I have been working with Mr Robbie Dodd and his company for over 5 years. I have found him to be a man of great character and the work his company provides to my wife and I to be more than satisfactory. He does his work for us as if it were for his own home.

    Septic Pro
The owner of Septic Pro, Chris Campbell called me back within 5 minutes of my leaving a message. We set an appointment date and time for him to come to our house. He was punctual and was within 5 minutes of the appointed time. Chris uncovered our septic tank, made an evaluation. Much to my surprise he indicated the tank looked good, was not full, appeared to have an excellent bacterial breakdown base and did not need evacuation. Since our home was 4-1/2 years new I asked him to evacuate the septic tank anyway. This way we would have a chronological base from which to go forward. Chris was very professional and explained what he was doing at every step in the process. He was also very meticulous and cognizant about maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of our property. Clean out took about 40 minutes (pumping uphill to this truck 50 feet away). During the entire time he remained engaged, very friendly and conversant. Having experienced septic tank problems at our business previously in another state, after the job was done, I asked Chris what further steps we could take as homeowners to prevent any potential future problems. He recommended the name of a product we could apply in our shower monthly to enhance bacterial action in the tank. He told us we could order it on line. He also said he always carried it on his truck and offered to sell it to us. He advised us that he charged a little more for it than the price paid on line. The cost differential was nominal. For us it was more convenient to buy it from Chris rather than ordering on line, paying a shipping/delivery fee, and then waiting for delivery. There is no question, Chris made this experience very easy. He was not eager to perform or charge for a service he felt was unnecessary. He was prepared leave having only charged us for his service call (disclosed to me on the first call when the appointment was made). He was honest and up front about everything. Would I recommend or have Chris Campbell and Septic Pro back again? In a heart beat! Oh, as an aside, Chris Campbell also offers a 10% discount to all active duty and retired military service members. He does require documentation however.

It took 8 months to complete.Couldn't get bathtub right leaked thru ceiling.Had multiple holes cut in walls.Parts that they said weren't right traded out for cheaper parts and not reimbursed for them. They didn't have money to pay for my new counter top so I ended up paying up front and not taken off bill. They aren't qualified to be called contractors.Do not hire them.I ended up paying a lot more than they quoted.

    KT Plumbing, INC
We had some problems with the new water heater, and KT addressed the situation promptly by installing a captive air tank. The remodeling project went less smoothly. The technicians routed new PEX water lines for a relocated vanity in our master bathroom...unfortunately, they routed them in a manner which created an obstruction when installing sheetrock in the room below the bathroom(the old ceiling was removed to gain access to the drain and water lines). We had to move and brace them so that we could install the ceiling. We also found where they had knocked a hole in a common wall between the bathroom and closet-they did not make an attempt to repair it nor did they let us know about it. We found the damage a few weeks after the project was completed because the damage was concealed behind hanging clothes. They also spilled pipe cleaning compound on the bathroom floor and door...it stained the door badly and we had to strip the paint, prime and paint it again because the stain continually bled through. The stain on the floor was not an issue since we had it tiled after they finished. I am torn on whether we will use them again...I say yes, but I feel it would be in my best interest to be there while any work is being done so that the issues described above would not be repeated.

    DR FLUSH
Sent someone out the same day we called in the afternoon. Notified us 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Located, dug out and pumped tank. Attempted, unsuccessfully, to locate our 2nd tank at the barn, but recommended another plumber to come locate the tank with a camera. A couple days later tank was located. We then had Dr. Flush return to check that tank. They informed us it didn't really need to be pumped and charged a reasonable fee for service call, digging out and checking the tank. Two different sets of people came and both were knowledgeable and got the job done. Gave good advice and didn't charge us for services that weren't needed. Service was discounted because two tanks were involved. Would definitely hire again. The cost reported here does not include the price of the 2nd group coming out to locate barn septic tank with a camera.

His service was amazing. He wasn't like any of the other contractors we dealt with in building our home. We haven't had any problems at all. He cleans up well. Everyone that I recommend him to is very happy with him and so are we.

    Foothills Plumbing & Construction
Our water heater went completely out on Monday morning. We spoke with Hunter on Monday evening, and he worked us into his schedule for Tuesday afternoon after he completed his other scheduled work. He communicated clearly with us when he would show up. Based on the information we provided, he came prepared to replace the existing Propane water heater (that was 18 years old) so that he could get our hot water back up and running. He and his co-workers stayed until the work was complete. They were professional and friendly and worked hard to get the needed work done in a timely manner. They extended their work day to accommodate our needs. They kept everything neat and clean, and I couldn't tell they had been there when they left. We were very pleased and everything is working perfectly! The price was reasonable and better than some of the other companies I reviewed.

    Tim Brower
He was super punctual.  We had a lot of non-plum lines in the construction.  Two closets measure differently.  Closets were not completed.  We asked that he put baseboards down in the main area and he would not return.  The bathroom baseboard was done very poorly. Trim pieces were left questionably.
A pipe left leaking and he refused to return to fix.  The home inspector said it appeared never to be glued because there was no purple cleaner on the pipe.  He was asked to return several times and he refused.  We spent quite a bit of money removing trim pieces and replacing.
We needed doors on attic openings, never got.
We asked for completion on several items and he refused to return.
We paid him kindly, heavily and any time he asked for money.  He did not show you his expenses that we were paying for.
We would not recommend this person unless you have no other choices only because he would not return.
He was kind to us and we to him, we really liked him personally, but we could not understand his reasons for not returning to complete or repairing his mistakes.
Another customer/acquantance reported to us the same experience of non-return.
We paid another carpenter to give us a completed project and to straighten out what could be repaired.
Another plumber was hired to fix the plumbing leak who stated that they plumbing T was not installed according to code.

They worked well with American Home Shied. They are really professional. I am tech-savy and they were very helpful and let me be down there with them to ask questions. They were able to work with me on the price as well.

Our local hardware store recommended them. He was able to come out that day as promised. He showed up on time and did the work quickly. He saved me a lot of grief and consternation. I could have a leak. It is still working and it has been over a month.
