    Affordable Handyman and Painting Services
Gave estimate, scheduled work, didn't do the work that was agreed to, grout started coming out, mold started to grow. Call for a repair for his work and took at least 15 calls and multiple emails over months and months! Finally came back and half ***'d his repair and now the bathroom still isn't usable. The lawyer I am talking to said his license wasn't even valid for bathrooms but I cant verify that 100% yet. I would and do tell everyone to RUN away from David It has been over a year and bathroom isn't usable

    Affordable Handyman and Painting Services
I called and made an appointment with Dee to have someone (Dave the owner came) come out and give me a few quotes on things I was looking to get done. Dave was very professional and provided the quotes on the spot. I contacted Dee again to set up a day for the first job (kitchen backsplash) on a Tuesday morning. When I texted and called to confirm the appointment the day before, I didn't get an answer back until I got a text message at 6:45PM saying that they had to reschedule the job for the following Tuesday. I thought that should have been done on the phone, not via text. I had to use PTO from work to be there and luckily I was able to change my day off on short notice. Dave did show up 15 minutes late to the newly scheduled appointment, but he did work right through the job and was done around 1PM. The backsplash looks great! We had a rocky start, but it was worth it in the end. I do plan on working with him again for my other projects he had quoted and may add some others in the future.

Mike and his crews were wonderful! They were on time and the most polite group you'd ever meet. They always cleaned up and the end of the work day and made sure the area was secure so my cat wouldn't escape. As far as I am concerned the work was top notch. I absolutely LOVE my new bathrooms.

Hamilton Home Improvement - REO Services
This went very well, they came out did a same day estimate. We agreed on the price and they started the next day. They were very friendly, on time, and got the job done within a week. They were very clean throughout the job and never left me with a dirty bathroom before they left each day. I was very happy with the job and will use them again. There office staff helped with all my questions and the owner came out each day to check on how things were going.

    Commonwealth Contracting LLC

I chose Commonwealth because of the great reviews on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed with my decision.  The entire process was smooth as glass from start to finish.  Couldn't have asked for better workmanship or customer relations.  A good contractor is worth their weight in gold and, I've found one.  Highly recommend to others - without any reservations.  Thanks again guys!

    East Coast Granite
Our experience with East Coast Granite was very good. We had two recommendations for them so we stopped by the showroom and slab yard to take a look. We found a slab that we loved and proceeded with a install quote. Pricing was clear and upfront. For our small kitchen granite countertops could be ours for under $2000! Removal of current counters, and a long lasting sealant were two additional charges we opted for.

    St. John's Building Consultants
Paul quickly deduced the problem and showed us that the mold hadn't gotten behind the surround and only the caulking would need to be replaced. Normally, it would have been too small a job for him to take on but it was the day before Thanksgiving and he graciously offered to do the repair. We were impressed with his work ethic, professionalism and dedication to service. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again when we consider a full renovation of the master bath.

tile looks good but the insets are covered grout.  they were in a hurry to go to another job.  I bought all materials .  Eric did not tell me until the last minute that there was not enough grout for the job.  I was going to the tile store but he said that he would go. there  is a six inches opening that needs a pencil file inserted.  he said it did not need it but if I wanted it he would come back and do it. I have called him once a week for four weeks and he keeps saying he will come over.  He has never come.  The last time I called he said that he would have to charge us more money for the small pencil file to be placed.  I even gave him the other bag of grout that we bought  I call that an unfinished job.  We also did not get a guarantee  or even mention a senior discount.

    Connolly's Bath & Tile Works
They were the worst.  Just a nightmare.  They did shoddy work.  I remember looking them up on Angie's List.  I would never recommend them.  We had to get the owner out here and the problem was they didn't bring enough spacers with them when they did it the tile so they tried to do the tile with limited spacers and the tiles were crooked, they had to be taken out and redone and they are still pretty bad looking but at least they're up.  I have never seen such shoddy work.  My husband could have done better.  It was actually in December of 2013, because it was suppose to be done long before that but they kept saying it was a back order and that it was suppose to be in but it didn't show up.  That happened like four or five times and we were always patient but man we regret going with those people.

    MSC Construction, LLC
    Kitchen remodeling
MSC Construction replaced our kitchen countertop, backsplash, and flooring this spring.  The bid was very detailed and
priced by task and material.  We received professional advice concerning the granite countertop and brushed nickel sink
and the installer removed and replaced that in less than two hours.  The flooring process revealed some subfloor water damage that MSC repaired, the floor tile team leveled the floor and did what has proven to be a perfect installation.  Mr. Connolly did not think replacing the previous baseboard looked like he thought it should, so he replaced it with new material at no additional
cost.  The cleanup each night was beyond our expectations, and the final job was totally satisfactory.  I give MSC Construction my highest recommendation.
    Bath remodeling
MSC Construction renovated our three bathrooms last year.  In the master bath, they removed the tub and installed a tiled walk-in shower, tile flooring, and granite vanity.  They gave professional advice concerning showerhead and controls as well as faucets for the sink.  In the second bath they removed the tub and installed a Jacuzzi, tile flooring, and granite vanity, which has become a very
special unwinding room at the end of a busy week.  The third bath they removed a 36? shower stall, enlarged the opening, and installed a 60? walk-in shower, matching the showerhead, controls, and vanity in the other baths.  The daily cleanup topped anything I had ever seen, and we have had zero issues of any kind. I give MSC Construction an A+ for this project.
