The surgery went very well. BUT, in January I received a letter requiring me to pay the estimated cost to me after insurance. I paid $790 on January 31. As of May, MUSC has still refused to acknowledge the payment, even though it is listed on MY Chart. I continue to receive bills for $740 (I was credited with a $50 co-pay).

    Window Gang
Window Gang refused to install our shutters. Their reason was they did not have enough people to do the work. As a result my wife and I, at great risk, installed most of the shutters ourselves. We never got our $500 deposit back. The current franchise owner said it was not his responsibility as the contract was signed with the previous franchise owner.

    Johnny's Marine Sales & Service
I took my boat to Murray Marine Service around June 15th on  Dorchester Road. I spoke with John Murray and told him that I wanted to put a new motor in my 2007 Azure Boat.  The Hoses and everything else necessary to remove the engine was already removed. He talked about wanting to look at to rebuild the engine and I told him that I really didn't have interest in rebuilding the engine because it had already been rebuilt once and that I felt more comfortable with just putting a new engine in my boat. He insisted on taking a look at it first to at least confirm what was wrong with it. He called me a couple days later and said that he can fix it and have it to me in a few days that he found along block locally( Long block is an automotive term for an engine sub-assembly that consists of the assembled block, crankshaft, cylinder head, camshaft (usually), and valve train A long block does not include fuel system, electrical, intake, and exhaust components, as well as other components.) that he could use. He told me that he needed a $4000 deposit to get the block . On June 20th. I took him A $4000 cash deposit in which he gave me a receipt. He then told me that he would have the boat to me in a few days. and week had come and gone, so I call him. He told me that he was so busy that he had not had time to get the long block yet and that he needed more time. I told him that I would just rather put a new engine in it and be done with it, he said no, no, no that he was going to get the block and jump on it as soon as he could. A few days have gone by and I called and left a message. For a few more days gone by and I called and I think this is what he told me gotten the block. I drove over to his place to talk with him and he told me that I would not be able to have my boat back by July 4 which I told him was a big ordeal for me because I have family coming in from out of town and that was the main purpose of getting the boat fixed. He then showed me the block in the back of his truck and I was shocked to say least when I first saw it. It was a rust bucket that came out of a boat that had taken on water. He then told me that all he needed was a crank from the bottom of this block to fix my motor. I said this is never what I wanted and never what we had talked about he agreed and said that he would give me my money back if I wanted that he would go inside and write me a check right now. I said what I want is my boat to be fixed and I just rather have a new engine in it. I told him that I just couldn't even think right then that would call him back so I left. I text him after I left and told him to stop all work on my boat until we talked. I got back home and made a few phone calls looking for engines and getting prices. I call him the next day and told him to get me A price on a brand-new Longblock and a brand-new engine. After a few phone calls for few days we finally got back together and he gave me prices on both. I believe it was around six or $7000 if we went with the Longblock in around 10 or $11,000 we went with the new engine. I told him that I wanted the new engine. He told me that he was not a dealer to be able to purchase the MerCruiser engine that he had to work it out to get set up to be able to purchase it. He assured me that it was no problem doing that. Some time had passed now we were going into August and I still haven't had any movement with work on my boat. Just a lot of excuses from him being so busy and not being able to get to it. then in a phone call to him he said that he had to get set up with the company to be able to purchase a MerCruiser motor, and that he was working on that. I had gone over to his office sometime in September and he was in his office talking to someone on the phone asking them for deposit and telling him that he cannot work on the boat until he got a deposit. After you was done with a phone call I walked in to this office and told him that I gave him a $4000 deposit back in June and he's done nothing to my boat. I was really upset and then he told me that he was not giving me my money back. Which made me more upset. I pushed some paperwork off his desk and walked out of his office. He began chasing down the hallway threatening to hurt me. I called the police department from my cell phone and went and sat my truck into the police arrived. The police walked out to my truck and asked me if I had any weapons that he had told them that I pulled a gun on him, which was a false statement. I told them the issues that I had with him and that I just wanted to take my boat back. He came outside and I told him about the please officer was standing there just to write up a bill for his time with the boat and give me a refund and we can go our separate ways. He then told me that he was not giving me any money back. But I would have to sue him in civil court. I've then left and started thinking about not wanting to leave my boat there so I called the police and asked them to meet you back there so I could retrieve my boat because I was afraid he would cause damage to it. I went back and got my boat and was unable to get the motor that time and asked the officer to tell him that I would send someone else to pick up my motor. Later on a friend had picked up my motor and dropped it off and along with my motor was the block that I never wanted or asked for. I called Johnny and told him that the rusty block was reason for this ordeal from the beginning. He told me that he was going to refund me $1000 that he was charging me for that block. I told him that he needed to return that block to whoever he bought it from and that it was never anything that I wanted. And pretty much that was the end of our conversation. Jessica somethings are little vague cause it's been so long but, I hope this helps. Basically he owes me at least $3500 back. I think $500 for him to just lift the engine out and assess what was wrong with the engine is more than plenty.
I paid Diversified Marine 17000.00 to put a new motor in my boat and was happy with their customer service.

    Your Signature Resume
Very satisfied. On initial inquiry, Mary thoroughly described process and set forth what we could expect. The file was then turned over to actual resume writer (Josh). Josh spent the requisite time understanding daughter's goals and was excellent in pulling out her achievements to date (a task easier said than done). At this point, the process got bogged down a bit (caused by both daughter and resume writer) so I sent Mary a quick email. Mary responded immediately, and the process was  back on track quickly. Soon thereafter, we received first draft. Resume writer then spent more time on phone with daughter refining this draft. A second draft was then provided. We were quite pleased with it save a couple of items. Again, another call between resume writer and daughter to fine tune, and soon thereafter we received the final product. This resume was professionally done and we have received very positive feedback from employers to whom it was submitted. We hold the services of this provider in the highest regards.

He is my primary doctor.  He use to be my OBgyn.  You don't have to wait for a long time to get in.   Everybody is real nice.  He has helped me when I didn't have insurance.  I have been going there for 25 years.

    Jerry's TV Service
Jerry responded to my voice mail two days after I left it and told me that he would be out of town for two days but would call me when he returned.  Never heard from him after that.

    Bonnie Compton
The meetings were pleasant and Bonnie's office is very relaxing.  She will guide you through the process by asking questions and extracting your beliefs from you.  Her knowledge comes from her own background of being a mother and her education.
After about 5-6 visits Bonnie said that we were well on our way to improvement and that unless we had a specific concern in the future that we wouldn't need to schedule a follow-up. We also felt comfortable with our new knowledge!  The door is still open though and we might use her again if things get off track.

    Ready Set Movers LLC
Overall, they were excellent. They get an A+ for everything. They even brought an extra person than promised and did not charge extra. Nothing was damaged at all. They would even put the items in the correct areas and did a little unpacking as well. I would highly recommend them. The workers were very professional and a group of good guys.

I think they are all a rip off. They are very nice at the local office when picking up equipment. I can't use my recorder that I had before but I do not know how to do it. I can call someone out but will have to pay for it. I think it Is overpriced, they are all.  They are good about getting you back online.
