    Level-Up Masonry LLC
Job was done quickly but thoroughly. Team showed up exactly when they were supposed to and finished job on schedule, even though they had to work later than expected one day. Quality of workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Also provided excellent advice and ideas.

    Advantage Pools and Hardscapes
Steve Cunningham was paid in full to perform a pool install. During the pouring of the concrete deck around the pool, two of his workers didn't show up and the pump broke. Truck also ran out of concrete mix. I had to run to Home Depot and pick up 5 , 80 pound bags of cement. Because of all these problems, the concrete dried up too quickly leaving an ugly unfinished deck. Steve agreed. He also promised he would come back in several weeks and put down a spray deck to hide and repair all the imperfections. Leaving his tools and materials on my patio deck stained the concrete deck as well with rust I couldn't get out. I gave him 3 months. He wouldn't return any calls, voicemails or emails. He never provided me with my warranty info for my pump and filter. He went on a mission trip to Haiti and didn't show me how to operate the pool. He eventually responded to a text message when I told him I would take him to court. I tried working with Steve. Told him to give me $750.00. He said he didn't have it. I went as far as telling him just give me the cost of materials which was $300.00. He didn't have this either. In a 6 month span, Steve made almost $70,000.00 with my pool job and the 2 others I referred him this year. Steve made every excuse from losing his other job, kid going away to college, wife quit job and wife had surgery . After feeling sorry for him , I spoke to his pastor and he offered to sit down and help him and Steve declined. Steve told my neighbor he was going to beat me up. I took him to court and won a civil judgement against him for $1,800.00 which is the cost to finish the concrete job. Turns out , I'm not the only person he scammed . He did the same thing to my neighbor and my neighbors co-worker except he took my neighbors money and never returned equally $7,500.00. He won a judgement against Steve as well. Steve operates under Steve Cunningham, Advantage Pools, Calypso Pools and Heavenly Pools.

    Standridge Masonry & Repair
Excellent job done by Tony and his team. Tony called me back quickly and came out to provide a quote. Once the quote was accepted Tony and his team had the entire project finished in two days. The first day the old driveway was torn up and removed. Then, the fill dirt was brought in and packed down. It took 5 tons of fill dirt. On day two the concrete was delivered and poured. Tony and his team are very professional and courteous. Tony is very concerned about the quality of his work and his team's work. They are also concerned about leaving the job very clean (all debris was removed as the job progressed ). I would definitely use Tony and his team again and have already recommended him to my co-workers and friends. Great experience. Extremely pleased with my new driveway!

We had a wonderful overall experience! Tony is knowledgeable, punctual, reasonable and professional. I wish we could rate him higher than an A! He deserves extra credit and a grade of A+++. Tony stayed on top of his crew to make sure the work was perfect. He also came by the house again after the crew left to make sure it was all done to our liking. We are very impressed by his work ethic and we appreciate his dedication to making sure that we had an excellent experience. I will definitely contact Tony again for my future projects. If you are searching for a contractor, there's no need to look any further...Tony is the best!

    Joe's Concrete
Joe was very professional. They were punctual and let me know exactly what they were going to do. He made suggestions to help with drainage issue we were having across driveway. Very honest. He caught an overbilling error by concrete company and had me call them to get a refund. Have had many positive comments from neighbors and several people have stopped to get number from his sign. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

    Midstate Renovations & Repairs LLC
I am extremely satisfied with the completed job. The conversion from tub/shower to shower stall only with handicap features is exactly what I wanted. It looks great and gives my bathroom an updated appearance. Adam Steptoe is an experienced contractor with lots of know-how in different areas of home renovation. He was always professional and pleasant to deal with on a daily basis. I would definitely hire him again and recommend his company to others.

    Mullis Concrete LLC
Mr. Mullis and his crew arrived as scheduled and performed the work promptly. Everything was neat and clean and even after almost 5 years I have no cracks except at the control joints and the concrete finish is very uniform. I would definitely use Mullins concrete for ally concrete needs in the future.

    Joe's Concrete
I found Joe on Angie;s List as he had great reviews! My project is as follows: We live on a property which has a steady incline from fron to rear , so I needed Joe to come check out what we needed to do. He responded immediately after contact through Angie's List and set up a time to meet. We had to remove some dirt and build up the other side to find a happy level area for the upcoming building. Because of the added fill dirt, the price increased a bit, but this to be exprected. At first I was a bit upset by that,  as I figured the first survey meeting should have revealed things like that, but things happen, and this yard is tricky. I was out of town on the day the concrete was poured, which was a Saturday,  but Joe contacted me and asked if I was happy with the leveling, which I was, and gave the go ahead to pour. He came back and removed the framework around the concrete after it set up a bit. My issue now is I have more of a hill on one side of the garage than the other, and need a ramp to get into the garage. Upon finishing the foundation, he had ramped some of the extra fill dirt in front of the foundation, and poured the extra concrete over the fill dirt to keep it from washing until I made a plan to add a ramp. It was a good idea, but looks bad and will make more work when adding the ramp I think. He wanted to continue the project , which meant adding approximately another 31' x 31' of concrete to make the accessing the garage possible. We did not want to leave the project unfinished but my cash was leaving quickly. He worked a price which I couldn't manage, then tried two other times to reduce the cost and got it in a confortable area, but I wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. Bottom line is he tried to do the right thing and make me happy. I wasn't as prepared as I thought I would be for this project, so not his fault. Unless I go with asphalt or other type of access to the garage, I will go with Joe again soon...
