AC & A CARPETThey came out and went over all of the options, we were going to go with a different product, but they informed us that with our dogs, it might not have been the best choice. Installation went smoothly, completely happy with the product. This was our second time using them. AI C Hardwood Floors IncIoan, the owner, answered my call and agreed to come out within two days to give us an estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional. What impressed me the most was that he didn't sell me anything. While he could have easily told me that we needed a whole new sub-floor and hardwoods, he instead explained that the wood was okay and that it would dry within the next couple of months. He also agreed to come out again within two months to take another look at the floors to make sure that everything was okay. He didn't charge us to come out to make this assessment and if there is no work needed when he comes out again, he will not charge us for this. Needless to say that I will use this company for any and all flooring repairs or installation needs that I have in the future.- Jason C.

AThey gave us 2 options - one with minimal disruption to the cement and another that would involve excavating. They recommended the first as the best option to see if that solved the problem. So far so good. We added on the squeaky floor repair to meet the minimum $ amount for them to accomplish the work.
