    Bert Baker
Bert has done 2 rehab jobs for me on investment houses. Both in the $8000 range. He does top quality work and has considerable ability to craft creative solutions. Both jobs were completed professionally, on time, with great attention to detail and the final product was better than hoped for! He is very easy to dialogue with and is always open to your ideas as well as offering options to you. Further he will shift gears mid stream if you decide its the way to go. He is very knowledgeable about carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical and everything a competent handyman should know about and more importantly, be proficient at. He's also a very good interior painter! More recently (May 2017), Bert did some home repairs on our personal home. He rebuilt our half bath after it suffered a major water issue, rehabbed our quite sad laundry room and completely redid our master bath replacing tub, valves, tiles, flooring and molding. All top rate work and again, the final product was awesome! You know how difficult it is finding quality handyman. Sometimes its a terrible crap shoot! I know because a previous handyman wannbe attempted to fix our laundry room and after considerable investment, left a sorry mess. Been there have you? You know what I mean then. Well you wont experience that will Bert, trust me! IF you are lucky enough to get into Berts work schedule, trust me, you will be very happy with the outcome and value! Here's 2 pics of the old master bath with the old tub and flooring. One with the new tub and large tiles! Also 2 pics of the finished laundry room. Only wished I'd taken a pic of the disastrous laundry room before! Note - where did the hot water go ??? :)

    Take Pride Construction and Painting
First of all, it went very well and I have a wonderful kitchen that I enjoy very much. Josh and his Take Pride team were always timely, helpful and professional and easy to work with. They went out of their way to deliver the kitchen I wanted from the design stage to finish. They came back several times at the completion stage to either redo something that was missed or to fix something I wasn't as pleased with as I had hoped because I chose a wrong paint color, or wanted to add molding. It was a long project beginning in August with the demolition and finalization in February. Much of the delay was due to waiting for cabinets, counter tops, and replacement for broken or mis-sized cabinet components, and not due to any delay by Take Pride Construction. Another company built and installed the cabinets and counter tops and Josh and his team diligently worked to give us a professional finish. While our overall costs were higher than planned as the scope of the work changed, Josh's original quote for his company's work remained consistent. He initially quoted with the plan to do basic plumbing and electrical. Upon demolition, however, we decided to have all new plumbing installed in most of the house and major electrical changes. Our hardwoods were damaged, but we didn't know which company was responsible and decided to have the floors redone to complete the new kitchen. Therefore, we hired a plumbing contractor and electricians to do that work separately. In exchange, Take Pride did some extra work as it came up during the process. I expended a lot of energy coordinating various companies and work, which I would prefer to have the general contractor do, but our changing work necessitated this. Finally, the only request I did not get was a detailed quote, but I had notes of our conversations, the costs never changed, and we felt our construction costs were more than fair. I hope to use them again soon to update our Master Bath and possibly the Master Bedroom as well. I appreciate this company very much and am happy to recommend them.

If I could give this company a higher than A rating I would!

From start to finish this extensive remodel of our 36 year old house has been a great experience thanks to Joe Jones and his exemplary team! Joe stayed on top of things every day and communicated daily about progress and what each step would be. Sam and Leonia are outstanding young men. Their skills, work ethic and great attitudes made it a pleasure to have them in our home every day for the weeks of the remodel.

From demo which included tearing a bathroom out to the studs, taking down all the walls in our bedroom and all the other smaller demolition to putting everything back together, everyone was professional, efficient and friendly.
Any hiccups were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
Our house is beautiful and the quality of the work is exceptional.

I would and have recommended CSI to anyone considering remodeling!

Their estimate was the highest of three we got, however it was not an estimate like the others, but the cost of the project as completed. We requested a few things that added to the cost of the project as it progressed and they sit down with us when we are satisfied with everything once the remodel is complete and go over the final overages and credits for things we provided, and we have 30 days to pay that. I will say they have been fair and honest in all their dealings with us and Joe's employees speak highly of his fairness and good treatment of them. That isn't typical in the construction business.

    Renovation Innovation

Mark is the most professional service provider I have ever met.

From the initial meeting through several weeks of work, Mark arrived on time everyday, began work and communicated with me as needed. He is an absolute perfectionist, he isn't happy unless you are and the quality of his work is unlike any other.

Our project exceeded our expectations and the reason why is simple.....Mark Bracci. I am looking forward to more projects and I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone but Mark.

If you want the work done right, without any hassles and with the highest level of professionalism and quality, give Mark a call.

    American Wood Reface
We are very pleased with the work.  The cabinets and countertops look great. They gave us good advice and suggestions.  They coordinated and scheduled all the work at our convenience and arrived on time as promised.  The countertop replacement took about 5 hours.  The cabinet work took a day and a half.  All in all, very minimal disruption for us.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering updating their kitchen!!

    Kehoe Construction

I have multiple sclerosis and use a wheelchair. The shower had been altered about 7 years ago so it had 2 grab bars. Tim and David removed the flooring because it did not drain properly. They reconstructed the bottom of the shower so the water flows toward the drain and it no longer collects in the corners. They put a collapsible rubber dam on the open side of the shower. This allows me to get into the shower without having to lift my feet over a lip. This will also allow me to ride a shower wheelchair directly into the shower when I reach the point I need to do that. They also built a slight incline going into the shower so that when I need a "roll-in" shower, it is all ready for use. They added another grab bar with a hand-held shower head. This grab bar, used with the pre-existing grab bar, will allow me to pull myself up from a sitting position.

When Tim came out to give me a bid, I had thought I would need to pull out the bathtub to make a roll-in shower. After looking at my bathroom, he asked if I wanted to get rid of the tub because he could give me what I wanted without going to that extreme. He built what I needed for about 25% of what the other job would have cost.

Tim and David were very pleasant and accommodated my schedule. When I told them anything before 11:00 was early for me, they arranged their schedule to fit mine.

I would happily hire them again.

    Master's Men Remodeling & Construction
We were very pleased with the result for the following reasons: The work was done right - the floor is solid! The work was done in one day. The worker was courteous, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. The price was reasonable. I'm will certainly be sending more jobs their way.

    Window Masters Plus
I've used them 3 times. They are excellent. He's punctual, he sticks with his quoting price if he can, he's courteous, he cleans up and he does good work. He does everything not just windows, it's also for carpentry, floors but he had not done that for me, roof that was torn up by a tree and he replaced one roof for me. He did an excellent tile work and remodeled a bathroom for me. They rebuild the underneath of my foundation in my house. This man is Jack-of-all-trades and a master of most of them. Their price is "A" based on other prices I knew about.

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

We went there just before Christmas. We bought a sink and a cut faucet. They items were of good quality. They were outstanding. They had a large showroom with a lot of choices. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products. They did not pressure me into upgrading. When the granite people installed the sink parts a plumber came in and put in the faucets and all the other stuff. You make an appointment a person meets you there and takes you through, you ask the questions they have all the answers. When I went on the internet they were equal to or twenty dollars more than the others but I guess you would have paid that in shipping.
