    When our AC unit went out just 4 days before we were to host our wedding rehearsal dinner at the house, we were in full panic mode. After searching and calling multiple places, I got a response from Carolina Air Care (this was on a Sunday morning by the way) and they said they would have a technician over in an hour. The tech was thorough in diagnosing the problem and presenting the different options. After realizing the unit was over 10 years old and had multiple leaks, I really wanted to replace the unit. Carolina Air Care made sure to squeeze us in their schedule in time to have the unit replaced before family began arriving. By lunch time on Wednesday we had a brand new unit pumping ice cold air into the house and the crisis was averted. Carolina Air Care has a new life long customer in us and I will highly recommend them to anyone else.

    Don���t bother contacting this company. They DO NOT want your business. I called several times to schedule an appointment, but nobody ever called me back!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I don���t know why they spend money advertising on tv, if they don���t want to accept new customers! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They're are boatloads of HVAC companies.

    Excellent: We were in the buying stage of purchasing this home while living 600 miles away. It was discovered that the home did not meet code and was considered a health hazard to my mother with emphysema. This contractor was not the first Lennox Authorized company called. MountainAire realized that time was of the essence and took time from their busy schedule to accommodate our needs. They were professional and punctual as promised and made no demands of us due to our being 600 miles away. Other issues arose with the HVAC system after they installed the system where our system had a malfunction of an older part on our furnace, that our optional warranty provider of Choice Home Warranty was denying coverage for repairs. Mr. Rhodes stepped up to the bat and helped document that MountainAire could document that the was properly working for a full month after the purchase of the home to help get Choice Home Warranty to pay for the repair. I will note I am still trying to get Choice Home Warranty to effect the repair. I will state that MountainAire LLC was and is a quality company and a pleasure to work with and I wanted to show that I have contacted this company for additional work since the original request for services. Thank you Mr. Rhodes and MountainAire LLC.

    We called AirPlus at about 6:00 pm and got the answer service. Ryan from Air Plus called us back in about 10 minutes. He explained the minimum charges and asked if we wanted immediate service. After we said yes, he came to the house, diagnosed the problem and replaced bad capacitors and was done at 7:10 pm. Ryan was courteous and professional. Getting an A/C repair on a Sunday evening in an hour Priceless.

    After they installed the new air conditioner there was cold air coming out of the vents, but it wasn't cooling the whole house. I called the company and the came out and replaced the thermostat. This solved the issue for about a week and a half and then it stopped working and hasn't worked since. I've called them several times and they kept telling me it needed a new part. They finally came out a few weeks later and replaced that specific part, but it didn't change anything. I've tried calling them multiple times, the last two months, and they are completely unresponsive and aren't willing to resolve the issue.

    This family owned and operated business is one of the best. I have know Larry Burke several years. He has done work for me several times both at our prior home and my business property. I can't speak highly enough for he and his crew. Always professional and courteous. He'll give me a 2 hour window and show up on time or call if he is late. Once, one of his guys caused some minor drywall damage. He sent somebody out to fix it promptly and at his expense. I have let he and his crew come work when we are not home as well. Very trustworthy. The HVAC biz is more complicated than it used to be. Mr. Burke and his crew are very good at figuring out the problem the first time and repairing it correctly the first time. He offers after hours emergency service too.

    From the first phone call, to the on site visit/proposal, though scheduling and installation, Southern Air Solutions was professional in every way. Mr. Gaskins and his son were courteous, professional, and prompt. We were on tight time frames, and Mr. Gaskins worked with a sense of urgency toward meeting our time frames. There were some technical questions we had regarding which unit to select, and how to address some existing problems...Mr. Gaskins patiently and thoroughly advised on our concerns. When comparing his proposal against others, it was reasonable. He did was he said he would do, when he said he would do it, with no problems whatsoever. We could not ask for any more than that. Happy to have found Southern Air Solutions!

    They were excellent! They speeded up the service date to help us with this problem. The technician was timely, very professional, very friendly, and fixed the problem -- which involved substantial disassembly of the dryer to access the faulty part. He then checked for venting clearance -- the most likely cause of the failure.

    Chris was very personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was very familiar with the type of unit we would need for the tight space it fits in. His estimate was competitive with others and he was willing to schedule to meet our needs. They are very customer oriented. For example their maintenance contract is paid on a monthly basis. All other companies require a yearly payment. If you should move or have other circumstances, you've already paid the entire year. A monthly contract is much more customer oriented. We only wish we had met Chris and Carney & Son sooner!!

    I had a frustrating, uncomfortable experience in that my AC failed-- it just shut down and wouldn't work on a hot Saturday evening!!But Michael and Phillip, father and son, respectively, of Southern Air Solutions worked very well to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe.  They even provided me with a temporary window unit to hold me until the final repair was made.  Able to diagnose the problem and resolve it quickly, I am extremely confident they will resolve any issues you may have with your HVAC. I really don't know what else to say, except they get an A+ rating as far as I'm concerned!!!
