my columns are separating due to inadequate caulking. I could have done a better job. At least I would have used tape or something to keep paint off my brick. If your profession is painting, you should be able to do so neatly and professionally. I sincerely hope no one has to go through what I did.

    Todd Brazell Painting
It couldn't have been better. Todd was professional, friendly, and exemplary in all communications, appointments, and service. The work was done exactly as negotiated. Todd found a few minor repairs where boards had begun to rot, and the additional charge was extremely reasonable. He was neat in his work. I'll need my fence pressure washed and stained next year, and doubt I'll use anyone other Todd.

    Crouchs Painting And Repairs
He didn't honor his work and he did a lazy job like paint that he just did like a while back the paint is peeling off everywhere I mean it's just not a good job and he didn't use the right stuff my husband his really particular about stuff  and he's like this is a terrible paint job and Brandon I'm not blaming him cause I don't think he knew either that hired him to do the painting part I don't know how he knew him and the thing is at first I thought it was a good until we started having all the issues and now I'm like maybe I need to let Brandon know you don't need to be hiring him anymore he doesn't do a really good job.

Well use better quality paint and not be cheap about it. sanded the area so that it didn't look soak throw the paint so bad and not ask for all the money up front cause he hag the audacity to ask me for all the money when I was the home owner president before he even finish the job I paid him half and I said I'm not giving you all of it until it's done well I really need it by this weekend or something I'm like you didn't do the work yet you know and I know common sense you just don't do that, he harass me  I guess is the word and then he got attitude when he couldn't get the money when he wanted it so he got kind of crummy with me, he just didn't have good work ethnic, in the beginning I thought he was very nice that's what I said I kind of push for him for all these jobs  and then I'm going back through looking at everything that he did and I'm like I'm sorrowful that I hired him cause they are gonna have to have it redone here soon cause it look so bad.

Marcial and his team were the best crew I have had on my property!!  The job was excellently and efficiently carried out from start to finish (approx. 7 long workdays).  Each day, the crew was here for 8-10 hours of nonstop work.  They were always polite and attentive to our questions/concerns. The most important part of the job --prep-- was done with intense pressure washing, scraping, sanding the parts of wood that needed it and caulking.  Paint was applied by brush to all areas, except the brick with required spraying to get into deep grout lines.   Will have them back in 5 years for "maintenance" of the job as Marcial recommended to have this wonderful paint job last for a LONG time!  Thanks Crew!!

Wonderful.  No surprises, no problems.  There is more work planned.  He preferred you to get the material, but he found siding I could not get.  My stone back splash looks great.  He found that too -matching the cabinets and counter tops.
