  • This place has absolutely no care or compassion for single mothers with auto immune diseases who are struggling to survive without any support for the children’s father. If you are looking for a doctors’ office with compassion, then look elsewhere especially their infusion person Kaitlyn has no heart or compassion. The doctors might be amazing, but if your office staff doesn’t care then your practice sucks. You only care for people with good insurance. When I had federal insurance, I could reschedule the day of as much as I wanted to, but now that I’m a single mom with crappy insurance you all looked for a reason to get rid of me. I know for a fact in cancelled or rescheduled in less than 72 hours several times but I had good insurance so you looked the other way. You care has nothing to with patients but with their insurance

  • Kept me waiting for over an hour without any communication with her office staff.  Staff was very embarrassed and tried to cover up for her but finally had to admit that they hadn't heard from her.  After 75 mins of waiting, I finally walked out.

  • This was my first time visiting this doctor and doctor's office. I am not sure if that is why I had such a long wait to be seen but I felt like everyone that was in the waiting room prior to my arrival and everyone that showed up after me, was seen and left before I was ever called back. It was about 45 mins in the waiting room and then another 10-15 in the doctor's office. Everyone I dealt with in the office prior to seeing the doctor was very nice. When Dr. Kate White came in, she sat down next to me (not behind her desk or standing in front of me) and talked with me, not at me. She really took the time to listen to what I had to say and get a good understanding of my health status and concerns. I don't know that I have ever had a doctor do that before. It was quite refreshing and made me feel very comfortable talking with her. Based on our conversation she made referrals to other doctors to address any issues that were outside of her realm of knowledge when it could have been very easy for her to just ignore them. The exam was quick and painless. I left the office feeling good in my choice of doctors. She was definitely worth the wait. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor!!

  • One of the things that I like the most is that the doctor and staff are extremely punctual.  I have always been seen at the time the appointment starts.  She is very thorough and informative.  Her staff is fantastic as well.

  • All of the staff was very friendly. We had our 1 1/2 year old little girl with us, and they welcomed her as well. We felt very comfortable as the staff took care of us. They communicated well what they were seeing on the ultrasound and really were caring to us. That means a lot when dealing with something so precious as our next child!

  • I have been going to Lloyd Hepburn for 9 years, and he is a very good doctor. He is also a very good listener. If he runs into a problem that he is not familiar with, he will send you to a specialist.

  • I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. She tries to help me as much as she can with different issues and when I leave she prints out a summary of the visit as to what I was there for and what was discussed, etcetera. I continue to see her because first I like a female doctor and I always like if I can to get an internal medicine doctor because I think they are more thorough and sending me to see another doctor in another area. In terms of punctuality I had to wait a couple of times.

  • He is very good and just excellent. He is just very professional. He is very friendly and has great communication. He's got great people skills. It is not hard to get scheduled in, it takes a couple of weeks to get in but sometimes if you have an emergency they would squeeze you in within 24 hours. They are really good with their billing too. There is nothing wrong with that office.

  • It took almost 2 months to get my first appointment. I was instructed to fill out a 10 page questionnaire before I came for the initial visit, which I did. When I got there with my pile of papers, I was handed a laptop type machine, and instructed to fill ALL the same information out on it. It took 45 minutes, which was okay since it gave me something to do while waiting an entire hour to be called back.
    Once I went back, I was asked by the nurse what my symptoms were. I told her. Then I waited another half an hour in the exam room for Dr. Brown to come in. And then HE asked me what my symptoms were. At this point I was almost ready to walk out. Do they not communicate at all? He moved my joints around a bit, and told me he would draw some blood and to come back in 2 weeks. I was desperate for answers, so against my better judgement I agreed. The doctor was dismissive, and seemed like he couldn't care less about my exhaustion, my hair falling out, and my joint pain.
    2 weeks later I went back, and he said my bloodwork was fine. I asked him why my anti nuclear antibody test came up positive 2.5 months prior, and he said the first lab must have screwed up the test. I asked him why I ran a fever for almost a month (documented), could barely stay awake, why my hair was falling out, and I was having trouble walking. He told me to lose some weight. I'll never go back, and I hope you just step right past this practice if you are having any health issues.
