    Due to sale of house, gutter problem had to be fixed. I called all the companies on Angie's referral List and no one had the decency to help in an emergency situation, Esquivel not only showed up, completed the job in a professional manner but were hundreds of dollars cheaper than others. The prices quoted were from $400-$750 and Esquivel did it for less than all the others. Just for information, the need was for 20-30 feet of gutter. Their price was more than fair and they never charged for a last minute request, The never took advantage of the consumer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM OVER EVERYONE ELSE ON THE LIST.

    They were the only company to recommend water testing. It proved beneficial as the first leak was infact related to the roofing material. The second spot was actually mortar related and not roof related. I appreciated their honesty and how they would evaluate and solve the problem. They fixed the roof and adjusted a downspout so the water would flow differently off the roof.

    Before work began the job foreman asked for details regarding the  problems. He then explained in detail the work necessary They performed the work, including a thorough cleanup. After completion, foreman informed me that everything went as anticipated and he felt confident the overflow condition was taken care of.

    It was a pleasant experience without any surprises. This is a company I feel is trustworthy.

    Trey from Citiside was pleasant to work with.  He had a great attitude and definitely knew what he was doing.  All the work was completed in a timely manner and even stayed after hours to finish up work in the dark.  I was impressed with his attitude and willingness to get the job done and not stretch it out over a long time period.  My only complaint was a bit of punctuality in the one of the mornings but he arrived within a reasonable time frame and sent me a message telling me he would arrive later.  I would use him again.

    Horrible. They made a mess to the point that I could not get in or out of my home. Nails were left every where, in fact I stepped on one and it ended up in my foot. They never replaced my garage door. I had the owner be very rude to me on the phone and made obnoxious and rude comments about my insurance company, which is a very good insurance company. He blew me off about the garage door, basically told me I needed to take care of it. I will never recommend this company to anyone for any kind of work and I am sorry that I went with them. They were very unprofessional. I handled most of the communication and was treated like an idiot because I am a women. I worked for this insurance company for almost 8 years handling homeowners claims so I'm not an idiot. I really wish I had gone with another company.

    The job went great.  They were very professional from start to completion.  Worked closely with the insurance company adjustor, and were always responsive.  The day of the work they showed up at 7 AM and had the whole roof replaced and everything cleaned up by 1 PM. I was impressed and the roof looks great. Upgraded to CertainTeed architectural shingles for free.

    SLOW!It took almost a whole year to complete and they are still not finished.There was miscommunication to what we actually wanted to have done. So they had to come back and fix things.

    It cost an additional $35 because our house is big. We have a 3 story house. It was a very good experience. They did a good job. They came when they said, were very quick and did the repairs necessary. I was happy. They were very responsive. They did good. They were very quick to return calls and schedule.

    Memorial Day weekend our neighborhood was hit with a large hail storm. Someone in the neighborhood recommended Kemp Roofing as a contractor. We contacted them and they were very responsive up front. They said they would work with our insurance and us to get the repairs made. I signed something agreeing to use them if they represented us when insurance came. Seemed fair and I wanted an expert there when the adjuster went over our damage.
    Our Project Manager with Kemp showed up and helped when the first adjuster came out but he thought insurance did not give us enough towards the roof. They approved less than half and he said we needed the whole roof replaced. He suggested we have a re-inspection. I called my insurance company and asked what they needed for a re-inspection. They needed pictures of the damage missed and a quote from Kemp. I told our Project Manager with Kemp this and he said he would get this for us. This is when things went downhill with Kemp. A couple weeks later, I attempted to call and email our PM about the pictures and quote. Another week or two with no word back. I was ready to switch companies but my wife said let me call the office and tell them. 5 minutes after that, our PM was calling saying he thought we had to get a hold of insurance still. Grrrr! When we finally got that out of the way, another insurance adjuster came back out, so did our Kemp PM but insurance still did not agree to a whole roof. I said to our PM, shouldn?t you go up there with them. We had to wait for his co-worker to come out and go up on the roof. Luckily this adjuster was very nice and said he could wait for him. Finally the other Kemp person showed up and went on the roof with the adjuster. In the End, insurance paid for more than they originally did but they both agreed the back side of the roof was fine.
    We had no issues with the quality of work we received from Kemps roofers, gutter and fascia repair people. The roofers did a very good job picking up after they were done. We did have a hiccup with the window people. My wife had to leave work so they could come measure the windows and then again when they came to install them. Problem was, when they came to install 3 windows, 2 of them did not match. They noticed and apologized. But when they came back to install the correct ones, they gave us limited times to meet. My wife ended up leaving work to meet them AGAIN because they don?t work weekends. They should have worked on our schedule since it was their mistake but my wife went out of her way to be nice.
    Throughout all the work, anytime we reached out to our PM at Kemp with questions, most of the time he was unresponsive. At few times I had to send him insurance forms, which he later said he didn?t get but he replied to the email they were sent in. I ended up sending them again because he lost the email. After all the work was complete, we noticed no one fixed our frame around the garage. I remember pointing this damage out to both insurance and Kemp. I reached out to our PM to see if insurance paid for that. No response again. So I called the insurance adjuster and he informed me that he missed that in his quote. He said just send me some pictures and I will send you a check. I did this myself because I was done relying on Kemp and was mad no one mentioned it had been missed. After I received the check, I called our PM at Kemp and he actually answered his phone. I told him the details and asked if Kemp could take care of fixing this. No problem he said. He then emailed me some questions about it and I replied. A few days later, Kemp emails me my final invoice and said they could not fix our garage frame because wiring was under it. I never received a clear answer but I was a bit fed up with Kemp so I paid the invoice.
