AThey were very clean and neat. They even covered their shoes when they came into my home. The job was relatively simple but they found the problem and then fixed it quickly. I also mentioned to them that I was having some trouble with my water pressure and they checked my pressure regulator for me, determined it was broken, and replaced it as well. Both the gentleman working and his helper were very good and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future!

FThey gave me a price based on what they said was quite a large job. I am not familiar with this type of work so I didn't have a perspective of the amount of time it would take. I was charged $1,500 for 5 hours of work and parts costing probably $60 or less. I feel like they took complete advantage of my situation. I can not get over the fact they over charged me to this extent. I have spoked to several people since then and every one is shocked at the lack of professionalism and respect for people in a difficult situation.

AIt went extremely well - they came a day earlier which worked out for me. I was told a pipe in my crawl space was leaking by a bug service. Hunter came out and together we figured out where the leak was coming from - it was the tub and not a pipe. They took out the old bathtub & surround and took a look at everything before bringing in the new. The floors and pipes were good so in came the new tub & surround. It's bigger, brighter, and has more "shelving" so I'm very happy. They cleaned up after themselves - not everyone does that. Hunter is quick to respond and friendly and the two guys that came with him were nice as well. I *highly* recommend.
