    1--technician determined the problem and provided an estimate to repair. We decided against repair since new machine would be in same price range. Service charge very reasonable. 2--technician determined problem (frozen coils) and suggested way we could likely fix it ourselves. No place to store food, so we had him make the repair (unfreeze coils with hair dryer). Labor cost was a little more than I expected, but not outrageous, and tech did a good job. H also replaced gasket around freezer door. Required a separate trip but there was no additional service charge.

    was promised a delivery date aug 29 wed. but was told the wrong dryer was ordered. Dryer came in friday aug 31, 2018. Washer and dryer were delivered but washer was to big. I gave specific dimensions to the store employee on my initial visit at the sore and expressed that I had been dealing with trying to get this size for quite awhile she assured me that it would not happen at her store. Well guess did. The delivery guys took the washer back that was to big and i kept my old one. I did not receive any calls so today Oct. 5th five days later I called to receive my credit for not removing any appliances and useing my own vent tube and clamps. I called at 10am crickets. 3pm I called back asked for the owner she was very defensive and no apology was given...actually hung up on me and I had to call back. BEWARE never again. Hate that i had to worn the public of the poor customer service.When your wrong make it right.

    Called Brian. He does not work on LG. However, he diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes during the phone call. Sure enough, it was exactly what we needed! Great guy, knows his stuff, and would recommend him to anyone.

    Called Brian at 9:15 on Monday morning about an ice maker that had stopped working. He arrived in less than 2 hours and installed a new ice maker on the spot. Excellent work, very personable, and enjoyable transaction. Will work with again for sure.

    We called and Brian came the next day, was professional, quick and charged less than the same previous repair by another company. Also, we were not there, Our renter let him in, but he was quick, efficient, then billed us by email. We will definitely will use him again! Very pleased!

His total price including the part was less than a trip charge from another appliance repair store in the area.

    1. First delivery - even though service person saw dryer was too large; he shoved it into place and damaged the washer in the process. He also told us that pickup and disposal of old dryer was not included - even though it was written on his invoice. 2. We ordered a different dryer and had another round. They were able to deliver, pickup the old dryer and return the original new dryer. However, they didn't repair the issue to the washer as promised and as shown on the order sheet because they didn't have the proper tools to do so with them. Also, as they returned the old dryer, they didn't close it out properly so the return credit did not appear on our credit card. 3. Hired our own person to fix washer and ended up spending an hour at Lowe's getting the credit for the returned dryer.

    "Dr. Airr" showed up unannounced at least two hours early.  Normally this might be considered a good thing but "Dr. Airr" didn't even remember himself when he was supposed to come. What if we had not been available?
    Without first attempting any of the normal testing procedures suggested by LG, "Dr. Airr" took the back off the washing machine and began testing the wiring for burn marks and continuity with his meter.  Immediately it was evident that he really didn't know what to do!!
    I had left the washing machine manual and testing procedures on top of the washer.  "Dr. Airr" never looked at them, not even once. After a few minutes he said that there was good continuity with the wiring. He replaced the back of the washing machine and said he would contact LG and get back to us.
    After several days of not receiving any calls I called "Dr. Airr" myself.  He said that he was " just about to call me". Yeah right !  "Dr. Airr" said he had not heard back from LG and he would let us know when he did. I called "Dr. Airr" a second time exactly THREE WEEKS later and he said he had still not heard back from LG although he had attempted to contact them a second time.
    This MISTAKE of contacting Dr. Airr cost us $145 and resulted in absolutely NOTHING being repaired!  I would suggest that you look further for a responsible and qualified repairman before choosing Dr. Airr.
    Additional Note:  We thought it very interesting that on "Dr. Airr's" generic and  handwritten invoice that he included this statement - "Agrees to no chargeback or refund on work done or parts ordered".

    Attempted to repair in cost efficient manner. This failed, and parts had to be ordered.
    Second visit:
    New parts installed.
    Third visit:
    Minor adjustment ot door related to privious visit.
    Prompt  responses to calls. On time each time.

    Brian responded promptly to my call with a visit the next day to diagnose the problem,  He suggested new parts be ordered and installed, and provided a detailed estimate.  He called and returned a couple of days later and installed the ordered parts in short order.  Everything works fine again.  Very well done!
