AA Williamson's Irrigation & Lighting LLCAaron was very responsive to our needs. He provided an estimate when called by our lawn care provider, and was available to do the work despite having to do it at a different timeframe than scheduled. We had planned to have fencing installed first, but, when the fencing company had to delay the work, Aaron was flexible and willing to work around their schedule. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to my calls. When our sod was laid, he had someone come right out and adjust the sprinklers to water the sod. Everything is working great! He provides the opportunity for an annual maintenance contract and we are going to take him up on it.- VICKI P.

AInnovative Landscape DesignThey started when it was cool and prepared the ground in the whole back yard. They described what would done daily and took many pictures documenting their work. They have excellent equipment allowing them to be very efficient installing larger trees and very large boulders that added to the natural look. They have been back to check on systems and the drip irrigation they installed. 98% of the plants are doing fine, those with problems were quickly replaced. They presented a detailed budget and held to their estimates. Overall we couldn?t be happier. We had a party for 30 of our neighbors who were curious in the time the project was progressing as to where all the North Carolina rock and boulders were going! ACarolina Sprinklers & Landscaping LLCI had called several people, all of whom said they would be here the next day. None came nor did they answer their cells when I called back.. I then went to Angie's List and based on the reviews, selected Carolina Sprinklers and Landscaping. John arrived on time, was knowledgeable and efficient. I will be asking him back to do some additional work. Over the years I have had work done on the system, and this was absolutely the best result.- Nancy H.

ACarolina Sprinklers & Landscaping LLCJohn and his wife Machelle were fantastic on their response to us and up front with the estimate to complete the system. They gave us a date and time and were there when they said they would be there, no waiting around for them. Best response from a contractor we've had since living in Sumter. John showed us where he could put the sprinkler heads to provide the yard the best coverage and was very attentative in making sure his crew knew where electrical lines and pipes were located for our pool to prevent any damage. After the system was installed, we found a different line leaking and John was very responsive in getting out to the house to check it and determine it was from a previous zone we did not plan to use and he disconnected the timer from that zone. I plan to use them again in the fall when we redo our front flower beds!- Dean J.

ABarrett's Landscaping & IrrigationFirst of all, Corey contacted me the same day I messaged him via Angie's List. Very punctual! :-) He was able to make it by my house 2 days later and called ahead to make sure I was available. He quickly identified the problem and suggested he just cap off the broken sprayer since the shrubs were now full grown (overgrown) anyways. He also pointed out a fungus that had damaged some of the bushes around our house. He offered to treat them as well as gave us an affordable bid to keep the bushes trimmed year-round. As it turned out we called him for irrigation work but he will be returning to do landscaping for us as well! Thanks for the outstanding service, Corey!- Jennifer K.

ATHOMAS A BAIRD WELL DRILLIINGIn 5 years I have had no issues with the exception of a broken sprinkler head and that was due to someone hitting it. Looking to have him expand mine now since I have extended the usable/lawn area of my yard. Much cheaper than others I had contacted and yet he uses quality components.- Robert W.

He was punctual and very professional. He and his associate spent all day in my yard and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. They explained everything before they did it. They explained associated costs and asked if I wanted to proceed with each step. They were very involved and made me feel like they really cared about making the customer happy and taking care of my lawn. AWhen I called Mike for an estimate, he came the next day, looked over the area and gave me a quote while he was here. He also said that if I would get wheat straw and grass seed, they would go ahead and spread those for me after they finished grading. He said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to my yard due to other jobs he had going on, which was fine. During that time, he stayed in contact with me and got to it when he said he would. I had a bad car accident several days prior to his coming to work on my yard. When he got here, I explained that I wasn't able to get the seed and straw because of the accident and the injuries sustained and I would have to take care of that myself at a later time. He got his guys started and left. A little while later he came back with the wheat straw and grass seed on his truck. He picked them up for me because of the accident so that I wouldn't have to worry about handling that later. He proved to me that there is some human kindness left in the world. They tilled up the problem areas, smoothed out the dirt, and then spread the grass seed and wheat straw. He and his guys got the job finished just like I wanted it and they were all very professional. It feels wonderful to be able to walk in my yard again without fear of either me or my dogs blowing knees due to stepping in holes. I will be calling on him again when I need work done and I will be referring him. Mike Steger is a great man and makes sure that the job is done right!

AI contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.
