    Mruz, Dr David H
Very happy with results of Dr. Mruz care! His care is complete and thorough including x-ray's, physical training, massage therapy and adjustments. Thank you for helping me recover and get back to a very active life without surgery!

    Mruz, Dr David H
I have had care in the past but no other chiropractor went the extra mile to address my concern and health issues. I felt comfortable from the first visit and without a doubt felt I made the correct decision to seek out care from Dr Dave and his staff..I would highly recommend this office to all.

    Abrams Chiropractic & Acupressure
He is a great chiropractor. He only works after noon. He's excellent. I'd give him all A's. We were referred by a chiropractor who has moved on from chiropractic to a nutritional business. He does acupressure too.

    Proaxis Physical Therapy
I found it remarkably easy to tailor a schedule that was mutually agreed on. The therapists were exceptionally knowledgeable and
patient with me. I had several setbacks during the course of 18 sessions and the therapists were always willing and able to treat the setback and then return to the rehab program.

Matt did a thorough exam and gave me a check list to evaluate my pain and specific problem. Then, he worked at my muscle for an extended time with gentle pressure - pinpointing the problem area. I could tell what he was doing was helping immediately. He sent me home with followup exercises (which he demonstrated and had me copy in the office) which included using a tennis ball to work at the muscle. In less than 24 hours I had SIGNIFICANT improvement!! Everything about this practice is great. When i came for my followup a week later I was 100% better and they had processed my insurance and briefly reviewed it with me. Everyone was cheerful, friendly and professional. This was a superb experinece overall and I am so grateful to have this option in Greenville --they have many offices here.

    Abrams Chiropractic & Acupressure

I felt much worse after treatment than before. Actually, my neck pain may have slightly improved, but I still could not sleep due to the pain. He also did some table maneuvers and cracking of my low back, where I mentioned I have chronic issues but was not particularly bothered by at the time. As a result of the back maneuvers, my back went out and I could not walk comfortably for 3+ days until I could see another chiropractor. My hips have a tendency to twist resulting in one leg being functionally shorter than the other and when it is out, it is very painful to walk, sit or even lie down. He caused my hips to twist with his manipulations, and I was very crooked, uncomfortable and sleepless for 4 nights with not only the neck pain but now low back pain as well. I have been to many chiropractors, and although sometimes it takes multiple visits to successfully relieve a particular problem, I have never experienced such a dramatic worsening of a chronic problem that was not particularly bothering me in the first place. I also have rotator cuff issues in one of my shoulders, which I mentioned to him, and he proceeded to do a bear-hug-type adjustment to my back around that shoulder, which was exceptionally painful. When I mentioned that the maneuver hurt my shoulder, he brushed it off like it was no big deal. Consequently, the shoulder was more painful for a couple of days. With my particular issues, I would definitely not return to this chiropractor again. He is like a "bear in a china shop."

    Abrams Chiropractic & Acupressure
After trying about 5 other chiropractors (due to office hours, convenience and experimenting with promotions elsewhere), I admit defeat and am going to go back to Dr. Abrams. He is one of the most hyper people I've ever met (which is not a bad thing) and he is a great doctor. His staff is really nice and I love all of the modalities they offer in addition to traditional chiropractic care. I had several billing issues before, where they were billing me at a self pay rate of $49 per visit even though I was insured. I was sent reimbursement checks later (actually a nice surprise), but I'd rather not overpay to begin with. I really wish they had better office hours, like being open on Fridays. Still Dr. Abrams is the best chiropractor I've been to and I will certainly be back.

    The Joint ...the chiropractic place
I went to The Joint sort of on a whim. I put off going to my usual doctor too long and one afternoon just needed to get in somewhere quick, but my usual doctor was on vacation. My cousin has been going to The Joint for a while so I thought I'd try it out. The first time I went I saw Dr. Zac and the adjustment did give me some relief. For almost every other visit I saw Dr. Allie who I honestly just do not care for. All doctors are consistent in their manner of treatment, which I do not find to be as effective as where I usually go. They use a drop table, which feels like its doing nothing (not to say it doesn't.) They also do this thing where you take a deep breath in and then they press down on your spine forcefully while you breath out. However Dr. Allie does it, I find very uncomfortable, almost like I'm going to bruise a rib. Then they do a traditional neck crack (sorry, I'm sure not the technical term). That is what provided the most relief. One time I saw Dr. Stan (I think was his name) and he was the best.
I have good insurance and so for me their $49 a month plan is not a good value. My normal copay is $10 a visit and the $49 plan only includes up to four visits a month. However, I don't need to go every week so then that makes my treatments the equivalent of almost double of what I can get with my normal provider under insurance. Also, you have to give 30 days notice to cancel which I think is excessive. When I decided it really just wasn't worth the money, it was a few days after my draft date which means I had to pay for 2 more months before I could cancel. You have to go to the office to cancel in person in writing. While their office hours are pretty good, for me the location wasn't the most convenient. I should have never signed up for their monthly plan as Dr. Zac only initially recommented 6-8 weeks of treatment anyway. I'm out $147 for what equates to no more than 15 minutes of treatment. I'm not saying The Joint is not worth a try. It just wasn't worth it for me.

    Lawson Chiropractic Wellness Center, Inc.
Scott and his wife run the clinic. He teaches at Gville Tech so he is not available every day or time of day. Usually able to get appt. when I am in pain same day or the next. Cost may be a little higher than others at $40 per visit. I will continue to see Scott.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!! It's awful, they can't get their stuff together.  My daughter went there for only 2weeks, and we had so many problems.  On her 2nd day the teacher hurt her (and she only got suspended for 3 days).  There are 24 kids in the class and I only ever saw 1 teacher in there.
