    Bought a 2007 Tacoma, and what I was told by sales man a compleat paltuim drive train warranty that was an extra $1800. Within 500 miles the driveshaft broke ( normal use its not a 4x4) they charged me a $95 fee to inspect it, and advised me the warranty did not cover this issue.. When they sold me the truck I was told it was compleatly inspected and had no issues, and the warranty covered anything power train front to rear. For 3 years, 30k miles. Well a drive shaft is power train . It connects the transmission to the rear axels. Needless to say they offered nothing . And cost me $795 to repair. They lied to me and took my money. And didn't honor there word, sales said warranty covered everything drive line . $1800 + $795 waisted.

    It’s a very old truck and I hadn’t had it worked on in a very long time, but it was due. My husband said everything they did was for safety reasons it I decided to go 30 or 40 miles away. I think they kept it a little bit too long. They found something else that is going to need done, but they said. “you don’t need to do it right away!” Which I always appreciate. It wasn’t a safety issue, so they said it would be perfectly safe. They said something about there is a tiny, tiny oil leak somewhere in the bottom. It doesn’t make puddles or anything. They say the oil is not all going to go south. They checked the main things where the oil goes and they were all fine.

    Palmetto Glass Works was on time, and as far as I can tell the windshields were replaced correctly. However, on the older van we noticed immediately after PGW had done the work that the clothe lining of the ceiling was pealing back along a 10" area along the seam of the windshield. This damage was NOT present prior to PGW doing the work. I called them in good faith and left a polite message explaining the problem, and would like a call back to discuss when they could come out and fix the problem. They did call back, but we were informed that there was no way they could have caused that problem, and that they would not be repairing it... it was our responsibility. Well, the problem was not there prior to their work, and it was immediately after their work... and its related to the windshield. Basically I was called a liar, and I'm left with damage to my vehicle. I wanted Safelite to do the work... but PGW is who State Farm sent out. I will be filing a complaint to State Farm about Palmetto Glass Works.

    For the last 25 years, we have used Doug amazing services. We have Never gone back to the dealership with any of my 4 cars. His service is much more reasonable than the dealerships. I say that without question. I would recommend him highly.

    Milton is very nice and honest. Very fair with prices. Was a pleasure doing business with him. Was recommended to me as one of the best mechanics in town. After my experience with Milton and his guys I will never go anywhere else. There was even an additional problem we were not aware of and he fixed it and didn't even charge me for the additional labor, only for the parts. It's hard to find honest people who do great work theses days, Milton is definitely one of those guys!

    This was my first experience shipping a vehicle, and it was a good one. Laura did a great job communicating and assigning me a transport company. The driver/hauler (Adriane) was very professional - excellent communicator and did absolutely everything he said he would do. I felt like he was looking out for me and my vehicle the entire time. Car was picked up on schedule and delivered to me EARLY! (that's a good thing) No scratches, no nicks, no dings and NO HEADACHES! Not the cheapest, but not nearly the most expensive and worth every penny.

    I don't know how to compare it with anyone else. I did take it in one time for something, and they guy came out and fixed it real quick. I did have it for something and the guy said we will just check it right then. I would use them in the future. I need to get my spark plugs changed.

    We had a horrible experience. It was like fraud. It was absolute "F" rating. My son needed a tow, they took it to their shop because it was a weekend. They came up with thousands of dollars of repairs that supposedly was needed, but they were repairs that had  already been made to the car in the recent past. We ended up taking it to a different mechanic, and was told that everything they had said was not correct. It was just a straight up rip off, which was really surprising because it was AAA. It was really awful. I never did reported that, except to AAA itself. They're like "I hope you use us again in the future",  I'm like "no, unless I lock my car or you bring me gas". I'll never take my car to one of these auto places, not mine or the kids. It was just so blatant, it was ridiculous. I just walked out. I would say just watch out and verify the maintenance. They were not upfront with us. It was ridiculous, it was really crazy. It was just a crock, the whole business.
