I have been without a refrigerator for almost 2 months. Owner was contracted through our home warranty company, August 26th. The parts were sent to him first part of September. He has yet to come out and service my refrigerator. The home warranty company has reached out to him, as well as myself with ZERO luck! He scheduled an appointment today with 11-2 window. Have yet to hear from him. No call....

I just bought a new fridge because I couldn't reach anyone.

Fridge went out. Needed someone to check it. Not cooling, but motor running. Tried to call around 9:05 AM. Went to voice mail. Couldn'the leave message. Mail box was full. Ended up buying a new fridge.

He came on time. Very professional. Checked out the refrigerator and found the problem quickly. I needed a new part which he ordered right away and told me it would take about three days to get it. The part came in and he promptly came back and put it in. I would definitely use this company again.

This J. Booker was referred by us from our Home Warranty Company.  The first time he showed up 2hrs late.  A whole day was wasted waiting on this guy who did not show up when he was suppose too!
