    Imperial Stone LLC
Sam and Tony were complete professionals. They gave us prompt, personal service, and were always polite and kind. When they left, everything looked great. You wouldn't have known they were here, except for the beautiful granite expertly installed in our kitchen. From the estimate to the completed installation, they politely answered all our questions. They are great! We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

    KPC Carpentry Service
We have hired KPC Carpentry Service several times. When we need something done around the house, KPC Carpentry Service is who we call on. They are courteous and always show up on time. Somethings cannot be taken for granted and these days the experience and level of expertise KPC exhibits are hard to come by. Whether its making a repair or an improvement to our home. We place our full and earnest trust in them and never worry about how things will turn out. We know they are professional builders and they know their stuff. There is nothing about a home they cant fix.

    Carolina SGO LLC
From the first contact until the installation, Carolina SGO was extremely helpful and professional.  They installed exactly what we wanted...and the process was seamless, with no worries or headaches.  Nicole in the office was fabulous, as were the guys who measured for and installed the shower doors.  In fact, working with Carolina SGO was the easiest part of our build.  The quality of their work was unparalleled. All the people involved were friendly and professional and worked to make sure we were happy customers.   We could not be happier with the end result.  We will recommend them to anyone. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We wish that the rest of our build had been this easy.

    Thanks, Carolina SGO!

First and foremost, it was important that the project was to be finished by a certain date; The builder met the deadline.
He and his crew were respectful, professional and detail oriented. the project required specified architectural details not often seen in new housing. One challenge was the matching of the exterior with the original structure, a challenge they met superbly. The builder also found solutions for unusual structural challenges such as a hidden steel support beam and an unusual roof structure.

    Wallace Construction of Lancaster, Inc.
Mr. Wallace came to give me the estimate when he had the flu, very unprofessional. I called him several times to ask about the estimate and he finally called back and told me the price over the phone. He was going to check on one thing and call me back. Still have not heard from him. would not recommend this company.

He gets back to you quickly and is very professional.  The work he has done in the past has been excellent.  If he says he's going to be there, he is.  He is very friendly and personable.  I'm pleased with his work and people around the area use him quite a bit.

Tony came out and immediately knew how to address our problem and recommended a low cost solution. His original estimate was $3575. He brought  tile to my 84 year old Mom's house for her to select from. We agreed on price, scope, and when to start. His guys came out and started when he said they would. His estimate was 5-7 working days. His various contractors were very professional, stayed on the job, and cleaned up after themselves. The problem came when the special order shower doors did not come in as Tony expected. Once the doors came in, they got back on the job and finished it up. From start to finish was three weeks however. Tony was sincerely apologetic and the final bill was for $3200. We are quite happy with the bathroom and would use Tony again.

The scope of the work involves restoration of my parents house, approximately 2000 sq. feet, which has been unoccupied for approximately 10 years. The major portions of the work to be performed includes flooring replacement in all rooms (except 1 room), painting the entire interior of the home and portions of the exterior, moisture damage repair in a laundry room, soffit and facia rot around portions of the exterior, window replacements throughout (23 total), kitchen cabinet door and counter top replacements along with other a number of other miscellaneous tasks.
To date, no work has been started. So, I'm primarily writing this review at this time to state how impressed and happy I have been with Chris so far in our phone, email, texts and face-to-face communications, and his willingness to hammer out a work scope and costs within my budget. He has been a true professional in all of our exchanges and he's bent over backwards to work with me to hash out a way to get the major work needed within an acceptable budget and to the quality level I'm expecting.

    D & D Drywall & Painting
I can't say enough good about D&D Drywall. Dennis and his crew were our lifesavers. We searched for someone high and low to do this project - Dennis and his crew where the only people in the Charlotte area to be open minded enough to take on the project.
Dennis showed up on a holiday to meet us to look at what needed to be done for the project. He took a sample of the cement mud to see how it would work and how it would sand. We were impressed by this because we knew he would do his homework. The project took about two weeks and his workers where out there everyday working hard. This was not an easy project to complete considering it is a new technique.
Dennis was pretty responsive considering his business is busy. We would call, he would call back within a day usually. Our only complaint is the mess that was made on our property. However, we talked to Dennis and they did an excellent job of cleaning up.
The job is basically done except for a few small things that were missed in one of the bathrooms. I have faith that Dennis and his group will finish the job and come back for touch ups if need be. Thank you D&D Drywall!!!!!

    ZACK COOPER BUILDERS
They installed the cabinet bases and that was it. It was an unprofessional job all around. One of the subcontractors was wearing flip flops to the job. Rick Worley, the owner, wanted $5,000.00 up front which I gave. He claims he is insured and bonded and licensed but it turns out he is not (even though this was put on our contract). I asked him to show the builder's liability insurance and I asked him to send me copies of all this information (contractor's license, proof of insurance, etc) and I never heard from him. One of the subcontractors hasn't been paid either and he said he would never do work for this company again either. Some doors were ordered for me and I was able to get those so I could finish the work myself. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself that I paid him to do as he never finished anything. I would never recommend him and I would warn anyone against using this company.
