ARain Tight RoofingJason Holland, owner of Rain Tight Roofing is a credit to his profession. He is extremely thorough and professional and he shares his knowledge with his customers. We had an odd roof configuration on our house. Rather than just offer a quote to reroof our home like every other contractor, Jason offered a creative solution and had quality carpenters capable of completing the modification. We ended up with a new front roof elevation and new roof with any rotted wood identified and replaced. If you need a roof repaired or replaced, go ahead and get quotes. But be sure to include Rain Tight as I’m confident Jason will be competitive. DThe actual roof is fine after a few trimming adjustments and replacement of damaged facia. There was little to no supervision present on this job. The jobsite was left a mess. I blew roof off myself. I picked up 2 quarts of nails, a pile of trash, drink bottles, food wrappers, etc... ABC delivered the materials and rather than carry the shingles up the ladder, the driver pulled through the front yard; the sod was torn to pieces. After five phone calls, three visits from RPI employees and speaking with a business owner, the yard repair was never completed. I only wanted soil added to the ruts left by the truck wheels. The last employee who visited assured me that he would see it done. Beginning with AJ, this is the most unprofessional operation I have dealt with during the course of this remodeling project.

ACould not have been better. I had a major leak during 3 days of heavy rain... ruined walls, ceilings and floors. The insurance company would not accept the roof damage as resulting from wind damage. Monarch Roofing inspected my roof with the adjuster and got the claim approved. Saved me so much money. After that it was smooth sailing. Professional installers and great results. The best around

AAll went very well. Sam Dolan is a real pro. in the quoting dept. The guys who did the roofing repairs worked very hard and had very good customer skins as well. I had one small issue with the work and they corrected it on the spot, These guys are real pros. The price was good for the overall workmanship. I would hire them again, and I highly recommend them.
