DWilliams & Williams Lawn MaintenanceI contacted them early in the week and they were going out on a Saturday for an estimate. I never heard from them and I called them back they said there had been a death in the family its was labor day weekend. I gave my condolences and Leroy said he would get someone out there. I called back days later snd spoke to Leroy and ask if anyone was ever able to go out and evaluate it he act like he was someone else when I was speaking with him and he said I can send someone out. By this time I was 3 weeks in to trying to get an estimate and I just told them no that was fine.- Beverly W.

AStegers Complete Landscaping, LLCWhen I called Mike for an estimate, he came the next day, looked over the area and gave me a quote while he was here. He also said that if I would get wheat straw and grass seed, they would go ahead and spread those for me after they finished grading. He said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to my yard due to other jobs he had going on, which was fine. During that time, he stayed in contact with me and got to it when he said he would. I had a bad car accident several days prior to his coming to work on my yard. When he got here, I explained that I wasn't able to get the seed and straw because of the accident and the injuries sustained and I would have to take care of that myself at a later time. He got his guys started and left. A little while later he came back with the wheat straw and grass seed on his truck. He picked them up for me because of the accident so that I wouldn't have to worry about handling that later. He proved to me that there is some human kindness left in the world. They tilled up the problem areas, smoothed out the dirt, and then spread the grass seed and wheat straw. He and his guys got the job finished just like I wanted it and they were all very professional. It feels wonderful to be able to walk in my yard again without fear of either me or my dogs blowing knees due to stepping in holes. I will be calling on him again when I need work done and I will be referring him. Mike Steger is a great man and makes sure that the job is done right!- Tamra B.

FMy lawn looked horrible after using the service for almost a year. Someone from TruGreen came to discuss the concerns that I had with my lawn. They did not seem to know why my lawn looked the way it did. However, they told me that I should wait for my next service. Afterwards, I contacted two other lawn service companies, and they came out to assess my lawn. Both companies stated that my lawn had buttonweed, broomsedge, crabgrass, nutsedge, spurge, and dollar spot disease. Both were also very surprised about the condition of my lawn when I told them that TruGreen had been treating my lawn for almost a year, I canceled my services with TruGreen, as my experience was extremely disappointing.
