The windows were late coming in due to the fact that the business in Fla. closed and they had to be ordered someplace else. The actual aluminum structure was started but the windows were not so the actual construction was not completed until 2/22/2019 at a cost of $15,533.00. On 5/4/2019 we experienced a roof leak on the table, TV and onto the floor. David sent out workers who replaced the tape on the roof. David later said he was not aware of what they found and repaired but talked about putting in gutters to divert the water from the roof, which was never done. On 6/24/2019 we had a major leak following a rain storm which entered on the right side and continued all across that side and behind the couch. Again called David and he came out and caulked the area he said was leaking. I mentioned a French drain, but he said they do not do landscaping and again gutters were mentioned. On 7/13/2019 following a heavy rain, water had come on the right side again where the caulking was done and came in across the back wall at the bottom, with a large amt. of water behind a table, TV table and continued across the entire back to the other side. The electrical strip was in water. Following an hour of sopping up water with towels, drying towels and continuing to sop up water, I was extremely angry and called David (a Sat.) and told him that this was the third time we have had water in the room and it needed to be repaired NOW! He knew I was not happy. I called again that day, two times on 7/14. three times on 7/15 and another message on 7/16, all messages left on his cell and business phone. It was obvious he was ignoring me which I told him, that this was not fixing the problem and only made matters worse. A friend later called David's cell and he did answer that number. He told my friend he did not answer my calls as I was angry, it was the week-end and he had been out of town.He told my friend that he would come out and look at it (we have pics of all water problems), but would NOT put in a drain. He said he thought that the concrete patio had been added after the house had been built, had not settled correctly and was sloping. I had told David before (when the second leak occurred) that was something he should have thought of before starting this project. He said he would come out on 7/17 and did so, still not offering any way to correct the problem. The grass was high and wanted me to call him when it was cut so he could see under the concrete. He was called 4 times within a week following our grass mowing and has yet to return our calls. Updated 7/31/2019: Had a screened porch extended over a patio to enclose as a sunroom. Please see previous review. Review Text: Please see previous review. Lynn B. Bruce Today, July 31,2019, David returned our numerous calls and said that he would come out and see what could be done IF the negative review shown on Angies List, was removed. Of course the answer was no. I could not believe he even called and asked me to do this. I wonder how many other people were asked the same thing, and did so. This is dishonest.

    PRECISION CARPENTRY & PLUMBING LLC
The Master Bedroom project permit was pulled on November 11 and Mom moved in on January 20th. This work included gutting old living room, new foundation for bathroom, closet and front porch. Precision Carpentry allowed us to pick out all the fixtures and major components. The quality was above what I expected, timing met our schedule and cost was right on target.

Excellent. The quality of construction is superior to many other structures I have seen. David goes beyond what he commits. He would also bring in his experience to suggest what would really give more character to structure and accommodates changes as desired. He sticks to his estimates. Overall a very nice and friendly personality himself and it shows in his team too.

David was very responsive during the estimation process and was able to schedule our porch install within a couple of weeks, which is reasonable for a busy contractor. Mike and his framing crew were very impressive. They almost overbuilt the open porch around our concrete deck and pool area. I had installed a screed porch at a previous house and it was not nearly as solid as the work DG did for us.

He even took a few extra steps to go ahead and install some posts that would enable us to screen the porch in later if we desired. His vinyl contractor was very good also. Overall, DavidGerishdid an excellent job in working with us and selecting his subcontractors.

    PRECISION CARPENTRY & PLUMBING LLC

We have been totally pleased with the addition of the screen room and the easy to clean and efficient replacement windows. Charlie recommended that we get an architect to help plan and design the screen room. We did that and that was the best use of approximately $500 that we could have spent. The room looks like it was made with the house. Charlie made recommendations that improved the view from our kitchen window through the screen room to the back deck. He recommended using metal on the columns and the ceiling. This never requires painting. As the company name says the job was done with Precision.

His finishing skills in carpentry are superior. He treats his workmen very well.

Anyone wanting a screen room, house addition or a new house from the ground up should consider Precision Carpentry and Plumbing.

I highly recommend them. You are welcome to come view the finished product! If you want to, simply ask Charlie for our name and address.

    Anchor Home Services LLC

Anchor Home Services did an excellent job. We just love our new Exe-Breeze porch and are excited about being able to use our porch year round, especially through pollen season. David Jones (Anchor Home Services) kept us informed every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. We have been dealing with a lot of contractors in the last 6 months due to remodeling and what I appreciated most was when David promised us something he made it happen or least kept us informed as to why there would be a delay, I wasn't left wondering when they would be back. I highly recommend Anchor Home Services!

    Pool Leak Solutions
Although Chance was late, he called a half hour before the scheduled time to let us know he would be late, and then called again on his way to our house. Watching him work, it was clear that his detailed process might encounter more than the homeowner had prepared him for, and I can understand why he was late even if I didn't like it.
He was exceptionally thorough and efficient, using a high-tech gadget to sense where water was leaving the pool, as well as pressuring all the pipes and ensuring that the pool light housing wasn't leaking. He repaired a few holes in the liner, explained what he had done, and left.
Altogether, Chance was thoroughly professional, efficient and effective. Very pleased with the service.

ASP - America's Swimming Pool Co Greenville
When changing the sand out of the filter the concrete pad cracked. We were told there was already a spider crack in the concrete and that it was not the installers fault. There was also some leaks in the pipes after they came. However, they replaced the concrete pad with a fiber glass plastic one and also repaired the leaks in pipes. They were responsive in resolving the issue and answering our questions. We have found the new pad is not even and holds water in the center around base of filter but I have just looked over this because the only other solution I believe would be to pour another concrete one.

    Genco Pools & Spas
They did not install the pool properly, they did not install the pool as per its design. The supervisor of the company put the cement rock on my driveway and cracked my driveway. They did not repair it, or even offer to repair it . The pool deck was not stalled correctly either they were supposed to put some material, but they did not. I was not here to supervise everything. The supervisor was not following the contract and so we were never able to come to any resolution. It took them six months longer to finish the job, than what they were supposed to. I have not had any service with them for a long time but I continue to have all kinds of issues with the pool. Issues when it was installed, I am frequently asked from neighbors and everyone about recommending somebody and they say well we are going to talk to Genco pools and I said that is good but I would tell them to go and see these other two providers for that service.  Because I think Angie's list should not be blamed. I mean you did not ask me specifically about them, but I continually have to spend money to take care of the problems I have had with them, which they were not able to resolve correctly. So, and since I have not had any service with them, because I just discontinued having any contact with them for almost 2 years.

    JoysPools
We have used Joys Pools service since our pool was installed over 7 years ago. During this time she has opened and closed the pool each season as well as doing any maintenance that has been required. She is always available to answer any questions that we have and she will help us over the phone or come to the house if needed. She is friendly, helpful and a person you can always rely on.
