Kevin fit my inspection in on the fly. He was punctual and very cordial. He took his time and explained what he was inspecting for. He was thorough and didnt cut corners. As a seller, I wanted to know what I needed to do before sale. He explained what he found and why it should be addressed. I highly recommend him to anyone. His pricing is very competitive to others.

Connie is (still) great to talk to on the phone. Scheduled with me and serviceman arrived on time after contacting me in advance. Great service from a capable and pleasant pro. Repaired shower, that I had not been able to fix myself, in a jiffy. Noticed that sink was dripping as well and fixed that too. Quickly diagnosed the cause of the toilet problem, and repaired to better-than-new. Asked about the age of my house, whether I was having a problem with leaks around connections, which I had. He checked my water pressure and found that it was about 40 psi too much. Quick repair and pressure measured in normal range immediately. Now the hose bibs and the washer do not leak and I have had no more garden hose failures.

Hunter was professional from my first phone call. He walked me through getting him the information he needed to give me a quote over the phone. He got a quote together for me in a little over an hour, and he was able to work in my repair the same day. He and his assistant stayed after hours to get us up and running since he committed to doing the job that day. I would definitely recommend him, and I will be using Foothills Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

They came out and looked at my toilet issue. My water bill has gone up $3 a month since they left in May. They came back and took pictures in June stating he would discuss the issue with his boss. I have called several times and no one has returned my calls. I called and spoke with Kelly who handles the billing. She said she'd speak with her boss and have them reach out to me. I have heard nothing back from them since September 13th.

We hired David to convert our patio to a covered porch. Due to the neighborhood's covenants and restrictions, the project materials have to match the house. This is not an easy task with a older home. But his crew did a great job of matching everything and the porch now looks like an original part of the house. The project took a little longer than expected, but much of this was attributed to weather. A local supplier made an error with the brick order. In order to help get things back on track. David drove out of town to get the correct bricks. Not many people today would have bothered. David and crew did a great job incorporating our wants and wishes into a finished product. The crew also cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend David and would hire again without hesitation.

I noticed water coming out of the ground just past my underground water meter on Sunday morning. I called Foothills Plumbing and Hunter Crisp, the owner, personally came to my house that Sunday afternoon. He did not have the equipment to dig up the water line on Sunday, but returned on Monday with a front-end loader and dug up the line and replace the leaking section of line. I was very impressed with Hunter's professionalism and how quickly he responded. He cleaned up the entire area before he left. I thought his price was very fair for what he had to do.

The garbage disposal went in rather easily, but the installer took out my custom copper flange and put in the stainless steel one that came with the new disposal, and it looked bad in the copper sink. He actually showed me the flange when he removed the old disposal and i asked him to kust clean it and re-use it. Then when it was installed, the stainless steel one appeared. He did take it apart and reinstall with the proper flange. The drain assembly for the bathtub however was roughed in, but when i went to attach the drain pipe, I found that the rough in was too long, and I had to take it apart, re-cut it, and reassemble in order for it to line up with the hole in the floor.

Came when they said they would after I described the problem to them on the phone, and I described it again when they called right before they came. they spent about 15 minutes examining the hydrant then said they would have to return to the shop to get parts. Came back about 30 minutes later and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Charged $168, which I thought was high since the parts they replaced only cost about $15.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
We were in a fix, final inspection before signing on our house and buyers still complained that toilets were loose.  I could not move either one, one was a brand new high one not over 1 1/2 years old. When I went to recheck after complaint the screw cap was loose  and screw or bolt was dangling. It was not that way when we left the house for them to inspect. Well what they called loose was they were trying to lift it off the floor. I was so frustrated I called Roto Rooter  was put on an emergency wait, but was no time at all when they came. All fixed now, nicely caulked around. And hope the buyers will be happy that we had to put out more money to please them.  We used Roto Rooter when we lived in Florida and now here as I know they will come, they are always nice and do a great clean job.

    Bath Fitter
Our old shower had a really poor floor to it that flexed when you stood on it.  It finally cracked and that is when we
looked into having the shower completely replaced.  We used Bath Fitters at 608 Crown Pointe, Duncan, SC 29334
    (864) 585-2284.  They have locations everywhere so don't be fooled by the corp. address.  We went into the showroom
and talked to the sales rep. and he even took us in the back area to show us the floors used in their showers and
completely explained the procedure and cost.  He came out to our home a few hours later the same day and took
measurements and we discussed what we wanted and the final cost.  On the work date, the installer showed up promptly and
did a fabulous job.  All the old walls, floor and fixtures were removed and new installed.  Our paint job on the walls around the shower were never touch or marked up at all.  The shower is beautiful now and sturdy.  The job was completed in one
day as promised and the bathroom was left clean of all debris.  Just for information purposes, the caulking used has a strong vinegar odor that does go away after a day or so as it dries.  The shower could not be used for a few days to allow dry time
which was expected.  Since there was drywall cutting, there is dust.  The dust is in the air and each day settles so I did have to wash the floor and the counters, etc. a few times to remove all the drywall dust.  Again, this should be expected.  The end
result is a shower we are very happy with and love showing it off.  Made the bathroom bright and a pleasure to use.
