    Pacheco Contracting LLC
An excellent job. Claudio and his crew did excellent work and met every expectation. The work happened quickly, and he sent crews in after hours when necessary (painters). He consulted with me when there were design issues and made good suggestions. He was very responsive, getting back to me rapidly when I had questions. I recommend him highly. The job cost about $22,000 and was on budget, and we spent another $8,000 on painting a kitchen, sunroom and bedroom.

It went very well and I would highly recommend Carson and his company to anyone. He is very responsive, does exactly as he commits to in the time frames specified, does great work and is very easy and pleasant to work with.

They are very professional. Cristy was a big help with our design. They promised to complete the work in 4 weeks but actually did it in 3. The quality of their work was great and the workers were very conscientious about cleaning up the area at the end of every day. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality remodel with a turnkey company e.g. they handle all the details.

Claudio and his team were prompt, expert, and a pleasure to work with. It was a full-scale remodel, replacing a worn-out bathtub, some rewiring, cabinet installation - the works. They got it all right.

He did an outstanding job of removing the original paneling from the stairwell and replacing it with drywall and molding, which he speckled and painted.  He also replaced the steps and landing at the bottom of the stairway with more appropriate and safer steps than were originally installed in the house.  The work was done promptly and completely and we are totally satisfied with his work.
The remodeling of our kitchen and upstairs bathroom, along with the remodeling of the laundry room in October 2014, went extremely well.  The tiling work is outstanding and the remodeling of the laundry room has given us a much more efficient facility.
Brent's work on re-sealing leaking windows on the front and rear of the house was a time consuming and difficult job involving the rental of a "cherry picker" vehicle in order to access the windows.  Brent's patience and hard work under difficult conditions resulted in all leaks being sealed.

Everything Brent has done for us was well conceived, reasonably priced, and completed in an outstanding, professional manner.  We will not hesitant to call on him again should we require work to be done at our home in the future.  He is honest, reliable and has great integrity.  We have recommended to many neighbors and friends, who have found his services to be equally outstanding and who have been similarly pleased with his work.

Brent Griffith and his partner do outstanding work.  Once the windows were ordered and shipped, the actual installation took about three days.  Windows look great, operate correctly and seal.  Any exposed wood/framing was painted to match the existing framing.  All debris and excess material was cleaned up and removed.

I would highly recommend GriffDecker. Brent is very professional and easy to work with. There were no delays. The quality of the work was excellent. He promptly took care of a couple of very minor issues that arose after the work was down. This work was done on our place on Seabrook Island, SC.

After giving us an estimate in Dec 2014 and constantly following up with us they earned our business. They installed 8 piers and 3 beams under our home and what a difference! Just walking across the floors feels so sturdy. Now that this has been completed we can begin working on our kitchen remodel. Thanks Again!

Thomas provided us excellent insights  on how to remodel an old 1950's galley kitchen and update  and enlarge the existing space.
His estimate for services was very fair and he provided receipts for materials and labor for each week of the approximately five week project. He also allowed us flexibility to use our own plumber and electrician or else use the folks he usually utilized, as well as suggesting sources for cabinets. We wound up using our own plumber and Thomas' electrician.
Costs for the plumbing and electrical work were broken out separately from the demolition, reconstruction, refinishing, and final finishing.
Coordination with plumber and electrician were very good, and communication with us was timely, and comprehensive.
When the electrician recommended we replace all the old knob and tube wiring, and we had to basically rewire the entire upstairs of our house all the required access holes in the walls and ceiling were repaired by Thomas' crew.
Thomas' workers were polite, efficient, cleaned up after each day on the job, and quality of work was very good. Thomas checked progress each morning and afternoon, and any corrective action was done promptly and completely.
    We highly recommend Thomas Koch.

We recently renovated 3 bathrooms in our home on Johns Island. Originally I found Jared on Craig's but he was also on Angie's List, with good ratings which was a PLUS! We met with Jared and he followed up promptly.  At the time he had a back injury but he assured us that he would be fine to start our project when we were ready.  We really liked Jared and he had a great website, great ideas, and came with great references! So needless to say we were very excited!
We had a function coming up in April for 100 guests and discussed the possibility of starting and completing the work before our deadline.  He told us that the job would take 3 weeks with two guys on it full time.  We decided to go ahead since we had over 7 weeks until our function.  Unfortunately Jared was unable to do the work due to his back and sent us  a guy whom he said he trusted and did great work.  The three week job with 2 guys ended up being 7 weeks with one guy and turned into a very hostile situation by the end.  The job was not completed (not counting some punch list items) until the DAY BEFORE our event.  We ended up with some chipped tile, poor paint work, as well as some other minor issues and we were billed for several extra charges that we were not made aware of.  The work was not what we expected based on the website and the reviews we had obtained prior to hiring him.  We do not know if this is the level of work he always does or if the work suffered because Jared was unable to do it himself.
Jared told my husband several times how he was not making any money on our job, which we both thought was very unprofessional.  When we provided the punch list, Jared came in and helped the other guy do the items on the list.  They did not go over it with us and when we told them that there were still items left incomplete, we were told that we were only allowed one punch list.
Jared was very hostile to my husband about coming back to fix anything else but at the end did do most of them because we were not paying until the job was complete. There is so much more I could say but it would take hours. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend or rehire Jackson Remodeling, especially if Jared cannot guarantee he will be doing the tile work. We have 2 other jobs we originally talked to him about doing but at this point we will search for someone else to do the job. Very disappointed!
