  David did an excellent job. My roof was apparently damaged during a wind storm. David worked diligently to repair the damage and informed me as to what he was doing and why it was necessary to be done for the repair. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend his company.

  Capital Palmetto Builders (CPB) did a great job on my roof. Darryl Phelps kept me informed during the entire process and treated the installation as if he was doing his own home. Darryl even provided status reports with pictures to let me know how the job was progressing and when the job would be complete. CPB used a drone to inspect the roof to eliminate the risk of further damage by walking around on the existing shingles. The drone images also provided an opportunity to show me what different color options I had on deciding which shingle to choose. I thought I only had a small leak that needed repair; however, I had much more damage than expected and the entire roof was replaced for my insurance deductible only! Darryl worked closely with the insurance adjuster to get full approval without me having to get involved which eliminated any interruption to my busy work schedule. Thanks Capital Palmetto Builders and kudos for a job well done!

  My roof looked poorly so my son-in-law put me in touch with Capital Palmetto Builders. Darrell Phelps and Jon Biggs were in constant touch throughout the replacement of my Owens Corning architectural roof. Darrell and Jon were such nice people to work with and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand the process from the Drone flying over to detect any damage and remove the possibility of any additional damage. They helped me file insurance which was approved and over saw every aspect of the finished work which I couldn't be more pleased with. The crew they sent were hard workers, very polite and respectful and they had my new roof on in no time and cleaned up all debris afterwards. Darrell and Jon separately stopped by the following morning to make sure everything was done to their expectations. I highly recommend for any job. Mary Trotter

  Couple of problems: I emailed the signed contract the day it was signed in Aug and installation was supposed to occur on 9/6. However, they claimed they never received the contract ( although my 'went' box showed it had gone). As a result the gutters were installed on 9/27/18. 2nd issue was that I had a motion detection light where they installed a downspout. As a result, the light and the motion detector were totally non functional ( I wasn't told what had happened) and I had to get somebody to fix the light.

  Steve repaired a leaking porch roof that was caused when the original roofer in 2010 did not put a moisture barrier down. He took pictures prior to giving us estimate to show us details on roof (boots needed caulking) where we did not have to climb roof ourselves to see. His crew was very professional and cleaned up after leaving all just as before, just with a non-leaking porch! We and members of our family have used him from doing entire roofs to roofing repairs. Would not use anyone else. Very honest.

  Mr. Alexander did a thorough inspection of my leaking 15 yr roof, and gave me a quote for repairs and for replacement. He certainly knows his business. He took pictures of the damage and explained all the problems in the pictures. I opted for replacement His crew was very courteous and prompt. They were finished in 2 days. His crew also did some carpentry work which was excellent I got 3 quotes for the job, and his price was the same or less than the other two.

  I apologize for taking so long to write review.. from the office on out, the service and professionalism was outstanding.. Taylor in the office was energetic, and gave us much info. Lloyd is a" SUPERSTAR" to say the least. He was pointman, and I would go on patrol with him anyday. Always answered the phone when I called with any question..very informative..and the roof crew worked hard ALL day in the heat..very polite, and helpful in any situation..even put our yard lites back better than before.. clean-up was very thorough.. and last but not least, the roof is a beautiful hickory, that we have gotten compliments on already..thanks guys..great job!! keith and Julia billups
