I've been with them for 10 years. They're just great. They can get you in. They see you when you're sick. My kids love them except when they get shots and then they're not a big fan. I like the location too because they're close. They're good, we've been there forever and never had a problem. They need to update to the dentist waiting area.

    Stafford, Dr. Keith
We have seen Dr. Stafford a few times now for pediatric and family primary care. He was very respectful of our parenting choices. His manner can be a little gruff, but if you pin him down on questions he is happy to talk and has well informed opinions. The new office is spacious and welcoming. I like that he is not over-cautious recommending unwarranted tests and not quick to prescribe anti-biotics. I love that his after hours number is his cell phone.

He is from the Cornerstone Family Medicine. He is a great guy and I think they are taking new patients. He treats my one year old son and me. He diagnosed me with tonsillitis and got me a prescription. We actually talked about getting it removed, and he said he would send me to an ENT whenever I wanted where I could have surgery. I have heard about him from a friend, and I know people that go there. He is very receptive to people having different opinions about things like maybe vaccinations, circumcisions, or different stuff. He doesn't put people down, although he might explain why he may have the other opinion; he is not a bully. I have run into some doctors that have either disagreed or they take it very personally, but Dr. Stafford does not take it personally. It's very comforting when he is like that; I do not have to be worried when I am talking to him. I use him for gynecology as well. He delivers non-high-risk pregnancies. He is not a big gynecologist; he can do the regular, but not C sections. He is a multi-tasker. For availability, I will give him a B because he books up fast. I have no problem in the billing and administration area. I will be going to him again in the future.

When I was 7 months pregnant I switched from a large OB practice to Dr. Stafford. I wanted to know who would be delivering my baby and that they would have the same goals as I do (ie. avoiding a c-section, etc). I was comfortable with Dr. Stafford right away. He delivered my baby perfectly. He is now our family doctor, my daughter's pediatrician and my parents have started to see him. I just found out that I'm pregnant again and I will be using him for this child as well.

I needed a doctor for both my newborn son and my older daughter that was more convenient to where I was living. I was referred by the hospital where I delivered my son to the Pediatric Center of Greer. I set up an appointment and was told to arrive 30 minutes early to do paperwork. My appointment was at 1 o'clock, and we arrived at 12:15. I completed the paper work and waited...and waited...and waited. Several others who were walking in after me were being called back before us. My 2 week old son and I sat in a waiting room, surrounded by coughing children and very obviously ill children. There was no separate waiting area for the "sick" children and the "well" children and I was very shocked by this. Finally, at 1:45, we were called back, 45 minutes AFTER my appointment. After weighing and measuring my son, the nurse took us to a room, where we waited....and waited some more. Finally, at around 2:30, I found a nurse and explained to her that I was to pick my daughter up at 3:30 and if we would be seen in time. She sighed and rushed off. Five minutes or so later, the doctor walked in. She informed me that I should make sure I have plenty of time to be there for my appointment. I politely pointed out that I had already been there for two hours, and had not been seen, and that various other children were being brought back before us. "We have deemed those children as sick, and needed to be seen before you," was the shocking response I received. After checking out my son, I was questioned on his eating habits. I told her that he was eating every few hours, several ounces. Let me note here that my son was born weighing almost 10 pounds and he was a very big (and hungry!) baby. She told me that I was only to feed him 3 ounces every 4 hours. When I told her that he would cry if I did not feed him, she told me that I was to give him a pacifier. When I told her that he showed no interest in a pacifier, she told me that I should have brought one along, as she was sure I was doing it wrong, and that ALL babies take a pacifier (untrue, as my daughter NEVER took one when she was a baby). She then questioned me about his birth weight, sounding almost like she was accusing me of something bad because of his weight. She asked about his sleeping habits. I had spoken with a nurse from the hospital who told me that he had allergies and needed to sleep sitting up (he could not sleep laying flat) so it would be fine to strap him in his car seat, on the floor. I told the doctor this and she told me that no, he could not sleep in the car seat. When I explained that when I laid him down, he would cry, she said it was nonsense. I left this place in TEARS. She pretty much criticized everything that I did and made me feel horrible. I called my mom in hysterics, who contacted the office and left a message. The next day, the doctor called and left a message apologizing. However, the damage had been done and I have not returned.
