    Service technician discovered that the tub was cracked and leaking water. Since the repair would be very costly to replace the tube and the fact that the washer was old, I told the repair technician that I would replace the old washer with a new washer. He agreed with me. I was charged for the service, but the cost was adequate for the service performed.

    The tech was excellent. The entire transaction from start to finish was a pleasure. Received and return call from their office the same day I called and the young lady on the phone was very informative and professional. The tech that came out turned out to be the owner of the business, his name is Terry and he was the best I���ve ever seen. Other companies I spoke with about my refrigerator would not even consider working on a Samsung or LG Appliance���s and Terry new exactly what he was doing. After speaking with him I learned he has 32 yrs experience working on appliances and trust me, it showed. Terry new exactly what my issue was before he even removed any panels. He told me what we would find when he did remove the panel in the refrigerator section, which turned out to be ice in the fan motor keeping it from cooling correctly. The defrost drain was clogged and this caused ice to form into the fan behind the panel. Terry new this before removing the panel and e planned what he would have to do to solve the issue. Terry went above and beyond to take care of my floors and was very polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get extremely professional service and a fair price for their repair. Thank You Harrison Applaince for taking such care of me and my Appliance. I will call Harrison Appliance for all my Appliance needs in the future and would recommend you do the same. Thanks

    Got a quick call back from ABC and they diagnosed my issue over the phone. VERY helpful and noted the manufacturer should cover cost and would need to replace compresssor. Exceptionally professional and helpful!! Will use in future.

    Our Matag refrigerator quit cooling and when we checked further the bottom drawer freezer was completely thawed. I went to my trusted Angie���s list and looked at the top rated company ���123 appliance repair ��� . They do not take phone calls, which I didn���t like ! You must fill out a form on their website. while waiting for a call back I called several others down the list and they all had a fee to come out but said that fee would not be charged if I had e work done. I received a call within 15 minutes from James who said I���m close by and I���ll push back my next call and come by your place first since I���m so close by. I ask how much the charge was to come out and James said $60.00. Now the other companies that I called said that trip charge would go away if I had the work performed and I thought that was a fair deal. Once James arrived we went inside to check out the fridge, James said I���ll check out the relay first and see if that���s the problem, if it���s not the relay then it���s the compressor and that���s a lot more expensive. He pulled the relay off and said I���ll go to the truck and see if I have this one. I ask how much this would cost and he said the relay would be $ 185.00 and the compressor would be about $700.00. . After he plugged in the relay the compressor started right up. Now it���s time for the bill . I���m a combat veteran and ask if there was a military discount and he said ��� sure I���ll give you $ 10.00 off for a military discount. Doesn���t seem like much for almost 2 years in Vietnam, most businesses now give us 10 %. Either way the bill cam out to $ 202.25 to replace the relay which I���m sure if I google it is not more than $ 30.00 and 20 or 30 minutes to install it. My real rub here is that he charged me the $60.00 trip charge where other companies said they would charge , if I had the work done. I feel this was excessive and over charge . I will never use this company again and I am disappointed that Angie���s list would promote this kind of gouging to seniors and combat vets. If I can���t rely on Angie���s list for safe referrals to protect us , maybe I should drop my membership with her and switch to another referral website.

    Two different technicians came out (one each visit). Both were very nice, but didn't see to have the foggiest idea what the problem might be. Both ordered parts that weren't needed. I got fed up and called a competitor. One quick visit and he properly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and about a week later everything was working great. Once I determined that the second part that was ordered was not needed, I called a&e and told them to cancel the parts. They have repeatedly promised a refund for the non-delivered parts, but they have just kept the money. I would not under any circumstance use a&e again!

    Freezer went out and our regular repair company said it would take days to get to us. We called 123 Appliance Repair for the first time and they came out the same day - at 8 PM. They said that someone would call us to let us know when they could get there - and it took about an hour for that return call. By 9 PM that night, our freezer was repaired and we lost very little food. Excellent service and response. The technician was able to look at his computer to determine if the part he needed was on his truck. Lucky for us - it was. He used a hair dryer to melt the frost in the back of the freezer and then replaced the defrost timer. We will definitely use this company in the future for all of our appliance repair needs.

    Checked everything. Called all over for the replacement part and couldn't find one. He called the manufacturer and they said they don't make that part any more. Very polite and professional. He was sorry he couldn't fix it for us. We would use again.

    Almost as soon as I hung up with the warranty company, I had a text and an email from a vendor and invite to schedule the home visit. Online the vendor didn't have any appointments for one week. That was not satisfactory. When I wrote directly to the vendor, he called and came out the same day. It was a rusted tray and he replaced it. Very nice and hopefully our problem is solved.

    The technician calibrated it for us and explained that we should always use the convection feature to ensure even heating. He took the time to explain the proper use to us and gave us a few tips. Overall, we were very pleased with his service and professionalism. We will definitely call them next time we need service.
