    All Aspects Landscaping & Fence
My family moved four states away, with my husband moving first. He requested that Mr. Fowler contact me about the specifics of the fence, and he immediately did so. Mr. Fowler and I traded multiple emails and texts to try to narrow down exactly what I would want. My husband and I had a very specific amount of money set aside for this job, and that was the determining factor for all decisions. Mr. Fowler, and the two men who performed the job, worked hard to keep the cost right at this amount. They were very careful to fill in the low spots under the fence, so the dog cannot escape. All three men were very tolerant of my children and me, following them around and asking questions. I sometimes get attitude from working men, that I cannot possibly understand what they are doing and why, but I never felt that way with these men. I am very pleased with my fence. I would absolutely recommend this company.

    Champion Fence Builders Inc
Exactly as they said! Supervisor of the crew called me before the install day, crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned all material and trash. Fence looks great and was early 2K cheaper than other estimates. Office staff was responsive and very friendly.

    Seminole Custom Homes, INC
First and foremost, it was important that the project was to be finished by a certain date; The builder met the deadline.
He and his crew were respectful, professional and detail oriented. the project required specified architectural details not often seen in new housing. One challenge was the matching of the exterior with the original structure, a challenge they met superbly. The builder also found solutions for unusual structural challenges such as a hidden steel support beam and an unusual roof structure.

    Focal Point Masonry
Focal Point Masonry was very responsive from the initial call.  Brad told me what he was going to do and he did it.  He called back when he said he would, he showed up when he said he would, he charged me what he said he would, he finished sooner than I thought he would.  I know people he has worked for in the past and I know he's very experienced.  I've been in the construction industry for almost 30 years and although I don't know a lot about masonry, it was a pleasure to watch him work and see good craftsmanship.

    Manus Contracting, Inc
The scope of the work involves restoration of my parents house, approximately 2000 sq. feet, which has been unoccupied for approximately 10 years. The major portions of the work to be performed includes flooring replacement in all rooms (except 1 room), painting the entire interior of the home and portions of the exterior, moisture damage repair in a laundry room, soffit and facia rot around portions of the exterior, window replacements throughout (23 total), kitchen cabinet door and counter top replacements along with other a number of other miscellaneous tasks.
To date, no work has been started. So, I'm primarily writing this review at this time to state how impressed and happy I have been with Chris so far in our phone, email, texts and face-to-face communications, and his willingness to hammer out a work scope and costs within my budget. He has been a true professional in all of our exchanges and he's bent over backwards to work with me to hash out a way to get the major work needed within an acceptable budget and to the quality level I'm expecting.

Squeegee Pros Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing
I fell in love with Squeegee Pros about 2 years ago when I had them come out for a window washing.
Javier did an outstanding job. He took his time and was meticulous in making
sure I got what I paid for. There wasn't a speck of dirt for miles when he
    left.
Xavier arrived on time and began the window washing then the exterior wash. He quoted $150 to clean
the pool area and $125 for the main driveway. He said he could complete them
the same day. We added the pool shed for $25. The fence lining the pool was
included (later I found out this was not the case). A completion time of 1:30
was stated. I had to take my children to the Dr at 3 so that would work.
I didn't ask for any special pricing or extra discounts even though I gave them
    quite a bit more money.
Once the pool area was completed I asked about several large darker areas on
the concrete. He said those were stains and he had done the best he could. I
asked about the fence and he said he had washed the back of it and would get
the front where we were standing when he was done. It had the green algae
looking buildup on it. He asked if I wanted the large deck boxes and all of the
pool toys put back up or left in a pile in the mulch he moved them to. I asked
him to put back the large items. One deck box was put back; the other was left
outside the fence in the grass.
He moved to the main driveway area around noon. He had the driveway to
complete, the exterior window wash, the window jambs and replacing the screens.
At 2pm he was still working on the driveway. I needed to leave. I left an adult
at home with a check and tip for him. I assumed I would receive high quality
again from this company so I felt comfortable with this scenario. I left the Dr.
at 5 and called to check on him. He was just leaving.
When I arrived home I noticed strange "stain" patterns on the
driveway, pictured. It looked as if certain spots were possibly missed or not
cleaned as thoroughly as the others. Not the same as the pool area. He used a
square attachment to clean with. The "stains" have straight lines
down the sides of some of them and that concerned me.  Random stains I probably wouldn't have
questioned too much. I also noticed that the side porch Welcome mat was soaking
wet. I lifted it up to see that it hadn't been moved at all. There was a messy
wet pile of dirt under it. When I walked around to the front I noticed the bird
feeder that was on the window was on the porch with bird seed spilled all over.
I picked up a couple of things in that area and also noticed they had wet
messes under them as well. I came inside and checked the windows. They were all
sparkling and looked good. Once I lifted them I did notice lots of residual
dirt still inside the jambs and the corners hadn't been touched.  I
checked a few other windows and they all had the dirt left in the corners, some
had the residual dirt (pictured).  This
was not what Javier had done the first time. When I went outside to put all of
the pool supplies back I noticed the fence didn't appear to be washed at all.
Unsatisfied I called them the next business day, Monday. I said I wasn't sure
if something was missed and asked if she could she take a look at some photos of
the power washing and tell me if this is normal. I said I wasn't happy and
didn't see the value in the job. I was polite thee entire time. She asked me to
email the photos, which I did. The manager wasn't in that day but she would
have him review them and call me the next day. Tuesday I received an email
stating he was still out of the office and that she would call tomorrow.
Wednesday I received a note from her saying this was typical for concrete and I
would need to epoxy over it. She said the small stoop wasn't included in the
wash, I guess moving the mat wasn't included, and it was an extra service. The
messy fence was not priced as part of the pool area and it was a separate
service. The mess on the front porch was, you guessed it, an extra service. At
no point did I balk about the prices or turn down any of the extra services. I
would have paid for any of those had I known I needed to. I just wanted, and
still want a clean home exterior. Still unsatisfied with the work and now these
responses I attempted to reach out to the owner, Jim.
While looking over their reviews I did notice an interesting trend. No one
single issue seems to be "valid" according to the official company
reply. One even went over the line calling a person a hoarder and insinuating they
had an alcohol problem. Ending the review stating they would pray for them to
change their lifestyle (yikes). This honestly concerned me. Maybe I was out of
line but I gently mentioned to the owner that he might want to review his
company's responses.  I was even more shocked at his reply.
See the email correspondence below.  Please note the subtle reference to my not paying
for certain services (even though I thought I was paying) and the well worded ?your
    Angie?s List review doesn?t matter?.
I left out the beginning correspondence describing what is stated above so that all of the
    relevant responses would fit.

