    I had scheduled service three times. The first two times, the technician was several hours late, so I rescheduled for several weeks in advance. I called to verify several days before and was assured that the serviceman would be at my house at the appointed time. When he did not show up. I called the company and was sent to a voice mail box that was not set up. I called the home warranty company and got a new company. Then when someone from Mechnical and More called, and I told him that I was going with another company because I had no response from his company, he became very rude. This company got consistently bad reviews

    I visited this shop this get some lettering done for my van and ended up disappointed. While I was there was a woman that came in to get a sign that she expected to be finished then the guy that runs the shop tells her that he couldn���t do it because the graphics where crazy like and the print didn���t come out right. She asked if she could cancel the order and he said sure. He walk to the back room and I���m looking a the lady shaking her head in disgust then he came back with a $100 dollar bill and gave it to her. Now I���m like he probably was going to do me the same way. I continue on with my order. I see something I like and he said said "I that would be kind of hard to do��� for some lame reason. Finally I just told him that I just want something simple that I knew in my mind that could have been done with ease since every time I pick a certain font he had some excuse. I paid all my money in full and he told me that he will send me a couple of examples to my email after lunch time. I never received any email from him. I go to check my bank account later on that night and find that he refunded my money back to my account. This place was a total waste of my time and will be a total waste of yours!

    Great! Judy is wonderful and very professional. A tenant was secured in a short amount of time. Judy provided a list of items for the property in order to get it back in good condition and has contacts for providers of various services. She checked on all the work to verify quality. She communicates very well and timely. I highly recommend this company,

    Remember, we lived outside of the country and trusted them to manage the rental of our home, including advertising the property, screening potential renters, and keeping up with repairs. They did all of that and more!! While screening renters, they would explain why they thought we needed to pass over a potential renter or go with it. The renter they chose made consistent payments and has taken great care of the home. Judy has kept up on all repairs and Becky keeps our monthly checks coming. They always email me back within a few hours and I feel incredibly comfortable having them represent us in our absence. In fact, when we move back to the US, we are keeping our contract with them!! They make it so easy, it is worth the small fee to have them do all the work. Thanks, you two!!

    Randy is a pleasure to do business with.  A real gentleman.  Also excellent at repairing TV's.  My Samsung purchased in 2009 wouldn't come on.  Randy repaired it in 1 day and it works perfectly.  I am very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism.  Thanks Randy!

    We moved here from Denver, Colorado and rented a home based on the pictures we saw.  The home we owned in Denver, we rented there.  So we were simultaneously tenants and landlords.  Creative Housing was great to deal with.  Any issues with the home were solved promptly.  Moving out, the walk through went very smoothly and we received out security deposit back on the spot.  I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again either as a tenant or a landlord.

    We purchase a water cooler at Costco from DS Waters of America, Inc. (which is the company who delivers Crystal Springs water to our home) in February 2014. The price for 5 gallons of water is great!  But as of May 2015  I have spoken with the customer service dept for the company at least 11 times since beginning a every-4-weeks delivery schedule with them in Feb. 2014.  The deliveries are screwed up consistently and the billings also have been messed up at times - they do double billings, bill when you have not received water, etc. After putting up with ME having to spend MY time calling into them at least 11 times in a year and 3 months of doing business with them, I tired of it.  I went online today and looked up reviews for them and they have ratings of "D"s and "F"s across the board.  On Yelp, Angie's List, BBB, etc.  Save yourself sometime and look up who delivers water to your area that is NOT DS Waters of America, Inc. aka Crystal Springs.  Arrowhead and Deer Park do not deliver on the East Coast so find a local water delivery company in your area.  I'll be checking out the ones near to me.  Good Luck, everyone.

    We've been with them forever and we hate them. They're overpriced and your next door neighbor will get a better deal than you. They keep changing everything and it goes out all the time. There's not really anything else where we are, so we're kind of stuck with phone and TV. We've been with them since September of 2005 when we bought our house and we've been mad ever since. It's been a 10 year bad relationship. They'll come between Tuesday and Friday. I like the bundle and that you can put all three together. I'm stuck so I guess I'll use them because I don't have another option until there's something else.

    Trying to get my account initially set up was a fiasco. Numerous calls to their call centers. Many rude representatives that disconnected me or transferred me to the wrong department. I was advised that their computers were down, only to have to start all over again. I had to contact their corporate office to resolve the many issues I experienced. (including a duplicate account that AT&T set up in error.)

    I ended up contacting the corporate office, and now all appears to resolved.

    We have been renting 2 spaces from H and H for a long time. They not only have reasonable rates, but they are extremely professional, accommodating, and very nice to work with. They make you feel like you are "part of the family", which is something that a lot of places don't do. Customer service is A+
