    Rytec Electric LLC
Excellent. Part was replaced quickly and technician tested everything to make sure it was 100% functional. Rytec kept in touch with me by phone to confirm appointment time, then technician called me before arriving so I knew he would be early. Definitely will use this company again. Although we didn't ask for it, when technician found out we are retired military, we were given a 10% military discount.

    The Improvement Co
I couldn't be more pleased with Dan and his crew of Jake and Paul, plus others as needed. They were neat, confining dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They even cleaned up everything before leaving each night. They used my ideas and made them better by pointing me to experts to help me pick out coordinating tile and bathroom fixtures and showing me how things could be better. They used the existing too large shower stall and left a newly tiled shower with glass doors and added a linen closet. What a bonus (Jake's idea.) They replaced the bathtub, retiled the floor, raised the existing cabinetry, added granite tops with ceramic sinks, installed new plumbing and faucets, raised the tv to needed height, hid the wiring inside the walls and added new electrical outlets where needed and new vent fans in the shower and water closet. The room is beautiful and the work masterful. These are great people who truly wanted me to be happy. I tried to keep my interference to a minimum but if there was some small thing I found displeasing , maybe once, they were happy to redo something that other people would never notice. These are people with great hearts and it shows in their attitudes and attention to detail. Highly recommended for bathrooms and any other project you might need.

    Gunter Electrical Service
Kevin Gunter, the owner, came to my home and checked my wiring in response to having several lamps short out. After the visit, he was paid and also received a down payment so that he could obtain fixtures that he was to install. After that, he rescheduled several times and twice failed to show up without any contact at all. He was unresponsive to phone calls, texts, emails. I did not get the work done and he didn't respond to requests for a refund. He had done work for me before without problems when his father owned the business, and at that time the work was done well at a reasonable price. This was disappointing to say the least; very unprofessional. I gave him every opportunity to rectify the situation, but ultimately he swindled me out of my payment. I filed a complaint with BBB and apparently there was no response to this either.

    Rytec Electric LLC
Rytec has been my go-to electric company for over 3 years. On this visit, Clinton called before he came and arrived on schedule. He analyzed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was professional and polite. Rytec has always provided excellent service and I will continue to use them.

    Rytec Electric LLC
It went flawlessly. I am so impressed with Rytec. The reviews before me that prompted me to use them were all spot on. Extremely competent, professional, efficient, and affordable. I will absolutely use Rytec again and refer them as many times as I can. Clinton was the lead electrician on my job - super guy.

    Steadfast Electric
Super responsive to my multiple requests/changes while working up a quote. Their quote came in at almost 1/2 of the other company that was bidding due to not trying to sell/add items that weren't required for this job. Actually showed up a little earlier than scheduled to perform work, which was great for this all day project. Due to Jon's hard work, efficiency & knowledge, he completed what should have been a two day project in one long day. He managed to coordinate the county inspectors & electric company so that everyone was on site no more than 10 minutes after he finished each stage of the work & had power restored sooner than expected. I would highly recommend them.

    Electric Alternatives LLC
This contractor did the wiring for our new home. Some outlets and wiring did not work and they had to be called back several times to correct issues. Response time was very slow. It is now 6 months later and some outlets and light fixtures are still not working. Have made multiple calls and texts to the owner, James, for the past month and get no response. Would not recommend this company for any residential electrical work. They do not respond and apparently do not stand behind their work.

    Rytec Electric LLC
Okay, but I had to remind the man to check everything. He seemed to be in a hurry and was not going to check all the things listed to be checked for the deal of $49.00. I was interested in having them do some repairs but their prices were high so may not call them to do it. Charged 50.00 for each fire alarm which is crazy amount and charge a fee of 49.00 just to come back to the house.

I called the builders about 4 months in and was told to wait for my year walk through and everything would be handled then. Turns out, because I waited, I was told because the lights were installed before I closed on my home they were out of warranty. But the problem is, everyone on this street got the same lights and they all rusted. The woman, Jennifer who answered the phone tried so hard to help me resolve the issue. I offered to pay the upgrade price so I didn't get the same poor quality lights. Was told I would get a call back. No one ever called, they just sent a guy to replace the lights because I made a formal complaint with the home builder. They used the same lights!! The same lights they admitted had issues! Then they acted as if I should be happy that they replaced them at all!! If a company knowingly installs poor quality materials on full neighborhoods after knowing that they have issues, how can they be listed on Angies list with high marks? The customer service woman was very kind and friendly and I could tell she had her hands tied, but as for the rest of the company, they need to wake up and actually sit down and put some thought into what they are selling!! Now in a couple more months I will have to go and pay someone else to install better lights. To be 100% honest, I have purchased 15$ lights in the past for my other homes that lasted for many years. But this home is supposed to be of much higher quality, as I spent almost double building it. My main question is why do they still continue to sell product that is faulty? Buyer beware. I am sure they will continue to shine light, but as for quality of material, these things should be pulled from the shelves and never put on another home...until the manufacturer figures out what is wrong with them and fixes the issue.

    A & H Electric Company LLC
Fantastic!! Mr. Tony Costello and his crew were extremely customer focused, professional, and courteous during the entire project execution. A&H Electrical was instrumental in handling all electrical issues associated with the remodel of an older home that we purchased. He and his crew handled all electrical work for what I thought was a fair price for the extensive services performed.
