DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We have a rental house that we are selling. It needed a lot more work than we realized. We had used BHR many times in the pass on our personal home. We knew without a doubt we would hired BHR for this large job. BHR did an outstanding job. It took a while to complete this job because the needed repairs were extensive but the crew worked tirelessly to get this job done. The time frame was very good since the job involved so much work. We had BHR paint the inside and outside of the house and repair holes in the sheetrock . We had the ceilings painted as well. We had a laundry area and BHR enclosed it as a room. We had all the carpet removed and had the hardwood floors refinished.. Shoe molding was installed. We had some repairs in the bathroom. We had an exterior door repaired. BHR repaired a roof leak. We had them install a ceiling fan and many other small details like this.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
BHR painted 2 bedrooms, trim and doors, painted bathroom cabinets, painted the foyer, trimmed out another bedroom, painted my stairway, painted trim on the outside windows, rebuild 10 deck steps, repaired deck where it was coming apart, painted wrought railings outside, painted front door and repaired insulation in the garage that was coming down.  Lowes did a countertop installation. They raised the countertop which left areas around the entire counter with 2 inches of exposed, unfinished wood. Lowes stated it wasn't their responsibility to fix minor repairs. It is the homeowners. BHR came in and repaired my cabinet area and bar area.
