    It’s convenient. They have a good selection. They have a quick turnaround as far as getting glasses quickly. When you go in there, you have to wait for your turn. It’s in a mall so it’s quite busy for all of the time. The staff could do better. They are overworked truthfully. Their communication is excellent.

    I was very happy with my appointment.  The staff was friendly and helpful.  Dr. Nigh was very professional and I was impressed by his focus on eye health.  He is not in the business of selling eye wear or contacts so he was focused on eye heath and not on making a sale.

    Doctor Anne Parker is very knowledgeable and professional. Her offices are remarkably up-to-date and she uses the latest technology. She does not have the best personality but she is an A+. She is a matter of fact Doctor, and there is no small talk with her, she is just focused on the business but she knows what she does. She does not make you feel uncomfortable, but I think she is very busy.

    I was able to get an appointment the day after I called the office. Office enviornment is very soothing and inviting.. I found the staff to be extremely nice and friendly. They seemed to know what they were doing and explained each test as we went along. The doctor I saw was a bit clinical and and not as outgoing as the rest of the staff. Only complaint was waiting about 20 minutes to be seen. Otherwise, it was an extremely pleasant and informative visit. Will be going back there.

    Visit went very well. I have been having problems with allergies which leave and quot;gunkand quot; on my eyelashes. He prescribed a cream for the skin around my eyes and suggested I and quot;washand quot; the lids with warm water twice a day. That seems to be helping!

    II could not be more pleased. Dr. Donelson's staff is friendly and professional and very helpful. Dr. Donelson's examinations and consultations were very complete and professional and he was very kind and really took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease.
    The surgery was quick and painless and went very well and the results are amazing! He called me himself that afternoon to check on me!
    I go soon to see if my eyes have healed enough to get new glasses. (I did not have corrective vision surgery)
    I can not recommend this group more highly! The whole experience (which was a bit scary for me) was made so much easier by everyone involved! I can not wait to be able to have my other eye done and you better believe I am going back to Dr. Donelson!

    Sure enough I have no option but surgery now.  Dr. David Nigh was amazing as always with explaining options, financial aid and promised to be with me every step of the way as I need new glasses and adjust to the change after surgery.  I recommend him to everyone, he has been an amazing eye doctor for years and I would not go anywhere else!

    Greenville Eye Care is efficiently run. It is not hard to get an appointment when you want it. I have not had any long waits to be seen there. They seem to run on time. The employees are friendly and helpful. The appointment went well with no delays. All my questions were answered. The employees in the eye glass section are friendly and polite, but more prone to mistakes than the doctors and front desk staff. I did not need to buy new glasses this time. I did order contacts and they were sent to my home.

    CostCo had a good selection of frames and they helped me choose a frame that looked good on my face. I was very satisfied.
    This year my company is offering Vision insurance and CostCo is not in Network, so I decided to try a chain eyeglass provider. They were fine but after my insurance company paid their part, I ended up spending the same amount I would have spent as CostCo! And I don't like the lenses as much...but I was told the type of transition lenses I got from CostCo last year are no longer available.

    Lack of communication bordering rudeness is the way to describe my experience.
    The physician may be an exceptional diagnostician, and a fantastic physician. I simply had no way to evaluate it. However I have no idea what impacted my vision
    to the extend that it became blur from one day to the next and have no one to discuss it with.
