    Brown's Hardwood Floors LLC
Ty is a knowledgeable professional who did an excellent job of sourcing hard-to-find flooring to match perfectly with existing floors in our downstairs area. We wanted to convert a guest room into an office are so happy with the finished work. Other flooring companies could not track down product. Ty not only did so, but he also provided great pricing. His team was very neat, tidying up after they were through each day. All workers were friendly and polite. Work stayed within estimate and on schedule. I would definitely recommend.

Ty and his crew did a beautiful job. They were very professional and the price was $1000 less than the other two estimates I had gotten. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them!

    Brown's Hardwood Floors LLC
Ty and his team are GREAT! We were unable to be in town for any of the work and they were responsible, clean and did an excellent job. I would use them again in a heartbeat if only I had more hardwood floors to redo. What I know at this point from having a house in Virginia where we put in prefab hardwood floors, I would only go with a team like Browns to install real NEW wood floors and have them finished as well.

Ty and his team are very professional and did a great job. All work was completed even faster than I expected. When I asked for slight adjustments, Ty made them without any issue. I am pretty particular and couldn't be happier.

    Palmetto Carpet & Floor Coverings
You have to understand that Palmetto Carpet and Floor Coverings hires subcontractors to install the variety of products they sell. I had a tile floor installed so my comments will only apply to tile installation. First the sales people are low pressure and help you purchase what you what not what they want to sell you. There is no "upselling" pressure to purchase a more expensive product. Great people to work with. Now the installers. Two brothers showed up and they were experienced (one told me he has been doing this for 18 years), professional, and extremely competent. They are respectful of your home and realize it is not a construction site but your home. They protected my hardwood floor and sealed off the room in which they were working with plastic to keep the dust at a minimum. They hand carried all the debris out and did all the cutting outside. The quality of the tiling was first rate. They also installed quarter round molding to finish the job. I was concerned that tile installers would not also be good finish carpenters. I was wrong. The molding they installed is some of the best installation in our house. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody.

    Brown's Hardwood Floors LLC
Project went well at a competitive price.  Ty and crew did a nice job removing carpet and installing new floor.  They cleaned the workspace diligently.  He kept coming back to make any needed adjustments.  The restaining/refinishing went well with only 1 issue - it would have helped to tape the staircases and trim, since we restained using a darker color.

    Renaissance Man, LLC
Thomas provided us excellent insights  on how to remodel an old 1950's galley kitchen and update  and enlarge the existing space.
His estimate for services was very fair and he provided receipts for materials and labor for each week of the approximately five week project. He also allowed us flexibility to use our own plumber and electrician or else use the folks he usually utilized, as well as suggesting sources for cabinets. We wound up using our own plumber and Thomas' electrician.
Costs for the plumbing and electrical work were broken out separately from the demolition, reconstruction, refinishing, and final finishing.
Coordination with plumber and electrician were very good, and communication with us was timely, and comprehensive.
When the electrician recommended we replace all the old knob and tube wiring, and we had to basically rewire the entire upstairs of our house all the required access holes in the walls and ceiling were repaired by Thomas' crew.
Thomas' workers were polite, efficient, cleaned up after each day on the job, and quality of work was very good. Thomas checked progress each morning and afternoon, and any corrective action was done promptly and completely.
    We highly recommend Thomas Koch.

    Roth Restoration
My husband and I purchased a home with a substantial amount of limestone tile flooring, and upon moving in realized that there was a cat urine smell coming from the floors. Roth came out immediately to give us an estimate, then within days had a crew at the house. The process took several days, and because they had to work around other contractors they finished it on a weekend day when they would not normally have been working. The results are better than we could have hoped. Immaculate floors, no smell, and the floors look beautiful! The crew was diligent and polite, cleaned up their equipment each day, and again, were good enough to come back on a weekend day to get it done. Galen Roth also gave us helpful advice concerning a marble shower problem, and even did the regrouting of the shower himself so that we might use it. He is a true professional, very knowledgable, and took our problems with the house to heart and made sure that they were addressed quickly and with great results. We expect to call on this company again soon for marble polishing and any other stone or tile needs that may come up.

Carpet Baggers Carpet One Floor & Home
We had to pull the carpet and put down laminent.  It went beautifully.  I like the sales man.  I like that they try to please.  They took no time at all to get the job finished.  I would tell a friend to use them.
