    Although diagnosis was difficult due to improper modifications made to the ducts by the previous homeowner & contractor, Fulmer stayed on the job until the problems were found and corrected. Many service companies faced with a puzzler like this would just say the system was working the the best it could and would walk away from the problem. I highly recommend Fulmer to others.

    Rite Temp Heating & Air LLC
    We decided to replace our original 14 year old heat pumps, as they were drawing high amperage and requiring frequent servicing. We decided to use Rite Temp, the company who had been servicing our units for the last 10 years or so.  Their quote was not the cheapest, but was competitive.  Over the years, I have developed a high comfort level with them because of Rite Temp's service level and overall fairness.  The quote was put together by Paul Crawford, their Residential Manager.  We reviewed good, better, best options along with some bells and whistles, as we fine tuned our choices.  We considered cost effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability issues.  Paul was very responsive with my numerous phone calls and spent sufficient time in my home, reviewing our systems.  He did not push me to go overboard on my choices.
    Our primary service guy, Will, convinced us to consider replacing our units.  Will is knowledgeable and has taken great care of us. We respect his opinions and advice, as he has earned our trust.
    The installation went great, and here's why.  It's their people!  The two installation guys -- Travis Buckner and Jason Frye -- were each very knowledgeable, thorough, and neat.  After they completed the two day job, spending time outside, in the house, and in the attic -- you could not even tell they were there!  They put plastic down on the floor, wore booties over their shoes, and cleaned up everything.  The attic area was actually cleaner than prior to the job.  Travis had to remove a large bush in order to install the 5 ton package unit.  He replaced the bush when he was done.  Everything is running great!
    Both Travis and Jason were very easy to communicate with.  They really wanted to please us -- and they did.  They have phenomenal attitudes.  I think that is what makes them stand out so much.  You don't see that enough nowadays.  Rite Temp has been in business since the late 1980's and they really have nurtured a family atmosphere amongst their employees.  No bad mouthing -- nothing even close to that.  They are all team players and EXTREMELY customer-focused..
    I usually don't write such lengthy endorsements, but this company deserves it.  The owner, Travis Henzler, came by to check on things -- which I liked.  The culture of this company can be described with the words: fairness, low-key, no pressure, honesty, and thoroughness.

    Cassell Brothers Heating & Cooling LLC
    Everything went great!  Me and my husband were very impressed (and my husband does not impress easily or often for any  ontractors) with the skill level, professionalism, cleanliness, and courteousness of all the technicians who were at our house.  They basically had enough technicians out to do everything in one day and they did not leave until they were sure everything was working properly and we were 100% satisfied.
    We have used a few different heating and cooling companies and did not like any of them compared to this company.  We also got at least 3 quotes before going with Cassell where we feel we got the best price for the quality of the system installed.  Not only would we recommend using them to anyone but we will be using them as our heating and cooling company from now on as well as any other work they can do for us.
    I cannot say enough about the importance of skill and professionalism requirements for us as well as not feeling like we got ripped off and they blew us away with how great they were as well as doing all the little things like installing 2 new air vents in 2 rooms that needed them and ensuring our air vents where our air filters go were cleaned out to keep dirt and debris out of the system, which no one has ever bothered to look at before.

    Air Necessities
    I realized that since we moved into our new home 5 years ago, we had never had our home generator serviced.  My husband is disabled and partially blind so it is imperative that we have our lights working at all times.  I contacted Air Necessities about noon on the 9th, explained the situation, and they said they would be here in about 45 minutes and it would take about an hour to do the service.  They told me they do this work often and have the kits on hand to do the job.  They also told me the price so I would not be surprised.  They arrived when they said they would and got the work done within the hour.  We were very pleased with their professionalism, their promptness, and their efficiency.  We will have them do our yearly maintenance from now on.

    Air Mechanics Service Center
    Friday we noticed our ac was not cooling the house. I thought oh no it's friday and no one will be able to come out till monday. I thought I would try anyway. We called Air Mechanics and told them what was happening. Low and behold when the receptionist said someone would be out this afternoon I was so excited. Ken came out and instantly knew what the problem was. He was very thorough and explained everything along with an estimate. We were very pleased with the service and Ken was very professional. We will continue to use Air Mechanics for all our heating and ac needs.

    We have also had them come to repair our system. With the heat of summer starting, it became obvious that one of our units was not working well, if at all. They came within a couple of days of calling them and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Part of one of the units was no longer working and needed to be replaced. They gave us a quote for replacing the part that was not working or replacing the whole unit (it was getting older). There was no pressure to make any particular choice. They answered all of our questions too. When we decided on our option, they promptly ordered the parts and scheduled the work to replace what was needed.

    They are always prompt, they are courteous, and they come as soon as possible after they are called. They do the work and they do it well. If there are conditions that we should know they have alerted us to them and they have given us choices about what to do. I haven't compared prices lately but I would say they are in the ballpark.

    Tri-City Fuel & Heating Co

    The company was very responsive every time I called them. However, they
    were unable to fully resolve the problem related to the low voltage circuit breaker
    tripping. The first time it happened the technician reset the breaker. The next time
    they replaced the thermostat. This went on for a total of 6 service calls and a cost
    to me of $887.00. This was in addition to the $330.00 I had paid for two years 
    of semi-annual maintenance. They were finally able to determine that a wire in the
    cable from the air handler in the attic to the outside unit was intermittently shorting
    out. The technician substituted an unused wire in the cable for the shorted wire and
    everything was fine for a few months. In May 2011, another wire went bad. The
    company called to arrange to send two people out a few days after this happened to
    run a new low voltage cable. By the time they called, my son and I had installed
    an entire new cable. It took us about 1 1/2 hrs.

    My final call to the company was on 6/30/2011. Again, they responded quickly, and were
    very professional. The A/C unit was not cooling. The technician added 4 lbs. of freon, and
    charged $267.00. The unit cooled for about 12 hours and stopped. I called them back on
    7/1 and they said I could set up an appointment for someone with a leak detector to come
    out on Tuesday 7/5. I told them no thanks.
