  The service went great! They were not only on time but early! They did an excellent job were fast. The only thing that could have been better was with the debris. I called when scheduling a day for the appointment and asked if they could bag the debris, they said yes. The gentleman who came didn't. A little disappointed in that. Overall, Window Genie was superb! I would use them again.

  After multiple attempts to contact them I gave up and got a refund through Angie's list. They never responded to any phone calls and never answered the phone. I tried for over three weeks to get in contact and never spoke to a single person.

  I had to call twice for service, and then the second time they didn't show up at the time agreed upon. I had to call to reschedule, and when he showed up, he immediately started tacking on more money in addition to what I had already paid. I would not use them again!

  He called me as soon as he got my message.  Was willing to work with me to use my Angie deal at a later date.
  He arrived on time.
  Was professional and courteous.
  He inspected my gutters as well as my roof.  Recommended doing some repairs.  GAve me a quote.  did not try to pressure me to do it that day.
  I will use him again.
  --only negative:  he did not have the right ladder to make one of the repairs to my gutter that I wanted done.  BUT that was extra so I couldn't really fault him for that.

  I wanted to have my gutters cleaned.  I'm a firm believer in Murphy's Law (if something can go wrong, it will).  Therefore, I will not let anyone work on my property unless that person is insured for personal injury on the job. On several occasions, I encountered contractors who claimed they were insured for personal injury when, in fact, they were insured only for liability.  For that reason, before anyone shows up to work,  I  want to review a copy of the policy to make sure it is current and it really does insure for personal injury on the job.  I'm sure answering my questions and sending documentation is a pain in the butt. Many contractors might say, "For $125, forget it!"  But Kirby, at Litespeed, patiently and courteously answered all my questions and provided the documentation I needed.  That tells me his interest is in building long-term relationships with customers.  People who follow that strategy care a great deal about word-of-mouth, which means they try hard to do good work and provide good service.  That's exactly what I experienced.  Good work.  Good service.
  Kirby and his assistant, Wes, arrived on time.  They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  They did the job as expected.  They also found a loose piece of siding, which they secured.  (Not part of the job.  Just a courtesy.)  I will be contacting them for additional work.
  Just one additional thought:  Several times, I have accepted a "deal" through Angie's List.  In every case, the contractor tried to sell additional products/services. IMO, there's nothing wrong with that, provided (1) the contractor is honest in recommending products/services that he feels can be beneficial and (2) the contractor is not "pushy."  It's for me to decide whether I actually NEED that product or service immediately, whether I reject the advice, or whether I consider it for future implementation.  Each of the contractors from Angie's List that have come out here, including Litespeed, have been entirely professional and courteous in that regard.  In fact, I have benefited from the opportunity to consider their advice.

  These guys were great, friendly and professional. I've had other people look at my gutters and run away because of how high off the ground the gutters are. These guys went up there without a problem, completed the job much quicker than I expected, and made some suggestions to help me in the future.I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  The couple who came were well equipped and professional. There was a lot of work so it took about 6 hours but it was accomplished efficiently, neatly, and thoroughly. Thought cost was high but workers apparently paid only 10% of price.Would gladly use this company again but would get other estimates and attempt to negotiate price. Company was easy to deal with and called next day to follow-up.

  Last year our neighbor had their roof replaced by Burgin. I was very impressed with the job and how well the site was maintained and cleaned. This year we chose the same company to replace our roof. The inspection was very detailed, their quote was very impressive with a tremendous amount of information. They were the highest bidder but also provided more services and a very good product from GAF. They also were a top rating installer. There work on our job was completely as expected. Their work was excellent, the crew was very capable and professional, the work went fast but was not rushed, all of the issues with the roof were addressed and the job site was left in almost a pristine condition. You could not tell that just a few days ago the roof was completely replaced. Overall it was a great job.
