    My husband and I hire The Grill Doctor annually, to thoroughly clean and check out our grill, to ensure everything will be in good running order for the busy cookout season. The reps are always pleasant, on time, and consistently provide professional, excellent service.

    it was fine. I only needed the estimate to complete the pre-work on a moving claim so I wasn't very price sensitive. If I had to come out of pocket, I would have looked for a less expensive option just to inform me of the repairs that needed to be done (not actually repair the tv)

    Justin was SPECTACULAR! My cell phone died, and I immediately took it to AT&T, where I originally purchased the phone, and they said that they did not do repairs. They sent me to Cell Phone Repair here in the Charlotte area, and WHAT A HEADACHE that was! After keeping my phone all day, they returned it to me and wrote on my receipt that it was UNREPAIRABLE! I then returned to a different AT&T store, who told me that Justin at Source1Phones was my only hope, and that if they couldn't repair the phone, no-one could! Boy, were they right!! First of all, Justin who is the owner, has a very professional and attractive shop, and will be expanding to other locations in the Charlotte area soon. Second, he checked out my phone, whose screen would not even come on, and told me what the problem might be. He then placed it on his diagnostic equipment, and found the problem (remember: this is after Cell Phone Repair in the Arboretum said that the phone could not be repaired)!! Apparently, the camera had gone bad in my phone, and was shorting out other components. In any case, he found a remedy for this, and then transferred my 1,433 contacts (that's right, 1,433!!), all my photos, all my 367 text messages, and other important info that my old phone contained. Justin was able to transfer everything to the new phone that AT&T provided me (via my phone insurance) and I am now back in business! It was somewhat expensive, but for me, being able to retrieve my information when others had said I could not was priceless! Thank you, Justin!

    This is the second year that I have utilized the lawn equipment services of Mr. Heinrich Dias and he did a fantastic job once again!  Heinrich changed the oil and filters, sharpened blades, and performed a tune-up on my riding lawn mower.  He also repaired my weed eater, which would not crank.  He broke down and cleaned the carburetor, changed the spark plug, changed the fuel line, and tuned it up.  Heinrich is a great guy and stands behind his work.

    To say Rick is a miracle worker is an understatement.  Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to create value for his customers, which is a rarity in businesses today.  I found his prices to be reasonable and he went about his work promptly and professionally.  When he was done, Ricky test drove the mower to ensure everything worked.  Ricky corrected all the problems with the lower deck being too low, fixed the instability, and it doesn't shake any more when I engage the mower blades.  He doesn't try to upsell customers on parts and services they do not need.  The mower works like a charm now, the deck looks correct and mows at the right height.  There's no shaking at all now when I engage the blades.  The motor doesn't struggle any more and everything runs and cuts a whole lot better than before.

    We first stopped at an emergency place and they had no doctor on duty. The nurse looked at it and said, yeah, you need stitches.
    The service at the hospital was excellent. I didn't sit down but for 3, maybe 4 minutes before they came and got me and took me back. They had a nurse poking and prodding me and then the doctor came in and said, yup, you're going to need stitches. I was there a total of 2 hours because they had to give me a number of shots and then they have to wait to see if you're going to have an allergic reaction to them. Their service was excellent. The stitches, he did a good job. It was quick, clean. I would not stop at an emergency service again, I would go right to the ER at that hospital.
    They were quick, it was clean, they were professional. I was very happy. They didn't mess around. I didn't lose a finger or have any nerve damage. Their availability was awesome. There were 3 people waiting and none of them were bleeding. The environement was nice and clean. All the equipment was in good shape. The staff was wonderful. They were real clear on what you could do, don't bend it for awhile, don't get it wet. Go see your doctor. They are also nice and centrally located.

    They have fixed two of my son's bicycle's and also my wife's.  They are very reasonable in price and do a great job on repairs.  I would use them again and would refer them to anyone.  Everyone that works there is very nice.

    Normally I dread calling the big cable and phone companies when I have an issue. I recently was notified that my credit card might have been among those that were stolen in a recent data breach at a big box store. One day I noticed a bunch of fraudulent charges and had to cancel my card which I had set up for autopayments with various businesses like TWC. I forgot to update my payment card online and didn't notice until it was too late. I call TWC and explained what had happened and they quickly removed their late fees and payment reject fees. I've been using their highest tier internet service for the past three years and it has been amazing.
