    The office is very nicely decorated. Everyone is very pleasant. I've just gone two times. The first time I went was for a cleaning. The technician was very good. The hygienist was excellent. I've never had one tell me everything. But she did. Once I made the appointment, I was in within five minutes. Yesterday, I had a crown removed and a temporary crown replaced. I'm going to go back and get that crown. So far it has been good. I would recommend them to a family member or neighbor. They're about 45 minutes away. They have a lot of rooms. There are two dentists there. They do implants as well. They were very helpful on everything. They're still expensive.

    We moved to from Ohio 2 years ago and was looking for a new dermatologist to check the moles my husband and i both have..We weren't ask to, but being our first visit, we arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork since there was 2 of us going to see the Dr. The office was easy to find and it smelled good and was a nice atmosphere. Our appointment was at 8:30. We was asked if we wanted to go in together or separately. We went in together right at our schedule time. The lady at the front office was very polite and friendly and didn't seem to mind us coming in the 15 min early. There was 1 other person in front of us, but we was given a room and the Dr and his nurse came in within 15 minutes later. Dr Levine is an older Doctor. He asked us questions and then he listened to our concerns. We liked that he wasn't in a rush but took his time checking out the moles. He and his nurse was very nice, informative. He gave us great advice on what to keep an eye out for. If you're looking for a good Dermatologist, We definitely recommend Dr Eugene Levine in Rock Hill, SC.

    My husband went in for a follow up appointment and when he went in he was told they left a message on the phone number we provided to say he would have to rechedule because the doctor was in Indian Land..Instead of rescheduling him later in the week, they got him in that afternoon when the doctor returned. He didn't have to wait to go back to see the doctor. only a few minutes. Dr Mark Mikhail goes into great detail when talking about your problem..even as much as drawing a picture. He cares about his patients..

    I was a new patient at this practice and a new Medicare recipient. My appt. was with Lynn Eckert, MD. The practice was very efficient and friendly. I arrived on time for my appt and was given additional paperwork to complete. Once that was done, I was called back to the exam room. Morgan took my vitals and administered an EKG. Dr. Eckert came into the room very soon after. She was very professional,thorough and easy to talk with. She explained about Medicare coverage and answered my questions. Because my EKG was very slightly irregular, she recommended further cardiac testing. Dr. Eckert did not make me feel rushed and she gave me her undivided attention. I was pleased with my care and am happy I selected this practice. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful, professional and efficient. My wait in the waiting room was less than five minutes. Once my appt. was completed, I was provided with, among other things, a print out of details of my visit (vitals and findings) and time of my bone density test.

    I was battling a bad cold, and my insurance company recommended this office. It took 4 weeks to get an appointment, but the service was excellent. Dr. Paul Lingoes took care of me, he did a routine check-up for my cold. He sat and listened to me, was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He was just an all-around good guy and excellent doctor. Once I was there and had filled out paper work, within five minutes I was seeing the doctor. The only issue was having to wait so long for an appointment.

    New to the area, we had not looked for our doctors yet. When my husband was released from a hospital while in Canada on a business trip, he was very ill due to this large stone the hospital there could not remove, so I knew I had to find a doctor in a hurry. I made an appointment with Comprehensive Urology since it was the only one I could get him in with at such short notice. It was the best choice I made. Dr Mark Makhuli first saw my husband in April, scheduled surgery within a few days and saw him within 2 weeks and my husband went back for his last follow up visit in June, We was very impressed with this doctor from a small town. He is extra friendly, explained things to us and we felt he really cared about us. He took time with us and didn't rush around. He has a very friendly staff. I recommend Dr Mark Makhuli. We got in right away to see him and didn't have to wait. I am so glad we went to him. It was the best decision ever!! He is more than a 5 star doctor.

    I like that they are really close for one thing. It is a couple; it is a husband and wife. They are really personable, compassionate, and very friendly. I do not feel like they try to push other services on me. They take their time, and they tell you everything they are getting ready to do in every step. I had seen them both. I prefer Aimee, the wife, but I like both of them. Their staff is also great.

    Carmel Family Physicians
    The doctor said I needed a splint; the nurse came into the examining room and said she did not have the proper splint in stock. The nurse proceeded to tell me I could purchase one at a drug store. After leaving the doctor's office, I purchased a splint from a drug store; I did not receive a splint from the doctor's office.
    Carmel Family Physicians continues to send me a bill which includes a $14.00 Wrist Splint. I spoke with Carmel Family Physicians' billing department in September 2012 and the billing department was to follow up with the doctor and then work with Carolina Physicians Network central billing department to have the splint removed from my bill. After the September phone conversation, I received a phone call from the centralized billing office encouraging me to pay the outstanding $11.20. I received another bill on 11/26/2012. The centralized billing office cannot remove the charge without confirmation from Carmel Family Physicians and Carmel Family Physicians is not communicating with the centralized billing office. Finally, a supervisor with the centralized billing office removed the charge.
    I am concerned that Carmel Family Physicians charged me for an item I did not receive. How many other people have been overcharged and did not realize it? Or, did not think it was worth the time to follow up on and have the bill adjusted? Also, it is poor customer service to not follow up after a patient contacts the doctor office regarding the bill. Due to the poor communication, I am now a patient at a doctor's office that is not affiliated with Carolinas Physicians Network.

    I like how they treat their patients. They treat us like we are people instead of numbers. What I don't like is the time to get an appointment. They are very busy practice so you have to wait a little bit longer.

    The RNs actually seem to care. They take their time and they care about the patients. We've been using them since October. We would recommend them. They are punctual and always call before they come. There is no charge to us.