    Kimberly,
I spoke to my technician that was out there and my field manager and the
marks you see are in the concrete and won't come out with any further pressure
washing. The only way to make it look uniform would be to refinish it with
concrete epoxy. The front stoop is not included in the house washing and is
additional. He was not told to do the front stoop and he rinsed the fence down
    for no charge.

Thanks Ashley. I will update my Angie's List review with
the photos of your completed work as this sounds like what one might expect
after using your service. The front stoop was not the problem. It was just the
little walkway off the porch. I didn't ask him to do anything for free. When he
said the fence was included my assumption was it would actually be cleaned. I
am not satisfied with the results and my previous "A" rating will be
updated to reflect that. If I am not able to update I will leave you a new
    review.
    Thanks Again,

    Kimberly,
Give me a couple days to review your account with us including requested
services and issues and I will get back to you on that. As far as your comments in your
email regarding reviews, yes, I review and research each derogatory comment and
the job done and determine an assessment before I, my manager, or my technician
writes the review. No company is perfect in regards to technicians on staff and
customers aren't always honest either, but please keep in mind that every
single one of the negative comments were grossly exaggerated once investigated.
You would be absolutely surprised. The best ones are the one's that claim their
gutters were not cleaned and wait a month or two after 2 or 3 rains and storms
and then call complaining wanting their gutters cleaned again for free and we
better do it because they are an Angie's List customer. I find this interesting
because we offer a 2 week guarantee which is longer than any other company in
the region. It doesn't matter if they are an Angie's List customer or a
referral, all are treated with the same respect with no preferential treatment
because they are an Angie's List customer and the reviews will be what they
are. With that, 700 "A" ratings speak for itself and we have never
been busier. If we had no C's, D's, or F's then something is wrong with the
rating system and people would be suspicious, and we do not delete reviews. As far as
hoarders and alcoholics, my technician on site wrote it and yes, we tell it
like it is with our experiences with customers good or bad and I don't
apologize for that because they are truthful responses and other readers, like
yourself need to hear both sides and not just one.
    Thanks,
    Jim DuBois

Hi Kimberly. I wanted to make sure I got back to you to address your concerns.
    1. A front porch/stoop pressure washing
is not part of our house wash. That is a separate line item on our estimate
forms no matter how large or small. House wash includes anything vertical and
    no flat work.
    2. As I understand, you asked for a fence rinse at no charge. My technician did that for you and I apologize it
still had a spider web on it. It was not a paid for fence wash service with
chemical so the end result will not be as if you paid for the service. My
technician would never say it was included because they are paid on percentage
and every service we do has a paid line item. Not to say we don't do things for
free because we do: like an interior french door or two, mirrors in the home,
fan dusting, light bulb change, etc.
    3. The pictures I reviewed from the concrete pressure washing is common in many instances. I can assure you it is
clean but the concrete itself has different qualities when poured. Some are
very rocky while others are like a cream and the type of concrete as well as
the age does have a bearing on the end result when pressure washed. Concrete
will disintegrate too over time to a limited degree but that degree can have a look
that is not as appealing as intended.
I hope this sheds some light on your concern.
    Thanks,
    Jim DuBois

    Focal Point Masonry
I was referred to Brad Williams of Focal Point Masonry by another Contractor, while inquiring about a natural stone mason.
Brad and crew turned out to be an excellent choice in regards to stone work, on my custom house project. They were dependable, trustworthy, gave great advice and their work was excellent.
There's really nothing more to say.
    Highly recommended.

    Allen's Handyman LLC
They replaced my windows, which took them about a day. They were very good about cleaning up everything after each day. They also did some sill work, replaced siding on the front of the house and installed a deck in the front. Everything they did, they did very well. They were very clean and very professional. I really love the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone.
