    Appliances were ordered and held for us for a month until we were ready to move into our house. The delivery was within the window they gave us. They hooked up all appliances and everything is working as it should. Will buy from this company again.

    They ended up replacing my machine, it was quite reasonable. They arrived when they said they would. They removed the old appliance, they were professional and educated me on my new product. The dryer is working out very well.

    Best Upholstering
    They reupholstered a sofa. We picked out the fabric. When the sofa was delivered to us, we noticed that the fabric was installed inside out. Mr. Hawkins said he went to the fabric store to ask them which side should be out. He says the fabric store told him it was correct. I disagree. Mr. Hawkins should have asked us which side is the side we wanted on the outside specifically, instead of asking the fabric store. We feel that there's only one obvious acceptable side. He said he would work with us but we would need to pay the labor. The labor is the biggest expense. They now want an additional $475.00 for that mistake. I want the sofa re-done because the fabric is inside out. I don't feel that we should have to pay to fix his error.

    Big And Tall Moving Company
    Terrible experience.  William, one of the purported co-owners, contacted me a day before the move-in after I called and emailed. William informed me that he had not received the "normal" notice from U-Haul of the move.  We prepaid for the unload services via MovingHelp.com, a U-Haul service that, in the past, has worked well.
    Although this was an issue between the mover and U-Haul, I spent a half hour on live chat with U-Haul who assured me the job was properly set up and did appear in the mover's online appointment book.
    On the day of the unload, while waiting for William to arrive, he again called me complaining that the notice from U-Haul was not complete.  He further stated that he "wasn't going to bust his a** for four hours and not get paid".  It was already after the agreed start time so I asked if he was going to do the work or not to which he replied "yeah, I'll be there in a while".
    William and a helper arrived about 30 minutes late and began offloading boxes.  William spent much of the time talking on his cell or texting while the helper unloaded. An hour into the job, William informed me that they needed a 15 minute break.  Moving is difficult and I understand breaks but needing a break after 45 minutes of texting seemed strange.
    A bit later William said he needed to find a drink with sugar in it and I offered him a bottle of Starbuck's frappacino that he refused. Instead he took off in his car.  At this point, I called an Abdullah who appeared to be in charge of the company and complained about the slow progress.  William returned and angrily stated that he was the boss and asked why I called Abdullah.
    William complained continually during the move that items were heavy, he didn't feel well, etc.  As a result, I instructed him and his helper to simply place all the furniture in one big room to be repositioned later.  Anything to get the truck unloaded and be rid of William!  
    The unload was finally completed and I gave a great sigh of relief.  Hopefully, others will read this before engaging these very unprofessional movers.

    Contacted Jeff LYnch initially on 12/2/13.  Contracted repair company came out that week.  Indicated 3  parts needed to be ordered.  Came back with parts.  Found that motor needed to be fixed so had to order the motor.  Came back after New Years to install motor.  Found that another part was needed.  Told me that they would rush and have it to fix on 1/8.  I stayed home from work.  By noon I called and they said the part had not come in in time for Wednesday but they would come Thursday.  Later that day (I think in response to my complaints) they called and said they were going to come Wednesday after all, but that the nut that went with the part had not been ordered, so the earliest they could come was the following Wednesday.  This Wednesday 1/15, marks 6 weeks!

    UNCLAIMED FURNITURE
    We purchased a sofa, loveseat, ottoman, and end table on June 1, 2011. The salesperson suggested the 5 year extended warranty. He said that it would "cover everything except pet damage". Based on this, we purchased the warranty.
    In June 2013, we had tears and holes on the surface of the sofa. We submitted a claim to Montage Furniture Service. The claim was denied citing that the warranty does not cover "cracking or peeling". 
    Since this was contrary to the salesperson, who said that it would "cover everything except pet damage", I went in to Unclaimed Furniture on June 28, 2013. I asked to speak with a manager. There was no manager available. They had "gone to the bank". I spoke with the man who was there and explained the problem. 
    This man (I don't know his name, he had no nametag, but he was an African American man probably 40-50 years old.) said that the warranty only covers accidental damage, like if you sat down on the sofa and your keys punctured the material. I told him that was not what the salesperson told me. He said that the damage I showed him in the pictures was "normal wear and tear". For a 2 year old sofa, if this is "normal wear and tear", I said it is an inferior product. He told me that they sell sofas from $300 - $2,000, and since mine was at the lower end, I shouldn't expect it to be as good. Basically, you get what you pay for. I again said that for the age, this should not be ?normal wear and tear?. He sent me down to the Customer Service person in the warehouse.
    This woman, again no name, no nametag, but she was blonde, and probably 40-50 years old, repeated the same things as the man above. She said that cracking comes from "body oils and body lotions ". We do not use body lotions, and do not have excessive body oils. She told me that they would do nothing for me. 
    I believe they sold us an inferior product, and misrepresented the extended warranty.

    From Tree To You LLC Custom Cabinetry and Kitchen
    Ken made several good recommendations on how to construct and finish the cabinet.  He made multiple visits to my home to discuss detail and take measurements.  The installation was quick and clean.
    I have already ordered two more items from Ken.  Another cabinet unit to replace a pair of columns.  It will be floor to ceiling and it will provide the structural support that was provided by the columns.  He is also providing a 15 foot long office countertop with cutouts so that the PC monitors can be located below the countertop and visible through a glass window.

    It went GREAT.  Each month we paid for the next installation and scheduled the time for the work  They ALWAYS showed up on time and if we had any questions, we simply contacted Terie who answered all.  Fully half the cost of this was the bookshelves/murphy bed, but it looks great and now we have enough room when the relatives arrive at Thanksgiving!!  AND... it looks very classy!  The closets are gorgeous!

The equipment they used was something that I have never seen before. They did not damage the device. They put the old washer and dryer in the garage for me.     I think that Grindstaff?s Interiors did a great job. They are awesome. An interior designer helped me select the furniture. I selected them on the weekend. They delivered the furniture after three days. The experience of working with them was superb. With unmatched customer service and vast selection of furniture in the area, I must say Grindstaff?s Interiors was great. I combed the entire area looking for furniture. Grindstaff?s Interiors offered very high quality furniture at reasonable prices. They have 12-14 experienced designers; they have minimum of 20 years of experience. It really is a hidden secret in the area. I am a hard sale. I expect perfection and they have really impressed me. I am planning on them doing some more design work around my house.
