AIdeal Pest Control, Inc.They are one of the few companies that know how to access my house if I am not here. They come once a month and they spray. We lived on the Marsh which is tidal water, so we have to make sure that we keep some traps and stuff on the outside to take care of the rats and that sort of thing because we have got marsh watering. They do a little bit outside, but they spray on the inside for sure. They do all of our termite stuffs. We have used them for at least 10 years. I like everything about them. They are reliable. I trust them in my house if I am not here. I don't have a problem with pest. If I have a problem, I can call them and say I have a problem and they will come out and will take care of that. They are very well priced. They always call the night before they come and give me a timeframe that they will be here. They are just a good company.- Terri J.

They have continued to provide outstanding service throughout the pest control contract. They are prompt and they send quality people to do the work, so I don't have to worry about some stranger being in my house. As far as the effectiveness of the pest control, they took care of all bugs and mice I had and kept me posted on the progress. AOur Pest Control was done by Karen's Pest Control for thirty plus years! Extremely satisfactorily! She unfortunately sold her business and retired. She sold to Old South Exterminators and we are VERY satisfied. We are using them quarterly and are very pleased. They are prompt, professional and courteous. They will also be doing our Termite control on our stable.

FNever use this company they take your deposit and give you the run around.Waited three months had to keep calling them to come out and they will give you a date but never show up.If they do it’s only for couple of hours.And bill you Twice so they could charge you a late fee.Workers that came did do work but don’t work long and have to jump to another job site and that’s bull.All km saying is never use this place They’ll take your deposit give you the runaround with a late fee

FHad to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!

DArborist came out and was very personable and seemed knowledgeable. But then, when I had a second tree service come out and look at the same trees, that service pointed out that there was a badly diseased tree with a limb overhanging my house that needed immediate attention. How could an arborist miss that? Then, when Bartlett's quote for the trimming service arrived, it was outrageously expensive. So, I am using someone other than Bartlett to do the trimming and remove the diseased tree.

FI had two applications of weed control from this company. They advertise that if you are having problems two weeks after the application to call their company. The woman who handles the office is wonderful, but they just can't deliver. Even though they promise to retreat, they never return. The last time I called, the woman said, "how about if the owner meets you at your house to discuss the problems." I said, "GREAT, let's do that." It is now 10 days later and they have not even given me the courtesy of a phone call. I just called and cancelled the service.
